Gender equality and women empowerment are included in 17 sustainable development goals that are determined in 2015 and aimed to be achieved by 2030. This study develops a decision aid that is based on common weight data envelopment analysis (DEA). The proposed decision methodology is employed to conduct performance assessment of Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation countries considering decent work, gender equality, and reduced income inequalities criteria. The developed model does not need a discriminating parameter for efficiency ranking, guarantees to identify the best performing country in a computationally efficient manner, and provides a realistic dispersion for input and output weights. Ranking results of the developed common weight MCDM-DEA model are compared with basic DEA, and super efficiency DEA models along with the common weight DEA approaches proposed by earlier studies.","PeriodicalId":382429,"journal":{"name":"2019 3rd International Conference on Data Science and Business Analytics (ICDSBA)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114241052","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Regarding this behavior, we apply normal mixture mean variance distributions for portfolio management and allocating best weights for portfolio optimization and efficient frontiers. These distributions are appropriate for portfolio optimization and have a natural multivariate that consists of NIG, VG, NTS, GH and skewed t. Conditional Value-at-Risk (CVaR) is utilized as a measure of risk to evaluate the level of risk and simulated by Monte Carlo method. If we do not have closed density function of distribution, for example NTS distribution, we can use characteristic function with Fourier transformation to compute CVaR and portfolio modeling. Finally, real data in Iran stock market are given to illustrate the effectiveness our model by skewed t distribution.","PeriodicalId":382429,"journal":{"name":"2019 3rd International Conference on Data Science and Business Analytics (ICDSBA)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115143085","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on the linear frequency modulate for beam scanning in azimuth direction, the analytic expression of the mapping relationship between angle and frequency is deduced. Then the unresolved targets in one pulse volume can be identified in range and azimuth directions by the range-azimuth control separately. The simulation results indicate that the proposed rule improve the multi-target resolution.","PeriodicalId":382429,"journal":{"name":"2019 3rd International Conference on Data Science and Business Analytics (ICDSBA)","volume":"52 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123638911","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The legs are used to support the ground when lifting and unwinding the accident vehicle to improve the stability of the vehicle and prevent the tires of the wrecker from being overloaded. Aiming at the application and design requirements of the outrigger mechanism in the wrecker rescue vehicles, the basic components, types, operation requirements and stress analysis of the outrigger mechanism are proposed. The research results show that the design of the outrigger mechanism is an important part in the design of wrecker rescue vehicles. It has a great influence on the working stability of the whole vehicle during lifting operation, and greatly improves the anti-overturning ability of the wrecked vehicle when it is lifted laterally.","PeriodicalId":382429,"journal":{"name":"2019 3rd International Conference on Data Science and Business Analytics (ICDSBA)","volume":"54 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121778524","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But it takes a lot of time, such as using a neural architecture search method based on reinforcement learning, which requires more than 3000 GPU hours to find an excellent architecture on the CIFAR-10. And in order to be able to use the back-propagation method during training, the architecture will be continuous. Therefore, we propose a neural network architecture search algorithm based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) – PNAS. First, we need to train a super-net. Through random sampling during the super-net training process, only one path training is activated at a time, which greatly reduces the coupling between the super-net nodes. After the super-net training, we use the PSO algorithm to search the architecture of the neural network to find optimal architecture.Our PSO-based neural architecture search can achieve competitive speed compared to state-of-the-art models. Our PNAS search time is faster than GDAS 28% and the parameters are also less than GDAS.","PeriodicalId":382429,"journal":{"name":"2019 3rd International Conference on Data Science and Business Analytics (ICDSBA)","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122739504","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes, the most common type of the disease, doctors have many intervention methods. Therefore, taking the right action at the most appropriate time among these many types of interventions will make a great contribution to the patient’s health as well as the costs of treatment. In this study, we developed a finite-horizon Markov decision process (MDP) model in which the state of the process will cover the patient’s metabolic health status and history of drug used to solve this problem. The model is operated by using existing data in the literature and the results are discussed.","PeriodicalId":382429,"journal":{"name":"2019 3rd International Conference on Data Science and Business Analytics (ICDSBA)","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130782590","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The determination of autonomy for premiums has brought enormous development opportunities and challenges to major insurance companies. The auto insurance rate determination mode and method used have been difficult to meet the requirements of auto insurance pricing. It is worth noting that UBI has become an inevitable trend in the development of auto insurance, and its method of rate determination has also received extensive attention. In this paper, the driver’s driving behavior is comprehensively evaluated by using the entropy-TOPSIS model. According to the evaluation results, the risk interval is determined by clustering technology, and the rate adjustment coefficient of drivers of different levels of risk is further determined, and the rate is finally determined.","PeriodicalId":382429,"journal":{"name":"2019 3rd International Conference on Data Science and Business Analytics (ICDSBA)","volume":"96 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127610979","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
