Objective: To study of assessment health information management in health system of Qazvin province. Material and methods: This is a descriptive study which was conducted in 2008. Population research was 3 levels of Health System of Qazvin. By targeted sampling; 10 Health Houses, 5 Rural Health Centers & Shahid Bolandian Health Center of Qazvin city were selected to study. A questionnaire and checklist were used for data collection and assessment information management. collected data were analyzed with spss13 software. Findings: This study indicated that 7.3% of total information was sent to higher level. information management were assessed in data collection and information transfer :weak (0%), moderate (23.2%) and fair (76.8%), data processing and analyzing: weak (0%), moderate (15.9%) and fair (84.1%), interpretation of information :weak(1.4%), moderate(23.2%) and fair(75.4%), also method of data control: weak(0%), moderate(21.7%) and fair(78.3%). Conclusion: With respect to large amount of information generated in different levels of health system, appropriate screening is very important to managers and policy makers for the best decision making. Our workgroup develops a domain-oriented model for knowledge integration in distributed heterogeneous environment such as semantic grid, which promises better access to relevant knowledge by producing a global domain ontology that is used for establishing semantic connections among the local autonomous knowledge sources as well as for retrieving those sources. And relevant design requirements were confirmed. Application results showed that polyureas can be used to anticorrosion in flue desulfurization equipment for anticorrosion because of their wear and high temperature physical properties. We consider the relationship between XOR-based target collision resistant hash functions and second preimage resistant compress functions. The contributions of this paper are twofold. First, we present the variants of evaluated second preimage resistant property, called e'-SPR. Second, we prove that the e'-SPR property of compress functions suffice to ensure the XOR-based hash functions target resistant to collision. For this, the objective of this paper is to study the organizational pattern between Distributed Expert System and Decision Support System, and design an Intelligent Decision Support System supported by heterogeneous Distributed Expert System. Firstly, a unified descriptive method of heterogeneous knowledge is presented. And then, an architecture integrating heterogeneous Distributed Expert System and Decision Support System is provided. Finally, a hierarchical approach to cooperate and manage Expert Systems have different degrees of capability is given.
