They usually make reasons like they are chased by deposits or so as not to be sleepy so they do the action. Even though when riding a bus, the driver certainly carries passengers and must be responsible for their safety.\u0000Aim: To provide an overview or model of intervention in dealing with risky driving behavior that is influenced by perceptions of safety risk, self control, self regulation, normlessness as factors behind risky driving behavior in Intercity Interprovincial Bus drivers, which is mediated by defensive driving behavior.\u0000Method: This study used a mix method, namely the calculation of questionnaire results using SmartPLS to see the model and the discussion of research uses more qualitative. The data used are secondary data, and primary data collected through filling out a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5. The total respondents sampled in this study ranged from 50 bus drivers from PO Santoso and PO Handoyo at Bekasi City terminal, so the total number of respondents is around 100 people.\u0000Findings: There is a correlation or influence between risk perception, self control, n ormlessness and self regulation, significantly on risky driving behavior with defensive driving as a mediator. Risk perception had a significant influence on risky driving behavior. But it also carries a higher price tag and complication risk.\u0000Aim: The researchers would like to discover anesthesia management of patients with redo craniotomy in patients with supratentorial recidive tumors.\u0000Method: The researchers used the case study method. Two cases of redo craniotomy performed at the Santosa Hospital Bandung Central Indonesia are presented. The first case involved a 24-year-old male with a supraorbital tumor, GCS 15, and the second case involved a 43-year-old woman with meningiomas, GCS 15. The first patient underwent redo craniotomy six (6) months after the first operation, while the second patient underwent the procedure three (3) months after the first operation. These patients were subjected to anesthesia using the same techniques and anesthetic drugs. patients were positioned in a neutral position with 20-30 degree head up, voluntary hyperventilated, and adequate anxiolytics.\u0000Findings: The bleeding volume of the patients was 800 mL for the first patient and 1,000 mL for the second, and the fluid balance was maintained using the ringerfundin balance solution. The durations of the operation of the first and second patients were 4 and 6.5 hours, respectively. Postoperatively, patients were treated in the ICU for one day under mechanical ventilation and were transferred to the ward after extubation. Considering to Indonesia's large number of e-payment users, MSME players are heavily utilizing the payment option to construct a more effective and efficient payment system. However, not all MSME’s owner have the intention about using digital payments. This causes economic lagging, due to the shift in social transaction behavior from the physical economy to the virtual economy.\u0000Aim: The research would like to measure the use of technology acceptance model to evaluate MSME perspectives on e-payment system.\u0000Method: Concurrent mixed methodology, which is an analytical technique used in this study that integrates or affiliates qualitative and quantitative forms by providing a variety of sources of evidence, quantitative and qualitative data combined can contribute to enhancing the validity and reliability of the research findings. It can help to reduce the risk of bias or error that may arise from using only one method. As an outcome, we want to provide a thorough overview of the research problem. The population is MSMEs registered with Asosiasi Gula Rafinasi Indonesia (AGRI) of 980 MSMEs. The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government issued a Jak Lingko transportation service policy as one of the steps to solving the problem.\u0000Aim: The focus of the research is to describe and analyze the implementation of the Jak Lingko transportation policy for the welfare of students in the City of East Jakarta as a form of supporting mobility.\u0000Method: This research approach is qualitative with descriptive research type. Interviews were conducted with 15 informants using a purposive sampling technique.\u0000Findings: The results of the study show that there are aspects of social welfare policy in the implementation of the Jak Lingko transportation policy that have fulfilled the basic Jak Lingko subsidy policy for students, the type of subsidy of the Jak Lingko subsidy policy, the process of distributing the Jak Lingko subsidy policy for students, and the funding system in accordance with Jak Lingko subsidy policy for students. Once the marriage is valid, it must be reported to the Civil Registry Occupation Service and issue an Ottentic Deed. Authentic Deeds that are considered official must comply with the provisions of Article 1868 of the Civil Code. What is meant by official in this article is a notary. This is regulated in Article 1 Article 15 paragraph 1 of UUJN. The Notary Department plays an important role in the ratification of Marriage Certificates both of the same religion and different religions in Indonesia.\u0000Aim: The author's purpose in creating this journal is to find out how interfaith marriage relations in Indonesia with the civil law of interfaith marriage and the hierarchy of laws and regulations related to interfaith marriage.\u0000Method: The research method that researchers use is juridical normative with qualitative research.\u0000Findings: The result of this study is that the Interfaith Marriage Agreement in Indonesia based on Law No. Article 16 of 2019 concerning Marriage clarifies the role of religion in marriage and the confirmation of faith, stating that a valid marriage is a marriage carried out according to the laws of each religion and its adherents. The state leaves the assessment of the validity of marriage to the religion and beliefs of the people concerned. Thus, Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning Marriage is a standard that regulates not prohibits. The key informants in this study are consumers who buy Ciwaringin batik products. This research uses quantitative analysis techniques. \u0000Findings: The significance test t obtained market segmentation variable showed the t-count value = 3.772 > t-table = 1.996 with a significance value of 0.000<0.05. Thus, hypothesis 1 is accepted. The significance test t obtained the price variable showed the t-count value = 3.742 > t-table= 1.984 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, hypothesis 2 is accepted. The result for free variables (market and price segmentation) was 92,203 with a significant rate of 0.000. While the Ftabel value at ? = 0.05 is 3.13, the variables of market and price segmentation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumers' buying interest in Batik Ciwaringin. The share prices of several consumer goods issuers that rely on wheat raw materials fell sharply in the past week.\u0000Aim: This study aims to analyze whether there is a capital market reaction in energy and consumer non-cylical sector stocks in Indonesia to seven different events related to the war between Russia and Ukraine.\u0000Method: Using the event study method, the sample used was 30 issuers, with 15 issuers coming from the energy sector, and 15 other issuers coming from the primary needs sector (consumer non-cyclical). This study obtained secondary data on the list of issuers of energy and primary needs sector stocks on the Composite Stock Price Index, stock prices, daily returns, and trading activity volumes from the website (www.idx.co.id) and (www.finance.yahoo.com).\u0000Findings: The market here is efficient in the form of semi-strong, because the capital market reaction is abnormal returns seen within one to two days after the announcement. In addition, the speed at which the market responds to war-related information that will influence the decision to buy or sell stocks is not seen at the beginning of the war. This includes providing students with access to career and employability services, such as career counseling, job search assistance, and resume writing services. \u0000Aim: This study was designed to investigate the employability skills and self-efficacy of students at Biliran Province State University. \u0000Method: The study used a survey questionnaire to collect data from a sample of 100 students from different colleges within the University. \u0000Findings: Results revealed that the students had low to moderate employability skills and self-efficacy. The results also showed that there were significant differences in employability skills and self-efficacy among students in different colleges at the University. The discussion of the results highlighted the importance of developing interventions to improve the employability skills and self-efficacy of students. The study concluded that the employability skills and self-efficacy of students at Biliran Province State University needed to be improved. Yuswita, Fitri Riana","doi":"10.55324/iss.v2i7.435","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.55324/iss.v2i7.435","url":null,"abstract":"Background: Oyster mushrooms are famous for having many benefits, in addition to being used as a nutrient-filled food ingredient can also be trusted since a long time ago as a traditional medicine. \u0000Aim: This study aims to describe the inventory control carried out for baglog raw materials, analyze the optimal baglog raw material inventory costs using the JIT and EOQ methods, determine the efficiency of inventory costs and recommend more appropriate methods and purchasing quantities. \u0000Method: This study uses the JIT and EOQ methods for data analysis. \u0000Findings: The results showed that the control of baglog raw material inventory still uses conventional methods, the company determines the quantity of raw material purchases by doing a breakdown. The optimal baglog raw material inventory cost using the EOQ method is Rp 6.055.453, when using the JIT method, it is Rp 5.185.075. Inventory cost efficiency using the JIT method is 29%, when using the EOQ method, the inventory cost efficiency is 17%.
