In this paper, we present a detection method of crest lines on triangle meshes by the angle of normals of two neighboring triangular facets. Firstly we compute the normal of each triangle and the angle between the normals of the two neighboring triangles is gotten. Secondly, we estimate the threshold according to the angles. There are many materials used as insulation in electric power equipment. Epoxy resin is a kind of polymeric insulation which is used as indoor as well as outdoor insulators. Under operating condition and polluted environment a large leakage current (LC) may flow on the surface. The LC may degrade the insulator surface and in the long time it may lead to the flash over. This paper reports experimental results on the LC characteristics of epoxy resin insulation. The samples used are epoxy resin blocks with dimension of 250 × 50 × 20 mm3. The samples were tested in a chamber with controllable artificial environment. AC voltage was applied and LC waveforms were measured. The digital data of LC was transferred to a computer for further analysis. The problems of social crime and criminal behaviour control are studied according to the system self-organization theory, and from the non-equilibrium crime system point of view. The rules of the social crimes from existence to evolution are analyzed using the theories. Based on this study, the concept of extension crime statistics is introduced, and resulted in the establishment of a fundamental frame work for the non-equilibrium crime information system. Moreover, a practicable methodology is presented. Finally, the paper concludes with a depicting systematic construction of criminal describing, and we have acquired a series of macroscopic crime math models upon criminal studies. One is that since the two distances from two stations to the satellite are different, the satellite receives the two signals at different position. Another is that due to the Sagnac effect, diurnal variations in TWSTFT are also produced. It is concluded that the satellite motion can bring the diurnal variations with the amplitude of several tens ps. However, this measure is not phonetically consistent. This work presents a novel trainable phone-dependent transformation of posterior probability to deal with the problem. Both linear and non-linear transforms are investigated. Close form solution is found for linear transformation and gradient-based method is derived for nonlinear transformation. Experimental results on the database of 3685 people showed significant improvement.
