From the 1960s to the early 1990s, the German government unilaterally supported Korea, and the two countries maintained mutual exchanges from the 1990s. It has grown into a partnership to build a cooperative relationship by jointly carrying out ODA projects. Meanwhile, Korea, as a donor country, has been promoting vocational education and training support projects in various developing countries for over 40 years, starting with the Indonesian Vocational Training Center support project in 1986, but there is no case of long-term cooperation such as that between Korea and Germany. Through the study on the development of the Korea-Germany long-term cooperative relationship, we are able to understand the need to build a sustainable growth model based on the demand in the field of vocational education and training in the recipient countries. The function of the proposed disaster prevention device was verified by designing and testing a receiver for fire detection. It includes a function for controlling windows and ventilation fans by interlocking a fire signal and a stand-alone CO gas alarm and cutting off the auxiliary-battery power. This study investigated the main surfactants and preservative ingredients in Korean fundamental cosmetics sold within the past three years. Oil-in-water (O/W) emulsifiers have been mainly polyethylene glycol (PEG)-free surfactants; however, the main solubilizing agents have remained PEG-based. Paraben, which was the main preservative ingredient, has been replaced by 1,2-hexanediol and ethylhexylglycerin. Therefore, if a material with low hardness is applied to the cover, it will wear out and the durability will decrease. \u0000In this study, to improve the durability of the cover, a lightweight and high-strength carbon fiber material was applied. Furthermore, an appropriate composite material manufacturing process was applied to reduce the manufacturing cost. The multi-reducer prepared in this study weighs more than 30 kg per product, it has a wide range of thicknesses reaching 180 mm in the thickest part; till now, no attempts have been devoted toward the production of such a large multi-reducer via molding. The result of cooling analysis of the 3D mold designed to obtain a high-quality product showed that because of the large amount of the raw material injected into the mold, pores and defects such as shrinkage, depression, shape dimensional deformation are formed owing to non-uniformity in the temperature distribution. \u0000In order to verify the theoretical shrinkage and cooling deformation that occur during thick injection molding, the test product was measured, and the design technology considering the final shrinkage and strain was reflected in the cavity and core revision design. The thick products with a large difference in thickness are more deformed during cooling; therefore, we focused on the cooling channel design. For the experiments, the pressure ranged from 1–3 mTorr, and the applied voltage ranged from 260–340 V at 10 V intervals. \u0000The results of light transmittance, refractive index, and surface images were analyzed using equipment such as a spectrophotometer, an elliptical polarization analyzer, and a scanning microscope. As a result, under a pressure of at least 1 mTorr, light transmittance of at least 90% was measured, and the refractive index of the thin film had an excellent value of at least 2. The discontinuous supply of electricity cannot ensure the freshness of foods, such as meat, fish, and vegetables, in the refrigerator. Research is being conducted to increase the energy efficiency of refrigerators and improve the refrigeration function to maintain a constant temperature. However, the considerably high cost of PCM makes it imperative to inject an appropriate amount of PCM and analyze the structural effect due to the change in weight in the cold storage duct according to the amount of PCM charged. Therefore, in this study, a simulation was conducted on the structural effect of the cold storage duct according to the charging amount of PCM. Results showed that the normal elastic strain of the cold storage duct increased by 0.259 mm(from 0.672mm to 0.931mm) when the charging amount of PCM increased from 500g to 1400g. In addition, as the charging amount of PCM increased from 500g to 800g, the total deformation increased by about 12.6%. According to the weight, the total deformation did not significantly increase when the charging amount of PCM increased from 800g to 1400g.
