The results of the study showed that practical education contributed to providing student teachers with the adequacy of prior lesson planning, and the formulation of comprehensive behavioural goals for the domains (cognitive, emotional, and psychomotor). In the area of the adequacy of implementing the educational situation, they acquired the skill of preparing the students for the lesson, linking the new learning with the students’ previous experiences, using vocabulary appropriate to the students’ level, using appropriate reinforcement, linking the lesson to the students’ realities of life, and attracting the students’ attention. Taking into account individual differences through dialogue, role-playing, brainstorming and problem solving. In the field of personal competencies, they acquired the skills of paying attention to public appearance, speaking in a sound language, the importance of maintaining a good relationship and encouraging students to express themselves. In the field of diversification in teaching methods and methods, they acquired the skill of employing modern teaching methods, classroom communication methods and the surrounding environment to enhance learning. To answer the study questions, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The study also used a questionnaire to collect information. The study population consisted of all teachers of North Al Sharqiyah Governorate for the academic year 2020/2021, who numbered (4,494) male and female teachers.\u0000The results showed that the degree of school principals' practice of educational leadership in the Governorate of North Al Sharqiyah in the Sultanate of Oman is very high. Consequently ,this concept has created barriers that prevented those societies from knowing the truth of Islam, and its divine essence and its humantarian nature that is rich in great values, which contribute to strengthening security ,peace and prosperity in the world.\u0000The research has concluded that there are two main reasons for the emergence of this phenomenon, one is internal; which is related to the behavioral deviation of some Muslims from the values and teachings of Islam ,which has gave a negative impression about Islam as a religion and Muslims as a nation. Moreover,it cases of civilizational backwardness, wars, and political, economic and social problems experienced by most Arab and Islamic societies. The other reason is external. It is related to the systematic campaigns that many western circles make them, led by the Orientalists, and the Christian Zionists lobbies, which have tried to describe Islam to their regimes and societies as a flood that wants to invade their countries. And that Islam is a bloody,exclusive religion. So, this wrong thought has created a state of phobia and fear of Islam in those societies.\u0000Shortly ,It requires various efforts to amend this wrong thought about Islam in those societies, the most important of which is dialogue at all its intellectual, cultural, political levels and fields through which it is possible to improve the image of Islam and Muslims and create the suitable atmosphere for the delivery of the pure message of Islam to all human societies. In order to answer that, it aimed at clarifying the image of the issue at hand, defining the mentally handicapped, reviewing the benefits and harms resulting from the process, and clarifying the legal ruling for it. The originality of the issue under study emerges as one of the innovations in jurisprudential medical issues that actually occur. The research followed the descriptive method, with the benefit of the inductive and analytical method. It is divided into three sections; It dealt with: introductions and precursors to the definition of research terms, facts and medical studies that pave the way for understanding the issue and its medical background, then the legal theory of the human relationship with his body and the rooting of the issue of the organ removal, then the jurisprudential opinions regarding the removal of the womb of the mentally handicapped to stop the menstruation and the evidence for each opinion and the weighting between them. The research concluded with results, the most important of which are: that international medical studies confirm the absence of an ideal strategy to stop menstruation without serious consequences, whether by surgical intervention or non-surgical alternatives, and that doctors and jurists are between a prohibition and permission to this surgery.
