摘要

针对中国东部沿海城市出现“用工荒”与西部地区存在农村剩余劳动力的矛盾，本文基于面板数据对各地区农村劳动力流动因素进行实证分析，并比较各因素的影响，得到进一步的结果。为了保证结果的质量，采用协整检验。
