The slow pace of economic growth affects the pace of economic activity, such as banking, cooperatives, both sharia and conventional. The financial institution that has experienced a decline in profitability is the KSPPS Surya Utama Nusantara. So in this study, the problem formulation and the research objective is to find out how the Health of the Surya Utama Nusantara Syariah Financing Savings and Loan Cooperative during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive using primary data and secondary data. . Primary data is obtained by collecting data through interviews and observations, while secondary data comes from the financial statements of KSPPS Surya Utama Nusantara. The area of ??irrigation for brackish kitchen has an area of ??about 2390.50 Ha, however, with damage along the channel, the service in water needs is not optimal so that it can be detrimental to farmers. Starting from the collapse of the embankments on the left and right wings, and the blockage of sedimentation channels so that the water supply in the rice fields is not met as needed. The purpose of this study is to determine the physical condition of the building in the primary channel of the kitchen brackish irrigation area and to calculate water efficiency and water loss in the kitchen brackish irrigation area. This research was conducted following the following stages: (1) calculation of irrigation area water efficiency, (2) calculation of irrigation area water loss. However, the company growth, the dynamic business conditions, and expectations from management to produce products or services faster have made this SOP irrelevant. Some project management activities in the company that are not in accordance with the documented SOP make this condition worse. Project management in the company becomes ineffective and inefficient.Changes in the project management standards become an important thing. This research aims to produce an effective and efficient project management standard design for this company. This standard is expected to be able to regulate project management activities in this company with existing project management best practices. In addition, the proposed new standards must also meet the expectations of management.This research is a kind of qualitative research with design science research (DSR) research methods. This method was chosen because it can provide an opportunity for researchers to evaluate and improve each step of the research. In addition to the design and development phase, the researcher also adopted the agile transition practice selection framework. This research has two iterations. The first iteration produces a project management standard design that describes the real activities in this company. Meanwhile, the second iteration produces a draft of the project management standard that complies with project management best practices in accordance with the PMBOK seventh edition. The importance of the review as part of the evaluation and supervision as well as a source of data for other researchers in order to support the smooth and fast transportation and economy as well as increase the ease of access for the community, especially in the Air Pinang area. In this research method, the researcher uses qualitative methods, where this research starts from data collection, where in this study primary data is used, namely data obtained from respondents through interviews, direct observation, while secondary data is obtained from journals, articles and also from relevant company data. All of APIP employees that totaling 63 peoples became the population, and 61 of them were taken as samples with saturated sampling method. The data were collected using questionnaire, observation, and documentation methods. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and inferentially used the Smart PLS 3.0 model. The results showed that the effect of time budget pressure on dysfunctional audit behavior was significant with a path coefficient of +0,255 and a probability value (p) 0,003 < 0,05. Then the effect of role conflict on dysfunctional audit behavior was significant with a path coefficient of +0,433 and a probability value (p) 0,000 < 0,05. And the effect of role ambiguity on dysfunctional audit behavior was significant with a path coefficient of +0,303 and a probability value (p) 0,008 < 0,05. The existence of project indicators in terms of cost and time allows prevention so that the implementation of a project goes according to plan. Earned value method, it is necessary to evaluate at a time to determine the performance of a project. Housing for the poor which is carried out by the Aceh Barat district government aims for the convenience of the community, not all people are able to build comfortable and healthy homes because, for example, when their husband dies, their income is limited. This research examines the implementation of housing projects for the poor. The implementation of this project has been in accordance with the contract that has been scheduled with a completion time of 180 days (6 months). The population in this study is by measuring the cost and time in the implementation of the construction work of the Dhuafa Housing Rehabilitation, Johan Pahlwan District, West Aceh Regency. The method used in this research is a field study with the sample in this study using a survey of images taken when going down the field.
