Shared photos of sightseeing spots are important resources for those who are going to visit there. As sightseeing spot scenes vary with different situations, such as weather and season, automatic classification of photos into different situations is expected to be beneficial for tourists to plan when to visit there. This paper proposes a hybrid approach of combining content-based image clustering with filtering based on tag information of image. By using geotag information when retrieving images from web albums, collected images can be limited to a reasonable boundary to eliminate outliers. Content-based image clustering groups collected images into night, sunrise/sunset, cloudy, and shine situations. Moreover, by using the timestamp of images, the four situation categories are further verified to increase the accuracy. One cause of obesity is lack of exercise. Although the reason is known by people and the method of keeping health is self maintenance, but it is hard for most people, especially the elderly people. Because of this, we design a daily exercise support application, which is based on the user model, to provide health maintain support. In this research, we focus on applying user model to help people. Because a person's health situation relates to his everyday activities, the users' data of daily life can be the data to build the user model. Thus we choose to use sensors to recode the amount of exercise and users' motion data to build the user model. We obtained the user's motion data and the amount of exercise from sensors firstly, and use fuzzy inference and fuzzy membership function to recognize the motion data. And then, the user model can be constructed by mining motion data and the amount of exercise. Finally, the daily exercise support application can offer service to the user by applying the user model. In the last decade, various ICT solutions were developed to facilitate medical organizations in sharing critical information about patients, to enable patients to monitor their health, and to prevent errors in medications. Currently, there is increasing interest in using the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology to save lives, to prevent errors, and to reduce costs. Medical organizations have adopted RFID tags to track and manage medical assets to improve their utilization and to reduce the need for future expenditures on duplicating equipment. To improve patient safety and medical service, some are using RFID for tracking and tracing patients while they are in a hospital environment, for integrating with medical monitoring equipment for emergency alerts and for ensuring the removal of tagged items of surgical equipment during an operation. As product and patient safety are global concerns, tracking and tracing legitimate drugs using RFID tags are being mandated by government agencies around the world. Although using RFID can provide trustworthy benefits in the healthcare industry, it is not being widely used due to the lack of security on the RFID tags and limited space for data storage. To tackle such concerns, we propose an integrated framework to build a RFID card system by embedding smart tags in insurance cards, medical charts, and medical bracelets to store medical information. As membership with classification determination is becoming increasingly desirable, parallel Bloom filters are often implemented for coping with the additional classification requirement. The parallel Bloom filters, however, tends to produce more false-positive errors since membership checking must be performed on each of the parallel layers. We propose a scheme based on a neural network mapping, which only requires a single-layer operation to simultaneously obtain both the membership and classification information. The platform is developed under a cloud computing environment using context-oriented approaches. It collects sensor data from different types of sensor devices, including such as RFID, ZigBee sensors, GPS devices, temperature sensors, humidity sensors, luminance sensors, etc. First we are devoted to the study of deployment, management, and control of different types of sensors for automatic acquisition of sensor data and its related ambient information, both of which will be stored in the IoT repository in a cloud environment. Then, context-oriented mechanisms are developed to produce context data. With the devised context broker, the data retrieved from the IoT repository can be used to produce the contextual portfolio, which is annotated with semantic description. The contextual portfolio will then be stored into a cloud database as the User Portfolio. Finally, services for accessing the User Portfolio in the cloud are developed on a middleware platform, which is compliant with the OSGi standard. With the proposed platform, the acquired data is integrated into semantic contexts, which can be easily shared and reused among different mobile applications. Bipartite stands for an important class in social networks, and many unipartite networks can be reinterpreted as bipartite networks when edges are modeled as vertices, such as co-authorship networks. While bipartite is the special case of general graphs, common link prediction function cannot predict the edge occurrence in bipartite graph without any specialization. In this paper, we formulate an undirected bipartite graph using the history revision information in Wikipedia. We adapt the topological features to the bipartite of Wikipedia, and apply a supervised learning approach to our link prediction formulation of the problem. Usually, users browse their Appsby swiping touch screen on smart phones, and are likely to spend much time on browsing Apps. In this paper, we design an AppNow widget that is able to predict users' Apps usage. Therefore, users could simply execute Apps from the widget. The main theme of this paper is to construct the temporal profiles which identify the relation between Apps and their usage times. In light of the temporal profiles of Apps, the AppNow widget predicts a list of Apps which are most likely to be used at the current time.
