This paper examined the exchange rate of the US Dollar against Indonesian Rupiah at which volatility recorded the highest average of 1.98% and the lowest of 1.98% between 2009 and 2018. It shows that the existence of uncertainty or risk for economic actors. According to economists, the thing to protect the value of assets is by using available derivative products, The Option. The first model used for forecasting and determining the Option values is the Black-Scholes Model that uses historical volatility and some GARCH model to determine volatility. In this study, the object of the exchange rate of the US Dollar with Rupiah was comparing to two models using the average mean square error, and see how small the error results obtained. The results of the comparison of those two models found that during a month, the Black Scholes model had smaller errors for call and put values with a percentage of profits using a short strangle strategy was 83.75%. In contrast, over 2 months, the GARCH model showed better for call and put values with a profit percentage was 71.62%. Unfortunately, analysts are responding to this growth negatively. Hence, In this study, we will conduct a valuation of six cable companies in Indonesia that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). We evaluate using two methods, namely Free Cash Flow to Firm (FCFF) to get the Intrinsic Value of shares, Relative Valuation using Price to Book Value ( PBV), and Price to Earnings Ratio (PER) to validate the intrinsic value. The valuation results consider three scenarios: optimistic, moderate, and pessimistic. In the optimistic scenario, the Intrinsic Value of JECC, KBLI, and VOKS shares are overvalued in all scenarios, while IKBI, KBLM, and SCCO are undervalued throughout the scenario. Validation using PBV for the optimistic scenario, all companies are considered overvalued. For the moderate scenario, the PBV of IKBI, KBLI, and VOKS are overvalued, while JECC, KBLM, and SCCO are undervalued. As for the pessimistic scenario, only the PBV of IKBI is overvalued. Validation using PER for the optimistic scenario, the PER of IKBI, JECC, KBLM, and SCCO are overvalued, while the PER of KBLI and VOKS are undervalued. For the moderate scenarios, the PER of IKBI and SCCO are overvalued, while the PER of JECC, KBLI, KBLM, and VOKS are undervalued. This learning tool contains material for flat-sided shapes. This research is a development research using the Plomp model, which includes Preliminary Research, Prototyping Stage, and Assessment Stage. The instruments used in the study were learning device assessment sheets to measure validity, educator response questionnaires, student response questionnaires, learning implementation observation sheets to measure practicality, and tests of critical thinking skills to measure effectiveness. Learning devices are said to be valid and practical if they meet at least good criteria (average score more than 3.40) and the percentage of learning implementation is at least 70%, while it is said to be effective if the percentage of student completeness is more than 60%. The learning device was implemented at As-Salam Islamic Middle School, Tanjung Gadang, Sijunjung Regency with the object of research being students of class VII Marwah. This research produced a set of learning tools in the form of lesson plans and worksheets for six meetings. Learning tools meet valid criteria with an average score of 3.52 for lesson plans and 3.52 for worksheets from a maximum score of 4.00. Learning tools meet the very practical criteria with an average score of 80% for the teacher response questionnaire and 88.17% for the student response questionnaire with a maximum score of 100%, while the average percentage of learning implementation is 83.21%. The Sn-xBi alloy, with various compositions including Sn-0Bi, Sn-10Bi, Sn-30Bi, Sn-52Bi, and Sn-70Bi, and the Sn-xBi-yAl alloys, with compositions including Sn-52Bi-0.05Al, Sn-52Bi-0.11Al, Sn-52Bi-0.14Al, Sn-52Bi-0.19Al, and Sn-52Bi-0.25Al, were synthesized for this research. The selection of Sn-xBi-yAl compositions was based on the optimal composition of Sn-xBi alloys, specifically Sn-52Bi, which possesses the lowest melting point at 142.8°C. The determination of melting points was carried out using the Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) method. Crystal structure characterization was accomplished using X-ray diffraction (XRD) techniques, with subsequent analysis performed through the Generalized Structure Analysis System (GSAS) method. These investigations are pivotal as they provide insights into the material properties and structural changes in Sn-xBi and Sn-xBi-yAl alloys, which have significant implications in various industrial applications and technological advancements. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk (Telkom), as a state-owned company, has a dual mission, namely as a business company that must be managed professionally, as well as being mandated by the Indonesian government to accelerate the development of information technology, telecommunications, and digital infrastructure to improve the Indonesian economy. Until early 2018, Telkom with Indihome fixed broadband products had reached 3 million customers and a market share of 57.69%. However, that is only 4.50% of the 2019 IBP household penetration target. Telkom is required to increase productivity, especially the number of customers and revenue, while the allocation of available resources is limited and varies in each region. Another condition is the significant reduction in staff due to massive retirements and differences in employee productivity levels in each division. This research aims to determine and compare the efficiency level of 7 Telkom Regional Divisions for the 2016-2018 period using the DEA Data Envelopment Analysis method, with data collection based on the census. The analysis process goes through two stages, namely using the DEA Data Envelopment Analysis method, Constant Return to Scale (CRS/CCR), output-oriented. The next step is to measure the strength of the relationship between each input/output variable on efficiency using Pearson's correlation. The results of the study concluded that Divisions E and B have the highest efficiency values. On the other hand, Division G is the lowest. To manage and strengthen the viability of a company, businesses must continue to evolve and innovate in the human resources function. The purpose of this study is to identify and evaluate how organizational culture and work discipline impact employee productivity at PT Jasamarga Tollroad Operator Jakarta-Cikampek Branch. This study used quantitative, descriptive, and verification methodologies. Cluster random sampling is used as a sampling method in these investigations. 478 employees make up the population, while 120 responses make up the sample. Multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS is the method used in processing this research data. Overall work discipline, company culture, and employee performance all fall into the \"good\" category, according to the findings. The findings of the analysis show that the factors that influence work discipline and organizational culture both positively and significantly affect employee performance. The magnitude of this potential impact has encouraged the Anambas Islands Regional Government to include this impact in the Anambas Islands District Medium Term Development Plan for 2021-2026. Of course, synergy is needed in handling these impacts by involving all stakeholders, including oil and gas companies operating in this area. This study aims to determine the impact of climate change and the forms of community adaptation, as well as community perceptions of the contribution of oil and gas companies through the CSR change program in order to help mitigate climate impacts and also increase the adaptability of the community. Data was collected from all stakeholders as well as beneficiaries of the company's CSR program, by conducting in-depth interviews, observations, and also using a questionnaire. For the general public, climate change has begun to be felt with extreme weather conditions that often cause disasters, as well as decreased catches of fishermen in coastal areas. In fact, in certain seasons it will affect the smooth transportation of sea people, so that it can affect people's daily activities. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach with a total number of 76 people who were determined purposively then the primary and secondary data collected were analyzed using data analysis techniques from Creswell (2016). Water governance in the construction of reservoirs for water supply resilience for agriculture in Sabu Raijua Regency, NTT Province uses theory from Van der Kerk, et al (2013: 8) with research results in aspects (1) content layer which is hampered by the uneven flow of information, the absence of training to improve the knowledge and skills of reservoir water users as well as poor strategies/policies, whereas in aspect (2) the institutional layer from the organizational side there was no clear division of roles and responsibilities between institutions, the private sector and the community relating to the use of reservoir water and instruments that were not adequate and in aspect (3) the relational layer on the cooperation side was found not to involve existing policy stakeholders in making decisions about the water management process. One of the unique things is that after the ritual of the customary Rambu Solo ceremony carried out a few days later a thanksgiving ceremony will be held and this only happens in the Pattan Ulusalu Kelurahan area. Accordingly, this study aims to find out the image of gratitude to Tobalu after the funeral ceremony of the Rambu Solo in Pattan Ulusalu Kelurahan. The type of research used by the researchers in this research is the type of qualitative research method with observation and an integral approach to the background of the research subject. The aim of the researchers using qualitative research methods with observation and integrity approach on the background of the subject of research is to be able to describe the phenomenon that exists in Pattan Ulusalu Kelurahan related to the picture of the gratitude of Tobalu after the activities of the customary funeral ceremony of Rambu Solo. Participants in the study were two widows who had been left dead by their husbands and had performed a customary burial ceremony, Rambu Solo. The data from this study was obtained through interviews and observation techniques. The results of the research found that there was self-acceptance on Tobalu who had performed the funeral ceremony of Rambu Solo against her husband. This research is a development research. This research was conducted in two stages, namely the first stage of developing learning tools based on the Realistic Mathematics Education approach, and the second stage of testing learning tools based on the Realistic Mathematics Education approach developed in class VII at SMP IT Darul Ikhlas Al Islami to see their effectiveness.
