PT. Zoey Cosmedica Putra is a cosmetic tolling company, which is a business collaboration between individuals/companies and cosmetic manufacturers who have permits in the manufacture of cosmetic products. PT. Zoey Cosmedica Putra procures raw materials only based on last month's stock availability without taking other factors into account. Therefore, it is necessary to take into account those who are able to provide alternative value to PT. Zoey Cosmedica Putra in determining the maximum procurement of raw materials in order to obtain minimal profits, risks and expenses. The use of the Multi Objective Optimization Method based on Ratio Analysis (MOORA) is a solution related to the needs of PT. Zoey Cosmedica Putra in determining the procurement of raw materials by providing a priority rating of each raw material with criteria, determination of criteria and weights that adjust to the company's needs, namely expiration, inventory, raw material prices, intensity of use, and delivery from producers where each criterion has its own set. -each -each. This study aims to see how the service quality of Bappeda employees in Aceh Barat Daya Regency is. Where, this case study was conducted in the field of data development control and planning, control, evaluation of regional development, research, and development that have not been maximized in meeting the wishes of the community by using 5 dimensions which include reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible, and quality. The research method used is descriptive research method with data analysis method using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The research sample was taken by purposive sampling totaling 50 respondents. Based on the results of the research, the conclusions that can be drawn are that all attributes have been carried out well by the Bappeda. In addition, the dissemination of information on microblog services can be quickly spread, and this information can be easily searched by typing keywords or keywords from the information to be searched. In addition, the number of Twitter users in Indonesia has been at the top of the microblogging social media platform category in recent years. The purpose of this study is to explain how the influence of consumer reviews on Twitter social media on purchasing decisions at Shopee partially and simultaneously. The findings in this study were obtained using a quantitative method with a deductive type of research by distributing questionnaires to 385 respondents. Data processing using IBM SPSS Statistics software version 25, ranging from validity and reliability tests to data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine work motivation and work environment at the Bandung Regency RPRA Secretariat and to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on work productivity at the Bandung Regency RPRA Secretariat either simultaneously or partially. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique is a saturated sample with 67 respondents. This research was assisted by the IBM SPSS 24 program. The result of this research is that work motivation has a partial effect on work productivity, while the work environment variable does not partially affect work productivity. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data collection technique used in this research is to use secondary data and primary data and also conduct interviews with the Principal of Telkom Bandung High School. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with saturated sampling. In this study, using descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear analysis, with hypothesis testing using the T test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the study and the results of responses from respondents, the variables of organizational culture, work environment, and teacher performance are at the level of the \"Very High\" category. This study found that 56.8% is the influence of organizational culture and work environment on teacher performance. The selection of majors at Yasbam Vocational School iscurrently through an academic test that is seen from the criteria forthe average value of report cards, TKJ theory tests, OTKP theorytests, TBSM theory tests, and specialization questionnaires.Therefore, a decision support system (SPK) is needed that can helpto solve the problem of selecting majors according to the abilities ofprospective students. This majors selection system uses the simpleadditive weighting (SAW) method for better decision making. Theresearch objectives of the decision support system for the selectionof majors at SMK Yasbam are to obtain the results of the analysisusing the SAW method, to obtain the results of the designinformation system to support the decision support for the selectionof majors at SMK Yasbam and to obtain a decision supportinformation system to recommend the selection of majors. Themethod used in this research is Research and Development. Theresults show that this system is divided by users, namely Admin andStudents. In the implementation of the Admin interface system, thereare eight menus, namely Login, dashboard, criteria data, criteriaweights, alternative data, alternative values, selection results,recommendation results, majors and users. While in the studentdesign there is an interface design, namely Login, dashboard,recommendation results. The design of this interface is based on thedesign on context diagrams, data flow diagrams and entityrelationship diagrams that have been created by applying them tothe form. In the distribution process of Apollo audio sending goods to various cities in Indonesia, Apollo audio has risks that arise in the distribution process, namely goods that are damaged due to shipping when the goods arrive to consumers and this problem has also often occurred in the distribution process of Apollo audio. The background above explains that selling used audio online has a high risk of damage due to shipping and it is related to customer satisfaction, but there are still many consumers who are still active in shopping for used audio. The aim of the research is to find out what distribution strategies are appropriate in overcoming damage and services to increase customer satisfaction. This type of research is qualitative research. The population of this study are all consumers who have purchased products at Apollo audio. The research method used in this research is to use interviews. The number of respondents used in this study were 5 respondents. The data collection technique used in this research is triangulation.
