And a study of whether there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) between the estimates of the study sample members due to the study variables, gender, and years of experience. To answer the study questions, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The study also used a questionnaire to collect information. The study population consisted of all teachers of North Al Sharqiyah Governorate for the academic year 2020/2021, who numbered (4,494) male and female teachers.\nThe results showed that the degree of school principals' practice of educational leadership in the Governorate of North Al Sharqiyah in the Sultanate of Oman is very high. Above came the axis of school administration, then the axis of learning, and finally the axis of education.
