Every individual Indonesian citizen who works is required to have health insurance as a fulfillment of the obligation to be physically and comprehensively healthy. Ownership of health insurance can be through government programs which are mandatory government policies for every employee or health insurance managed by the services of a commercial insurance company. So that every Indonesian employee or citizen generally has 2 health insurance memberships, one is commercial insurance and the other is mandatory insurance from the government, BPJS health insurance. The use of health insurance from commercial insurance is the first choice, while BPJS health insurance is used as a backup if the coverage limit on commercial insurance has expired. With limited coverage limits provided by private insurance based on premium payments for each class registered by the company, the government facilitates a program to use the benefits of the two health insurances simultaneously, known as the Coordination of Benefits between BPJS Health and commercial insurance. This study uses a qualitative method to analyze how far this program has progressed, as well as the development of an additional health insurance benefit program in Indonesia. Therefore, a periodic assessment of IT governance using the COBIT 5 framework is essential. The assessment is conducted on five processes, which involve identifying company objectives, enterprise goals, IT-related goals, and conducting self-assessment. Based on the conducted assessment, the DSS 01 process obtained a final score of 90.22% and achieved a capability level of 4.51. The DSS 02 process obtained a final score of 91.70% and achieved a capability level of 4.59. The DSS 03 process obtained a final score of 90.30% and achieved a capability level of 4.52. The DSS 04 process obtained a final score of 34.15% and achieved a capability level of 1.71. The DSS 06 process obtained a final score of 91.36% and achieved a capability level of 4.58. In the DSS 01 process, three activity findings were identified, and nine improvement recommendations were provided. In the DSS 02 process, one activity finding was identified, and two improvement recommendations were provided. In the DSS 03 process, two activity findings were identified, and four improvement recommendations were provided. To achieve organizational goals, human resources - particularly employees - play an important role. This study aims to explain how the relationship between work motivation, compensation, and employee performance; how these factors affect employee performance; and which component has the most influence on employee performance. A total of 35 employees were involved in this study. The method used was the total sampling method. To collect information, surveys and interviews were conducted. Scale range and multiple linear regression were used as analytical techniques to assess and validate the research hypotheses. Employee performance has a positive impact on the company. The same results also show that work motivation and compensation have an effect on the success of the company, employee performance increases when incentives and work motivation are improved. Good drug planning can improve pharmaceutical stock control in hospitals. The purpose of this study was to find out about the application of consumption methods with EOQ, MMSL and ABC-VEN forecasting in the management of pharmaceutical supplies in hospitals. This study used retrospective mix-method data, quantitative data and qualitative primary data. The research was conducted at RSU Royal Prima Marelan. The results showed that drug supply control using the EOQ method of getting drugs reordered: cefixime 200MG ordered at 447, ondacetron 4MG 740, gabapentin 300MG 706, ranitidine 25MG 1467, novorapid flexpen / 5\" 42. In the SS method, the number of drugs available at delivery, cefixime 200MG should be 627 drugs at the time of shipment, ondacetron 4MG should be 522, gabapentin 300MG should be 470, ranitidine 25MG should be 940, and novorapid flexpen/5\" should be 26. In the ROP method the drug was reordered at cefixime 200MG it was reordered when the stock was 447 and the quantity ordered was 12027, ondacetron 4MG 740 and 10000, gabapentin 300MG 706 and 9020, ranitidine 25MG 1467 and 18040, novorapid flexpen 42 and 502. Multi-dimensional factors cause stunting, so multi-sectors are responsible for handling it. To optimize stunting prevention, health workers such as pharmacists have an essential role to play. As part of change agents and competence, pharmacists should optimize their role in providing information and education and as caregivers. Pharmacists are expected to play a role in diet and nutrition management, increasing adherence to therapy, and monitoring drug side effects in pregnancy. This study aims to get an overview of the effect of pharmacist intervention in preventing anaemia in pregnant women in supporting the treatment of stunting. This type of research was a quasi-experimental study with a cohort study design before and after the intervention was carried out on anaemic pregnant women receiving blood supplement therapy in Pandeglang District, Banten Province. The clinical outcome assessment was measured based on the Hb value and the pregnant woman's weight. The level of adherence was assessed using the Medication Adherence Report Scale (MARS-5). The results showed increased adherence to using Iron Tablets after pharmacist intervention (99.47%). The MARS-5 score showed an average increase of 24.99 ± 0.07. The average patient's Hb increased after the intervention and showed a significant difference in Hb levels (p<0.05). The decrease in the number of patients with anaemia in pregnant women reached 91.8%. Pregnant women's weight increased monthly, showing a significant difference (p <0.05). The research method used is descriptive and quantitative methods. Descriptive method is a method for analyzing data by describing the data that has been collected as it is without intending to make general conclusions or generalizations. The quantitative method is a type of research whose specifications are systematic, planned and clearly structured from the start as far as the research design. The results showed that the profit of arabica coffee farming based on analysis using NPV is Rp. 30,621,659 over a period of 4 years, it was said to be profitable and based on NPV analysis obtained at an interest rate of 6% produced a positive NPV value of Rp. 19,613,917 .09 is greater than zero (NPV > 0) then it is said to be feasible. Arabica coffee farming in Jampit Village, Ijen District, Bondowoso Regency is feasible based on the analysis of R/C Ratio, Net B/C and IRR. Based on the R/C Ratio analysis, the result is 1.82 which is greater than 1, so it is efficient. The results of research and hypothesis testing show that transformational leadership, knowledge sharing, and academic integrity affect both partially and simultaneously on the innovativeness of lecturers with a contribution of 73%. This systematic review aims to look at the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the post-pandemic mental health of the elderly. based on research journal articles published from January 2022 to April 2022 on the elderly. Five research articles were obtained from three international publishers. The five journals were tested for due diligence using six PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-analyses) assessment protocols which included abstracts and titles, introduction and objectives, methods and data, sample selection strategy, data analysis, and research findings. The results obtained based on a systematic study conducted in depth regarding the impact of Covid-19 on the health of the elderly are; (1) Psychological disorders, namely: anxiety, stress, overdose, and trauma. (2) Disorders of happiness, namely quality of life, perceptions of health and well-being (3) and Physical Disorders, namely functional disorders, dyspenia, and cognitive disorders. This finding represents the impact that the elderly have felt during the 4 months of the pandemic in 2022, even though it has been more than two years of the COVID-19 pandemic, the elderly are still feeling the negative impact of the pandemic.
