Following the footsteps of global brands, Nepali brands have designed their products to address such green concerns. As a result, green consumers' behaviors have gained the attention of different streams of researchers and practitioners.\u0000Purpose- The purpose of this paper is to examine the mediating role of Green Brand Knowledge (GBK) on Green Brand Positioning (GBP) and Attitude towards Green Brands (ATGB).\u0000Research Methodology- This paper adopted a quantitative approach to achieve the research objective. A cross-sectional survey research design and purposive sampling technique were employed to collect data from 201 green-aware customers of the Kathmandu Valley. The process macro was applied to test the mediated hypotheses.\u0000Results- The result revealed that GBP significantly influences GBK and ATGB, and GBK partially mediates the relationship between GBP and ATGB. \u0000Conclusion- This paper concluded that the GBP and GBK of customers could change the ATGB. Since ATGB is a significant variable, Nepali green brands could invest in a promotional campaign, as a result, GBK and GBP could change the positive attitude toward green brands. \u0000Implications: This paper could provide two significant implications. First, it can help to enrich the existing body of literature on green branding by drawing from signaling theory (ST) and the theory of planned behavior (TPB). Second, this paper could help managers and marketers to design GBP strategy as it is regarded as a critical aspect of green brands. \u0000Originality: This paper is among the earliest work to explain green attitude by applying the ST and TPB in the Nepali context.

Because of their substance abuse practice, ranging from glue sniffing to injecting drugs and unsafe sexual behavior, they are vulnerable to transmitting HIV and other blood-borne diseases. Numerous studies have been conducted on street children in Kathmandu. However, there are gaps in studying hardcore substance abuse and unsafe sexual behavior.\u0000Objective: This study aims to assess the state of substance abuse and practice of unsafe sexual behavior among the street children of Kathmandu city.\u0000Methods: This research applied both exploratory and descriptive study designs. Using the non-probability sampling of snowball sampling technique, we interviewed 50 respondents (including six females) from purposively selected three location clusters, i.e., New-road, Thamel and Gaushala/ Pashupati Temple area of Kathmandu)have been interviewed. We used both open-ended and close-ended questions to collect data.\u0000Results: The findings of the study disclosed that substance abuse transitioned from solvent use in the earlier ages of 11 to 13 years to the progress towards injecting drugs as they grow older, 14 to 16 years old. Of the total, 14% of the respondents sharing the needle/syringe with others while injecting drugs. Likewise, 88% of the male respondents have reported practicing unsafe sexual behavior, with their friends, in exchange for food and money.\u0000Conclusion: The street children of Kathmandu are living a risky life. Substance abuse and unsafe sexual activities are the most high-risk behavior, making them vulnerable to transmission of HIV, HCV, HBV and STIs. However, the policies to respond to the issue of street children in Nepal are simply inadequate and ineffective.

Society's perception of organizations is shaped by how they report on their social and environmental effects. \u0000 \u0000Objective: This study aimed to examine the impression of social and environmental indicators concerning organizational performance from the perspective of the customers of Nepalese mobile phone service providers. \u0000 \u0000Materials and Methods: The study employed a stratified non-probability sampling technique and collected primary data from 329 GSM users of the Nepalese cell phone operator companies with an organised survey questionnaire. The survey questionnaire contained 17 questions about demographic and general information, social and environmental impressions, and organisational performance. The study variables' questions were organised with a 6-point Likert-type scale and employed structural equation modelling and path analysis to get the study's objective. \u0000 \u0000Results: Two observed variables out of five within the social performance (β = 0.812, p < 0.01) and all four observed variables within the environmental performance (β = 0.972, p < 0.01) significantly contributed to social and environmental performance. The social and environmental performance with six observable and two latent variables had a substantial influence (β = 0.877, p < 0.01) on organisational performance. \u0000 \u0000Conclusions: The study presents a new subjective lens and an approach for recognising, analysing, and spreading social and environmental impacts. Voluntary turnover is detrimental to organizational growth and success. Therefore, employers and practitioners try to understand what motivates people to leave. Negative employee behaviors such as workplace bullying and abusive supervision have been identified as critical variables for employee motivation to leave. \u0000Purpose: The purpose of the paper was to investigate the moderating role of Abusive Supervision in relation to Workplace Bullying and Turnover Intention among employees in Nepali Commercial Banks. \u0000Research Methodology: This paper applied a quantitative approach and cross-sectional survey research design to investigate the research objective. The convenience sampling method was employed to research employees of different commercial banks. Data were collected from 202 employees via self-administered questionnaires. Covariance-Based Structure Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) was applied to examine research hypotheses. \u0000Results: The result showed that Workplace Bullying positively influences Turnover Intention among employees of Nepali commercial banks. Also, the result showed that Abusive Supervision moderates the relationship between Workplace Bullying and Turnover Intention. \u0000Conclusion: According to the paper, employees of Nepali commercial banks intend to leave their respective banks if they experience Workplace Bullying at a different level of Abusive Supervision. Increasing Abusive Supervision in the presence of Workplace Bullying increases the intention of leaving commercial banks. \u0000Implications: This paper has two implications. Theoretically, this paper provides a critical juncture for Nepali researchers by investing in moderating the role of Abusive Supervision on turnover intention. Managerially, it is imperative for organizations to invest in enriching their employees by creating a work environment free of bullying and abusive supervision. \u0000Originality: This paper stands at a critical juncture in Nepali research because it is among the fewest studies investigating the moderating role of abusive supervision on workplace bullying and turnover intention.

Investors always want to increase their values of common stock; thus, they always want to increase common stock returns. The investor for investment prefers the company that provides better common stock return. Thus, the management of the firm always wants to increase common stock returns. The common stock return is affected by so many internal and external factors. Internal factors are the firm-specific factors that the firm's management can control, and external factors are the macroeconomic factors that the individual firm cannot control. Generally, firm-specific factors include the size of the firm, book-to-market equity, earnings yield, cash flow yield, dividend yield, leverage, return on assets, sales-to-price ratio etc. If the firm's management identifies these factors influence, they can increase their common stock return. \u0000Objective: This paper aims to investigate the effect of firm-specific variables on the stock return of Nepalese commercial banks. \u0000Methods: To observe the influence of firm-specific variables on stock return of Nepalese commercial banks, multivariate regression analysis have been applied. It delivers financial and non-financial services to unbanked people from formal financial services. Microfinance services support people from weaker sections of society with a view of socio-economic transformation. Low access to finance is a problem for poor and marginalized people. Microfinance institutions provide microcredit to unbanked people without physical collateral. Thus they help people from lower-income groups improve their livelihood through productive investment. \u0000Objectives: This paper aims to examine the effects of microfinance services on the economic status of clients' status with references to Sana Kisan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SKBBL), Pokhara, Nepal. \u0000Methods: The research presents the findings of data collected through a survey research design in the Kaski district of Nepal. The researchers administered the survey questionnaire to 235 clients of SKBBL microfinance institutions involved in the programme for the last five or more years. We used a stratified random sampling technique to collect the data. The sample population comprised 70 from a scheduled caste (Dalit), 75 from ethnic groups, and 90 from upper castes. Both descriptive and inferential statistics have been used to analyze the data. The paired sample t-test has been used to examine the effects of microfinance intervention on occupational status, income level, consumption expenditure, capital expenditure, and monthly savings of the clients. \u0000Results: The results show that microfinance has contributed a significant role. It has enabled people from lower income groups to access microcredit and encourage productive investment that facilitates productive investment and economic transformation. -The result derived from paired sample t-test finds the positive effects of microfinance intervention on occupational status, income level, consumption, capital expenditure, and saving habits. \u0000Conclusion: This study concludes that role of microcredit is significant in enhancing the clients' economic status. Microfinance positively affects clients' earnings, savings, spending, asset accumulation, and occupational status.
