It is a One Tambon One Product (OTOP) product which is popular among tourists who come to the area. They normally buy salted eggs as souvenirs to indicate that they have been to Surat Thani. Currently, the production of salted eggs in the area of Chaiya district in surat Thani or even other areas that are not in Surat Thani have high competition in the market. Probably, it is derived from the diffusion of simple production and method. However, to produce salted eggs to be delicious, a big and tasty yolk eggs depends on how to raise ducks and a special way to produce salted eggs. If the amount of ingredients is not consistent, the product will not be standard. Therefore, in helping promote product management, there should be an emphasis on more systematic data storage to help produce products in time and so the system can calculate the raw materials needed to help reduce costs in manufacturing, and help eggs have enough quality of recipes. Also the system can report the quantitative data of production and quantity of raw materials to help check the stockpile of raw materials properly. It also supports decision making and executive planning. Thus, this paper is aimed to study about the factors (courses) that affect the design of learning styles in upper secondary level from lower secondary level, develop a model of education that supports the appropriate learning styles in upper secondary school, and evaluate the effectiveness of the education model. The dataset was collected from 603 lower students and 626 upper students at Phadungnaree School in Mahasarakham, Thailand. The scope of the dataset is six academic years from 2010 to 2015. The research tool consists of four machines learning, including k-means, decision tree, k-optimization, and cross-validation methods. The results showed that the number of appropriate class for school management is equal to three clusters (classrooms) while the signification factor is 21 factors in 3 groups. The model performance is very high with 82.47 % accuracy. This phenomenon is interesting to examine because some e-learning systems that exist today are not yet fully secure, in the sense that it is still easy to disseminate without any copyright and they are not used wisely. The purpose of this research is to produce an application that can be used as a media for e-learning of streaming audio and video without storing the file on local cache device so that the file residing in e-learning media cannot disseminated. As a research methodology using deductive qualitative method, data collective process done by literature study, interview and observation. After the data collected, the result is e-learning software based on website and mobile that can be used to stream media files without downloaded. This system is designed to connect to any type of network such as GPRS, LAN, Wi-Fi for telemedicine. This system will serve as communication backbone for telemedicine implementation in rural India. Recently, remote healthcare systems have received increasing attention in the last decade, explaining why intelligent systems with physiology signal monitoring for e-health care are an emerging area of development. Therefore, this work adopts a system which includes continuous collection and evaluation of multiple vital signs, long-term healthcare, and a cellular connection to a medical center in emergency case and it transfers all acquired raw data by the internet in normal case. The proposed system can continuously acquire four different physiological signs, for example, ECG, SpO2, temperature, and blood pressure and further relayed them to an intelligent data analysis. The proposed system also has a friendly web-based interface for medical staff to observe immediate pulse signals for remote treatment. Once abnormal event happened or the request to real-time display vital signs is confirmed, all physiological signs will be immediately transmitted to remote medical server through both cellular networks and internet. Also data can be transmitted to a family member's mobile phone or doctor's phone through GPRS. A prototype of such system has been successfully developed and implemented, which will offer high standard of healthcare with a major reduction in cost for our society. Many private IHLs suffered from financial losses because of the declining number of students' enrolment. Social media has become a domain for investments to companies and it is recognized as a means of maintaining long-term relationships with their customers. Customers or students now have multi-modal relationships with businesses which are mostly digital and exist across social media platforms. Companies investing in resources to integrate social data into existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems enable them to understand customers and at the same time fulfil their best interests. In addition, IHL strategic marketing needs to respond to the digital era by applying social media informed research. This paper will produce a Social CRM Analytic model for the IHLs to assist them in taking actions on the customers' problems or complaints. The model may also be suited to organizations with relationship-oriented characteristics of social media technologies. The previous study was used to support the model and selected IHLs are applied to this model. However, the majority strategic board game have developed from the West which having some business culture difference. This article presents the philosophy and objectives of the game for fostering business sustainability and some desired features from stakeholders' views, also their expected benefits from playing this Automotive Factory Strategic Board Game (AF-SBG). The results of the several focus group with the dedicated stakeholders such as prospect players and the training organization's management also the game developers shown that the philosophy of the game should be to create sustainable competitiveness in the digital economy by applying the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy (SEP) with innovation and technology in running business for sustainability. Once an organization sets up its goals, visions and missions, a set of strategic plan would be implemented. To achieve each organization's strategic plan and objective, knowledge transfer is mainly utilized in many organizations because knowledge transfer is a key to create an organization's core competency. This research investigates the effects of knowledge transfer among top management team (TMT) members on firm's innovative performance as well as examines the relationship of CEO's personality traits and TMT knowledge transfer. The proposed conceptual model was developed based on the combination of team learning process model, knowledge transfer processes, leadership behavior in teams, and personality traits. The methodology techniques used in this study included correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The sample size in this study was 211. Therefore, this research intends to study this perspective of factors that influence and impact successful ICT adoption and related agricultural performance. Case study and survey methodology was adopted for this research. Case studies in two Thai-organizations were carried out. The results of the two main case studies suggested 22 factors that may have an impact on ICT adoption in agriculture in Thailand, which led to the development of the preliminary framework. Next, a survey instrument was developed based on the findings from case studies. Survey questionnaires were gathered from 481 respondents from two large-scale surveys were sent to selected members of Thailand farmer, and Thailand computer to test the research framework. The results indicate that the top five critical factors for ensuring ICT adoption in agricutural were: 1) cost of ICT 2) software 3) tranning and education 4) farmer attitude to the use of IT, and 5) skill development in ICT.
