So their marketing information system has never achieved the expectant effects. The paper constructed an evaluation indicator system of land ecological safety. The indicator system was composed of natural, economic and social elements. Then the paper established an evaluation model of land ecological safety based on ordered division and attribute recognition criterion. Finally the paper developed a case study on Henan Province from 2000 to 2007. The sequence of land ecological safety of the eight years is: 2007>2006>2005>2003>2004>2002>2001>2000. There is a tendency of improvement year by year and the safety conditions in the eight years belong to \"critically secure\" grade. However, land ecological safety of Henan need to be improved. The network intrusion detection system based Agent and SVM are created. Then, network Intrusion detection model based on SVM is gained, and the process of intrusion detection by SVM is given. For the uncertainty, imperfect, stochastic, fuzzy and disturbed environments and the unrecognized characteristics of the events, it is hard to make the urgent decision for relief demands in the context of emergency management. Inspired by the higher efficiency and special structure of immune system dealing with the pathogens, and the tolerance mechanisms dealing with incentives, a tolerance model based approach is proposed to forecast the emergency demands for protect disaster node. The approach applied a PSO algorithm based on the strategies of multi-particle information sharing and self-adaptive inertia weight to optimize the parameters of WNN for modeling quality of WNN. Partial understanding of any received e-trade information is forbidden since it hides unfavorable legal consequences. MEMP is a new concept. This paper discusses it by putting forward a framework, which consists of four important procedures of design, reification, transformation and inference. The important features of MEMP are representation personalization and localization, accurate cross-domain message exchange, true result reasoning, context-based reification, and model-free template design and use. In order to enhance the performance of classical DE, this paper presents an improved DE algorithm for global optimization. The proposed approach IDE employs a mutation operator based on an opposition-based learning concept. To verify the performance of IDE, we test it on 13 well-known benchmark functions.
