Where wind turbines are placed in remote places and the operation and maintenance services (OMS) are plays key role to getting maximum availability and minimum breakdowns of wind turbine. To minimize the breakdowns in wind turbine, it is important to provide reliable and robust control system. Where communication between controllers plays key role in control system. In wind turbine, the frequency of occurrence of communication failed errors between rotating Hub and stationary Nacelle is causes of increase in breakdown in Wind Turbine. So, to implement W-CAN (Wireless Controller Area Network), where the CAN protocol gives reliable and robust communication between pitch controllers in HUB and Wireless Bluetooth over CAN protocol provide communication between Rotating hub and stationary nacelle which minimizes the communication failed errors. This system is implemented by using LPC1769, FreeRTOS, CAN (Controller Area Network), Bluetooth Protocol, LwIP (Light Weight Internet Protocol) Protocol and Motors. Today real-time communication is one of the key features in distributed embedded control systems. Using FreeRTOS, control system performance will be improved. FreeRTOS comprises CAN & LwIP protocol stack which transfer real time data from hub microcontroller node to nacelle microcontroller node. The Sensor acts as input source to this hub node and microcontroller nodes in compliance of FreeRTOS that includes the Real Time CAN driver which is used for secured and robust data transfer. Real-Time LwIP protocol stack is implemented on top of FreeRTOS to transfer the data to supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) System Application on Host PC. In this system, based on LwIP stack the data will be transferred from Turbine nacelle microcontroller Node to the PC Host SCADA application. SCADA application is used for data monitoring and controlling the operation. Hence with the help of this proposed system data acquisition and control of distributed embedded applications will be improved.","PeriodicalId":382417,"journal":{"name":"2017 7th International Conference on Communication Systems and Network Technologies (CSNT)","volume":"50 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127797311","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A neural network works like a distributed processor which runs parallel. A neural network consists of processing units and the attributes of these units are to acquire knowledge by the virtue of a training process and storing this experimental knowledge in synaptic weights so that it is available for future use. In the present scenario the researchers are developing Artificial Neural Networks (Single / Multilayer) for solving multidimensional problems such as pattern recognition, prediction, optimization, associative memory, control and classifier since these are identified as robust tool various applications. The conventional parameters of Neural Network are generally real numbers and these parameters are only capable to deal with real valued data. But, according to the latest scenario in the field, there is requirement of analysis of high-dimensional data. Therefore, high-dimensional neural networks like CVNN came into the existence. Due to their diversity and abundance it is now becoming difficult to represent Neural Networks in complex domain consequently they started facing representational problems.","PeriodicalId":382417,"journal":{"name":"2017 7th International Conference on Communication Systems and Network Technologies (CSNT)","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114452630","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In proposed work, we change the singular values of the cover image with the help of embedding formula to achieve high robustness and transparency. Here, watermark is embedded into the low frequency sub-band of a cover image by using variable scaling factor. This technique is simple as compared to other in term of both insertion and extraction of the watermark in the cover image. The simulated results show the importance of proposed image watermarking scheme. This technique also tested with HVS and with the help of parameters namely peak signal noise ratio (PSNR) and normalized cross correlation (NCC).","PeriodicalId":382417,"journal":{"name":"2017 7th International Conference on Communication Systems and Network Technologies (CSNT)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128426909","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Map-Reduce are programming models which authorize the managing of huge datasets in parallel, on a large number of devices. It is especially well suited to constant or moderate changing set of data since the implementation point of a position is usually high. MapReduce is supposed to be framework of \"big data\". The MapReduce model authorizes for systematic and instant organizing of large scale data with a cluster of evaluate nodes. One of the primary affect in Hadoop is how to minimize the completion length (i.e., make span) of a set of MapReduce duty. For various applications like word count, grep, terasort and parallel K-Mediod Clustering Algorithm, it has been observed that as the number of node increases, execution time decreases. In this paper we verified Map Reduce applications and found as the amount of nodes increases the completion time decreases.","PeriodicalId":382417,"journal":{"name":"2017 7th International Conference on Communication Systems and Network Technologies (CSNT)","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123550040","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Almost all type of load including domestic user's appliances is inductive. Due to low water level agricultural load are also increasing. All these conditions lead to poor power factor and large amount of reactive power flows through the transmission line and voltage drop occurs. Hence, in several areas low voltage pockets are created. To improve this low power factor, adequate compensation is to be provided at load end point. Due to increasing load/consumers it is very difficult to insist every consumer to provide compensating device. Ultimately power transmission companies have decided to provide the capacitor bank at the feeding substation at various voltage levels such as 11KV, 33KV and EHV levels also. And now a day it is well accepted practice to install a capacitor bank at the feeding substation for improving the power factor of the system. The major problem with the capacitor bank is the interrupter failure i.e. the failure of circuit breaker employed for its switching. It is reported by power distribution and transmission companies that breaker failure occurs before its specified number of operation. In order to understand this problem, I thought of taking a topic of dissertation work which relates to the failure of circuit breaker employed for capacitor switching.","PeriodicalId":382417,"journal":{"name":"2017 7th International Conference on Communication Systems and Network Technologies (CSNT)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128039432","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
