The extract gel of red ginger which is about 4% proved sucessfully to provide the effect of anti inflammation bigger than the extract gel of turmeric rhizome 4%. The other values of red ginger can also be found on its hot but fresh in taste, cheap price, and easy to get. So far, it has not found yet the research about making such a mouth rinse using the anticeptics and deodorizing from the red ginger juice and the receptivity in using it. This study aims to describe and analyze the difference in receptivity of anticeptics mouth rinse with red ginger juice (Zingiber officinale var rubrum) at different concentrations. The research objectives are to take the potential benefits of Indonesia's natural resources which does not only support its cheap price, but it also prevents periodontal disease, safe also refresh the throat and oral cavity. The type of research is pre-experimental analytic with one shoot case study design. The sample was 30 people, taken from stratified random sampling. The analysis is done by univariate through tabulation percentage as well as bivariate data to know whether there is an alignment of sample while assessing antiseptics mouth rinse or not by using Kendall Concordance test statistic. Univariate and bivariate analysis showed that the most preferred fragrance, taste, color and overall favorite was anticeptics mouth rinse at 25% concentration. From the statistical test, it can be concluded that there is influences between the concentration on the preference on the fragrance, taste, color and overall favorite (p <0,05). Data are routinely collected with paper-based systems but are incomplete, underutilized, and reported as poorly-usable aggregated indicators. Therefore, we developed the Open Smart Register Platform (OpenSRP) application for midwives in Indonesia wherein routine paper registers were transformed into a smart real-time data-driven client management system. The app running on Android tablets was deployed as a matched-pair study in Central Lombok District in 2015-2018 to 30 frontline workers (midwives, nutritionists, and vaccinators) in 10 villages, and compared to workers in 10 matched villages using the routine paper-based system. Preliminary results indicate complete antenatal care (ANC) for pregnant women increased from 55% in the control area to 73% in the OpenSRP area (p<0.05). Moreover, postnatal care (PNC) visits for mothers and neonates increased from 1% in the control area to over 45% (p<0.05) in the OpenSRP area. Maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality tended to be lower at 27% compared to 8% in the control area. Using the OpenSRP system, health workers can take rapid action to provide better quality service based on data, which resulted in a higher impact on maternal and neonatal health.","PeriodicalId":386583,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Health Sciences (ICHS 2018)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115189925","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The risk of work accidents is very high in the welding workplace. This is because the workers use various sources of danger in the form of electricity gas and grinding. They also have the danger of the work environments in the form of heat, light, rays from welding processes, as well as noise and vibration. Workers in general are only armed with science potluck, and since it does not fit the standard, it eventually results in the fatal crash. This research aims to analyze the analytical survey of the application of the standard work of the most risky against a work accident in welding workshop. Cross sectional approach has been done on 45 workers in the welding workplace with a total sample of sampling techniques. Free variable consists of preparation of working tools, welding, uplift, and age with a work accident as the variable. The research instruments were questionnaires and checklist. The chi square test was used as the data analysis technique with borderline significance α = 0.05. To see the most risk factors, the researchers conducted multivariate Logistic Regression test. There are several results in this research: 1) there is a connection standard implementation of work tools with the preparation work accident, 2) there is a connection standard implementation on how to weld with a work accident, 3) there is a connection standard implementation on how to lift with a work accident, and 4) there is the relationship of age with the occurrence of accidents. The most at risk for the occurrence of accidents is in the preparation work done with the equipment. This means that if the standards of work preparation tools do not apply properly, the risk of accidents is higher. It is recommended to prepare all the tools work well and can actually be used and are also advised to maintain equipment properly and work according to the standard of work.
