In this paper, we focus on the integration of monozukuri-based learning in information technology for undergraduate curriculum. It was designed and implemented in business information technology program to enable students to demonstrate their capabilities and skills to the utmost. It is imperative that teaching and learning with mind and kaizen need to be cooperative with appropriate technologies and interconnectivity of the relevant courses. Cloud computing is used in this study to enhance learning at any time, from anywhere and on any device. The course evaluations of 5 academic years indicate that the students have high degree of understanding monozukuri concept and gaining benefit of doing monozukuri project. The satisfaction in learning tools and technologies is also in high level. In spite of the growth of the cosmetics industry, most of the recommendation methods based on the information received by the consumers without clearly knowing their skin type are based on the recommendation methods of existing cosmetics. Also, it is not easy to find recommendation methods based on accurate and objective indicators of the consumer's skin type. As for the customized cosmetics that have received much attention in recent years, the recommendation method is based on the self-questionnaire of the consumer or the skin type of the skin which is known to the user. However, the conventional skin type survey is often complicated and requires expertise to proceed on its own. In this process, the actual type of skin and the type of skin it is recognizing may be different, and the deviation from the desired ideal skin may be larger. Therefore, it is necessary to develop research method and analysis algorithm for diagnosis of accurate skin type and language which is easy for consumers to understand. In this study, we are going to make a diagnosis about current skin condition quantitatively through analyzing the current skin problem, distress, cosmetic use purpose and pursuing emotional distinction based on consumer language and emotion. The results of this study can be used as a guide for making customized cosmetics according to consumers' skin type and skin condition. Many countries have already considered data governance and dissemination of open government data to the citizen imperative. Although Thailand has prescribed a draft of public information act, data governance for government data is still unclear. Hence, this research proposes a conceptual legal framework for open government data in data governance aspects. The results of preliminary studies from the previous research are used in this paper including gap analysis and compare results between Public Information Act of the United States of America, the Republic of Korea and the current draft of Public Information Act of Thailand. The coverage issues are on the organizational structure, organizational roles, and responsibilities of Public Information Committee. The proposed amendments is applied in the current draft of the Public Information act for Thailand. Indeed, May of this year sets the milestone of the cybersecurity process in Europe and especially in France as it is the deadline for the transposition of the Network and Information Security European directive (NIS) on cybersecurity. This European directive is in line with the global crucial transition operating at all scales in the World. As a global concern, the cybersecurity capacity building of the next generations is at stakes. In order to formulate a viable and efficient training that meets real needs and challenges, we first analyze the current strategic and policy frameworks at many scales concerning the cybersecurity enforcement and awareness development. Once the best practices outlined, we would then analyze the current trainings provided in France in that field.
