Nous avons observé l’évolution de la création de cet objet en analysant le discours de la classe qui l’a réalisé. Nos résultats montrent qu’en interagissant entre eux à l’écrit ou par la création d’une variété d’artéfacts, les élèves se sont engagés dans une démarche qui leur a permis de faire progresser leurs interactions de manière à créer un objet partagé. Ils ont aussi également utilisé un langage artistique propre à leur culture.\u0000Mots-clefs : Éducation artistique; environnement d’apprentissage en réseau; primaire; objet partagé.\u0000Abstract: An elementary class of the Remote Networked School initiative used Knowledge Forum for the creation of an art object during the Young Artists Without Borders projects. We observed the evolution of the creation of this object by analyzing the class’s discourse. Our results show that by interacting with each other in writing and/or by creating a variety of artifacts, students engaged in a process that allowed them to interact in a way to create a shared object. It then surveys Jewish Canadian history in order to provide a sketch of the cultural context, providing a rationale for teaching Jewish art at Canadian universities. A brief history of the nature of Jewish art and its relationship to that of the dominant cultures in which Jews have lived will be described.  It proposes a model for teaching Jewish art and art by Jewish artists in Canadian universities that can provide students with opportunities to truly understand the cultural context in which this work is created, using Israeli-Canadian Sylvia Safdie’s Dust as an example.\u0000Keywords: Diversity; Inclusivity; Jewish Art; Sylvia Safdie. \u0000Résumé : Cet article se penche sur la littérature du domaine de l’enseignement des arts qui traite d’inclusivité culturelle. On y explore ensuite l’histoire juive canadienne pour dresser un tableau du contexte culturel et fournir un motif d’enseigner l’art juif dans les universités canadiennes. Y sont décrits un bref historique de la nature de l’art juif ainsi que sa relation avec les cultures dominantes au sein desquelles évoluent les Juifs. L’article propose un modèle pour enseigner dans les universités canadiennes l’art juif et des œuvres réalisées par des artistes juifs. Lee","doi":"10.26443/crae.v47i1.87","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.26443/crae.v47i1.87","url":null,"abstract":"Abstract: The author reflects on the death of professor who was on her doctoral committee.  She considers how “grief and bereavement has undergone a transformational change in terms of how the human experience of loss is understood, “(Hall, 2014, p. 7).  The article explores how “poems are powerful documents that possess the capacity to capture the contextual and psychological worlds of both poet and subject,” (Furman, 2007, p. 302).  It also explores how reflexivity can be enacted through a poetic inquiry (Prendergast, Leggo, Sameshima, 2009).  Thus, the narrative can contextualize “using alternative forms of data to evoke deep and powerful emotional reactions in the consumer of research,” (Denzin, 1997).   In the end, the narrative weaves poetic inquiry that helps the author gain a deeper understanding about the personal and cultural influences of grief and how it transforms reflections on death, dying, life, and loss.\u0000Keywords: Death; Grief; Loss; Poetic Inquiry.\u0000Résumé : L’autrice se penche sur le décès d’un professeur qui siégeait sur son comité de doctorat. Elle examine le changement transformationnel de la « peine et du deuil au niveau de l’interprétation de la perte dans le cadre de l’expérience humaine » (Hall, 2014, p. 7). L’article décrit « en quoi les poèmes constituent de puissants documents capables de saisir les univers contextuel et psychologique aussi bien du poète que du sujet » (Furman et al., 2007, p. 302). On y apprend aussi comment la quête poétique peut donner forme à la réflexivité (Prendergast et al., 2009). Le narratif peut donc contextualiser « l’utilisation d’autres formes de données pour évoquer de puissantes et profondes réactions émotionnelles chez le consommateur de recherches » (Denzin, 1997). We draw on aspects of autoethnography, reflexively engaged, to explore these archives as they lend insight into the construction of personal identity. Understanding both the archives and identity as inseparable from culture, we take up cultural analysis as historical method as we examine, through archival metaphor, the historical struggles of women in academia. We believe that scholarly writing within disciplinary contexts is one way women constitute identity for ourselves and, in so doing, find pathways to write our way into existence.\u0000Keywords: Women scholars; academic identity; autoethnography; arts-informed research.\u0000Résumé : Trois autrices proposent un bricolage méthodologique pour explorer des archives visuelles, textuelles et poétiques qui ont façonné nos identités en tant que femmes universitaires. Nous nous appuyons sur des aspects d’auto-ethnographie, dans un mode de réflexivité, pour étudier ces archives et la lumière qu’elles jettent sur la construction de l’identité personnelle. While most research designs in this review were case studies, researchers used a variety of art forms in their studies, including poetry, photography and drawing. Our findings reveal that researchers used the expressive arts to understand and address the psychosocial states, social health, physical health, and coping patterns of children with CF. The expressive arts might be a powerful tool to explore the facets of health in this population.\u0000Key Words: Cystic Fibrosis; Expressive Arts; Narrative Review; Child; Youth.\u0000Résumé : Les autrices proposent dans cet article une revue narrative de la littérature afin d’étudier le rôle des arts de la scène dans la vie d’enfants et de jeunes atteints de fibrose kystique. Si la plupart des études liées à cette revue relèvent d’études de cas, les chercheurs ont utilisé pour leurs études plusieurs formes d’art, notamment la poésie, la photographie et le dessin. Nos résultats démontrent que les chercheurs ont fait appel aux arts de la scène pour comprendre et aborder les conditions psychosociales, la santé sociale, la santé physique et les modes d’adaptation des enfants atteints de fibrose kystique.
