In this way, the level and efficiency of parts management have been greatly enhanced across the entire high-speed train section. Meanwhile, the information collection of EMUs important parts in many key business-link, such as replacement, self-repair, out-repair and scrap has been supported to comprehensively grasp the production and circulation process of EMUs important parts. Jiang, Dakun Lai","doi":"10.1109/IWECA.2014.6845749","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/IWECA.2014.6845749","url":null,"abstract":"To make automatic external defibrillators (AEDs) easy to use by the public who is not familiar with emergency treatment and electrocardiogram (ECG) analysis, it is critical to have an accurate shockable rhythm recognition algorithm. This paper presents a novel compositive algorithm by combining a slope variability analyzer with a band-pass digital filter so as to accurately distinguish shockable rhythms from non-shockable rhythms for automatic external defibrillators (AEDs). A total of 35 ECG records from the widely recognized Creighton University Ventricular Tachyarrhythmia Database (CUDB) were used to test the performance of the proposed algorithm. The obtained sensitivity of 94.2% and the specificity of 96.6% both satisfy requirements by the AHA rules on the arrhythmias detection for AEDs, and show a higher performance comparing with the previous HILB algorithm and the slope variability method only. All sub-regions are encoded by genetic algorithm (GA), and information of basis points between the sub-regions and sub-regions inside are set up and also achieved by GA, the optimal coverage sequences are obtained with GA, and in each sub-region a partial coverage is realized in the form of reciprocating movement, then problem of complete coverage for mobile robot is changed into a traveling salesman problem (TSP). Finally, the relationships between parameters of GA and search abilities are deeply studied, then the best parameters of GA are obtained. To solve this problem, an extrema extension method based on the combination of extreme learning machine and mirror extension is proposed in this paper. The extrema extension work includes two steps: firstly, the extreme learning machine method is utilized to predict several extreme points separately at both ends of the original data series to form the preliminary expansion signal; then the preliminary signal is further expanded by the method of extrema mirror expansion. From the final resulting signal the relatively true envelopes of the signal can be obtained and the end effects will be effectively resolved. The proposed method is applied in the processing of simulation and the cavitation signals. With the deepening research, we find that portal can do more works than we thought, including simulating mirror, connecting cells and dividing cells more simply. In this paper, first, we give the basic conception of portal, analyze the status and development trend of it, and divide portal into two categories: conventional portal and arbitrary portal. Conventional portal is a planar portal, defined on cell boundaries and used to form a CPG graph connecting the cells of the subdivision. Arbitrary portal is non-planar portal, can be any arbitrary surface, so it may exist anywhere within a cell or outside the indoor scene and connect to any space with an adjacent cell. Then, we describe the detail development of each type, comparing their difference and the different methods about portal. In order to establish a reasonable allocation model, a method based on Vague set for the target priority was proposed firstly. It is effectively to avoid the subjectivity of the weight selection by calculating the weights that making the Vague distance maximum. Then, this paper principally studied the method based on Cramér-Rao Low Bound for Multi-sensor allocation. The CRLB was introduced into the multi-sensor allocation model according to the characteristics of tracking, and it need not choose target tracking algorithm. Furthermore, the model made it more close to the actual situation by detailing the constraints.
