Here, we report a patient with prostate adenocarcinoma, who was diagnosed with a synchronous atypical meningioma during PSMA PET/CT staging. A 41-year-old female who incidentally found a right kidney 59 mm ∗ 45 mm solid mass combined with a horseshoe kidney. We successfully performed a retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy. We present the case of a 64-year-old man with low-risk PC on active surveillance who developed Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG)-induced GP following intravesical therapy for non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. Clinical and imaging findings suggested PC progression, but biopsy confirmed granulomatous inflammation without malignancy upstaging. Flexible ureteroscopy (FURS) offers a low-bleeding-risk alternative. A 75-year-old female on Edoxaban for atrial fibrillation presented with recurrent hematuria and a right renal lower calyx stone. FURS using a 6.3 Fr disposable ureteroscope and 10/12 Fr suctioning ureteral access sheath successfully cleared the stone with no complications. The 6.3 Fr disposable digital flexible ureteroscope is effective for managing renal stones in anticoagulant patients, reducing bleeding risks, ureteral injury, and infection. Scrotal presentation is exceedingly rare, with 18 cases reported in the literature. We present a 2-year-old male with a 5-month history of painless scrotal swelling, initially suspected of being malignant. Imaging suggested the possibility of atypical lipoma. The patient underwent orchiectomy. Histopathologic examination confirmed the diagnosis of lipoblastoma, with no MDM2 amplification. After two years of follow-up, the patient remains recurrence-free. We report an 83-year-old man who developed cerebral embolism from pulmonary CO2 embolism during retroperitoneal RAPN. Intraoperative transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) revealed gas entry into the right heart, a right-to-left shunt, and subsequent gas entry into the left heart system. Postoperatively, MRI confirmed brain infarctions, but the patient was managed conservatively and showed significant recovery.
