Celebrity Endorsement, Brand Equity, and Features Services are the independent variables of this research. Purchase decision is the dependent variable. The Tiktok Shop application was used from 2021–2023 for this research. This research uses quantitative methods with primary data and data collection using questionnaires. This research analyzes data using multiple linear regression analysis.The partial test results show that (1) celebrity endorsements do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a calculated value of tcount< ttable (0.045< 2.028) and a sig value.0.964 > 0.05 (2)brand equityhas a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions with tcount > ttable (2.206 > 2.028) and sig. 0.034 < 0.05 (3) feature services have a significant negative effect on purchasing decisions with tcount<ttable (0.927<2.028) and sig. 0.360 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test show that Celebrity Endorsement, Brand Equity, and Features Services do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with valueFcount<Ftable (1.872 < 2.866) and sig value. As well as whether a Person's organizational fit, organizational commitment, and employee engagement mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is by distributing questionnaires through the Google Forms link. The questionnaire was distributed to each cluster for 4 weeks and assisted by the administration of each BUMN cluster. Respondents who filled out the link in the google form were 403 but those who entered the appropriate criteria were 366. The data was obtained and analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). By using descriptive qualitative research, data collection is done through interviews and documentation studies to be further processed and analyzed. The results of the third analysis indicate that there are still shipping companies that have not yet fully equipped the pollution prevention aids on ships, when shipping equipment is damaged it is rather difficult to provide a replacement. The aim of this research is to evaluate the use of vitamins and minerals in stunting cases in several Surabaya Community Health Centers. The results of this research are descriptive with prospective data collection. The number of respondents obtained was 64 stunting child patients who met the inclusion criteria. Based on the results of child demographics according to age, the most stunting child patients were 32 patients aged 48 – 60 months (50%). Based on gender, the results were balanced between women and men. Based on a history of exclusive breastfeeding, the majority had a history of exclusive breastfeeding, 52 patients (81.25%). Based on birth weight, the highest number of patients with a normal weight (>2500) grams was 53 patients (82.82%). Based on disease history, the majority did not have a history of disease, 53 patients (82.82%). The vitamins and minerals used in stunting cases in several Surabaya Community Health Centers are Optima Zinc Syrup, Vitamin and Mineral Powder, Taburia, and Vitamin A Capsules, with the rules and duration of use according to those given. Based on the results of nutritional status assessments at several Surabaya Community Health Centers, it was found that the majority of children were underweight based on Z-Score BW/U, had short status based on Z-Score BH/U, and had good nutritional status based on Z-Score BW/BH. This study examines the impact of e-service quality dimensions on e-customer satisfaction among users of the myFirstMedia application—an innovative digital service ensuring 24/7 customer connectivity. However, there is a noticeable gap between service quality and user expectations. The research, utilizing a quantitative method, combines primary data from Google Forms surveys with secondary data from news articles and previous research. Employing non-probability purposive sampling, the study involves 385 respondents and applies Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 4.0 software. Statistical tests reveal that (1) the reliability dimension significantly influences e-customer satisfaction, (2) the responsiveness dimension positively impacts e-customer satisfaction, (3) the security/privacy dimension has a significant positive effect on e-customer satisfaction, (4) the fulfillment dimension significantly contributes to e-customer satisfaction, and (5) the efficiency dimension positively affects e-customer satisfaction. The R-Square coefficient of determination indicates a 52.6% influence of electronic service quality dimensions on e-customer satisfaction. Statistical analysis results confirm the impact of the reliability dimension on e-customer satisfaction. So it is predicted that losses will occur in the network because the longer the distribution channel, the greater the voltage drop. Voltage drops in the network cause energy losses (losses) which need to be evaluated and anticipated whether they occur within normal and reasonable limits. So in this research an evaluation of the voltage profile of the Ahuru feeder was carried out using the power flow analysis method using ETAP 12.6.0 software. Based on the simulation results, under installed load conditions, there is a voltage drop below the PLN standard on the BusL-ERIE3 line of 18.99kV or 95% up to the end of the BusL-WAYOMAR series network of 18.907kV or 94.5% of the nominal voltage of 20 kV. Meanwhile, the base, middle and end line voltage profiles are based on simulation results, the installed load conditions produce a base voltage level of 19.77kV with a voltage drop of 1.2%, the middle of the line 19.09kV with a voltage drop of 3.3% and the end of the line 18.907kV with a voltage fell by 4.3%. With disinformation, misinformation and mal-information spreading at the click of a button and at breakneck speed, tech companies are struggling to regulate it on social media, while grappling with public responsibility, definitions of free speech or freedom of expression, and identification of such content and its source. This research piece has provided another prism by which the excesses of the purveyors of disinformation, misinformation and mal-information, otherwise known as fake news, propaganda or misleading information can be curtailed. In the social media platform, the author of content is elusive and may not be known because the content or material does not contain any identification that could help to identify the perpetuator, and even if eventually he/she is finally tracked – probably after the content may have been shared (say) a million times, the harm may have been done. So, the goal of this scheme is to discourage and prevent the creation and posting of harmful material on social media since such content will carry the identification of the author. The identification details of the author of content is acquired at the point of posting the content online on any social media platform, while the integrity of the content is preserved by the use of cryptographic hash function. The instruments in this study have passed validity and reliability tests, where these instruments are used as data collection tools. The number of respondents involved in this research is 95 people, dominated by [insert information about the dominant group]. Data collection technique uses random sampling, which falls under probability sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 26. Out of the four hypotheses in this research, all are supported by empirical data. The findings of this research explain that financial literacy, and financial planning not influence on consumptive behavior in the millennial and Generation Z. Meanwhile lifestyle have an impact on consumptive behavior in the millennial and Generation Z. What sets this research apart from previous studies is the use of the evaluated objects, which influences the design of specific and unique research instruments. This research conducts descriptive hypothesis testing that was not present in previous studies. Meanwhile, the sample size, sample determination technique, and data analysis technique can be adjusted by future researchers based on the evaluated objects.
