This study aims to examine whether there is an influence between tourist development and the 4A benchmarks, namely attractions, amenities, accessibility and ancillary on the interest of tourist visits. The type of research used is a survey with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is probability sampling. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires given to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique is by testing validity, reliability, followed by classical assumption test consisting of normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity tests, as for multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing in the form of coefficient of determination test and partial test. Burnout can be a serious problem for companies or organizations and individuals which will affect productivity, quality, job satisfaction and employee performance. This study aims to understand the burnout (mental fatigue) that is often experienced by employees and the factors that cause it. So that this research can be a reference for readers who experience or want to know burnout. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive research method based on the results of observations and interviews with resource persons in the field and continued the results of previous research. The type of sample used in this research is simple random sampling. The sample in this study were employees and employees of PT. Duta Merpati Indonesia who found a double job desk (holding more than one task and responsibility). This study shows the impact of mental fatigue experienced by employees due to carrying out several different tasks and responsibilities. These include decreased loyalty, decreased productivity, and job discomfort. Infrastructure-based broadcast services with linear programs in the form of news, sports and entertainment broadcasts at certain times, have experienced the disruption of video streaming and on-demand viewing services based on digital platforms. TVRI as a public broadcasting institution also suffered a similar blow. With the mission of providing television broadcasting services to all corners of the archipelago, TVRI must maintain a balance playing in linear programming to be able to reach remote areas that have not been reached by digital platforms, and definitely digitally transform to secure its position in the TV and video industry market. To be able to digitally transform LPP TVRI requires the right strategy to be able to successfully survive market changes and still be able to carry out the government's mission to deliver TV broadcasts to all corners of the archipelago. This study aims to formulate a digital transformation strategy of LPP TVRI from traditional TV to digital to digitally capable TV. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that to develop a strategy in implementing digital transformation, among others, by developing a digital strategy using the framework owned by Sunil Gupta. Kumala Island is a leading tourist attraction in Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of attractions, accessibility, amenities, and quality of service on the interest in repeat visits to Kumala Island, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study are visitors who have visited Kumala Island, with a sample of 100 respondents using thetechnique Accidental Sampling. The data analysis of this research uses multiple linear analysis using SPSS version 25.The results of this study prove that the Attraction variable partially has a positive and significant effect on Tourist Revisit Interest. Then the accessibility variable partially has a positive and significant effect on Tourist Revisit Interests. The Amenity variable partially has a positive and significant effect on Tourist Revisit Interests. Furthermore, the service quality variable partially has no positive and insignificant effect on Tourist Revisit Interests. Furthermore, simultaneously attractions, accessibility, amenities and quality of service partially have a positive and significant effect on Tourist Revisit Interests. The conclusion of this study explains that partially between the variables of attraction, accessibility, amenity have a positive and significant influence on the interest of repeat tourists. Based on data obtained from the Regional Revenue Management Agency, in the last few years, from 2016-2020 the entertainment tax payer in Cimahi City has increased. The increase in entertainment tax payers in Cimahi City is something that can increase local revenue in Cimahi City. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of entertainment tax to Cimahi City's Original Regional Revenue, the factors that caused the target not to be achieved, the effectiveness of entertainment tax revenues and the strategies used to increase entertainment tax revenues. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. Researchers are interested in taking this discussion because in 2020 entertainment tax revenue in Cimahi City is very low. The conclusion of this study is that the contribution of entertainment tax to Cimahi City's Original Regional Revenue is very low. However, entertainment tax revenue from 2016 to 2020 is always effective every year. Except in 2020 it is not effective. And every year it always achieves the target except in 2018 and 2020. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions. SPSS Statistics version 20 is software that is used to help analyze data, namely multiple linear regression. The type of research used in this research is associative quantitative research which has the aim of knowing the effect of two or more variables. Sampling in this study used probability sampling technique with the type of simple random sampling and obtained a total sample of 91 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and literature. The hypothesis of this research is the influence of price and product quality on purchasing decisions at Seedy Coffee, Samarinda City. The population in this study were guests of the Kyriad Sadurengas Hotel, Kabuoaten Paser, totaling 100 respondents. The variables used in this study consisted of the independent variable, namely the Service Quality variable (X), and the dependent variable, namely Visitor Satisfaction (Y). The results of the analysis using simple regression analysis. The data collection technique is based on the source, including primary data through observation, interviews, questionnaires or questionnaires, and includes documentation. The government's effort to suppress the surge in Covid-19 infections and death rates in Indonesia is by implementing the Level 4 and 3 Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) for the Java and Bali regions. These restrictions make it difficult for Indonesia to realize the 8th Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), namely decent work and economic growth, especially for the people of Banyu Urip Kidul. This is because these restrictions have an impact on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the food sector in Banyu Urip Kidul who do not use online media, one of which is GoFood. The method used in this community service is carried out based on the analysis of the results of observations and discussions with community members who live in Banyu Urip Kidul, Surabaya, East Java. Thus, the activity in the form of counseling about the use of GoFood media as a strategy for managing MSMEs during the pandemic was carried out with the aim that residents could expand their culinary businesses through GoFood.
