The opening of tourist attractions that are increasing can increase the income of an area and open jobs for the community. However, in its development, a development planning process is needed that is in accordance with the core stages of development planning and its development must be based on the expectations that are aligned with the community, namely to improve welfare. One of the tourist destinations that is currently popular and is of concern to many Madura Island tourists today is Lon Malang Beach Tourism Village located in Sampang Regency, Madura Island. Therefore researchers will conduct further research related to the planning and development of the Lon Malang Beach Tourism Village. This study aims to analyze planning and development in the Pantai Lon Malang Tourism Village so that the success of the planning process in a development project carried out by local apparatus and the local community can be identified. The scope of this research includes: (1) The planning process for the development planning of Lon Malang Beach Tourism Village; (2) Effectiveness in the development activities of Lon Malang Beach Tourism Village. In Indonesia, PBME has only been implemented by NGOs that provide project loans and grants. This study carried out PBME on the Serang Regency government irrigation development project in 2015-2020. The aim is to measure the impact or benefits of development on the economy in the form of agricultural products, which are calculated using indicators of economic feasibility, namely Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) and Net Present Value (NPV), as well as conducting improvement studies and providing recommendations to stakeholders. By using the method of collecting data by conducting interviews and questionnaires to the farmers, and the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning Kab. Attack to find income from agricultural products before and after irrigation. Then it is calculated using an investment feasibility analysis, namely BCR and NPV with the assumption of an interest rate of 3.5% and 8%. In the sensitivity analysis, in the scenario of the effect of irrigation improvements on increasing farm income, the BCR value of 0.71 was obtained at an interest rate of 3.5% and a BCR of 0.66 at an interest rate of 8%. Meanwhile, the net present value benefit was -5,916,326,647.41 at an interest rate of 3.5% and -6,264,733,105.51 at an interest rate of 8%. Judging from the results of the economic feasibility analysis, it is seen that the BCR and NPV values ??are still below the predetermined standard. The main point of this paper is to analyze the availability, price, promotion, service, trust, and variety seeking factors that influence online purchasing decisions at e-commerce. -commerce. The population and sample of this research are e-commerce users, by taking 100 samples using non-probability sampling technique and purposive sampling approach. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that availability, price, promotion, service, variety seeking simultaneously have a significant effect on online purchasing decisions in e-commerce. Partially availability (availability) and search for variation (variety seeking) have a significant effect on online purchasing decisions in e-commerce, while price, promotion, service have an effect but not significantly on online purchasing decisions at e-commerce. Yogyakarta became the biggest flood that ever happened on the Bog River. Floods are caused by heavy flow of water from the hills in the Imogiri and Dlingo areas. The Celeng River overflowed and submerged four hamlets in Wukirsari Village, Imogiri District. This study aims to determine flood control efforts in the Celeng sub-watershed area. The research location is in the Kali Celeng sub-watershed, Wukirsari, Imogiri, D.I. Yogyakarta with the control point located in the lower reaches of the Celeng River right at the confluence of the Celeng River and the Oyo River. The hydrological analysis was calculated using the Gamma 1 unit hydrograph method with a return period of 10 years. The maximum flood discharges for each of the Celeng sub-watersheds are 75.73 m3/s, 38.22 m3/s, 37.20 m3/s, 18.54 m3/s, and 21.57 m3/s, and 26.29 m3/s, while the 10-year return flood discharges for the Oyo watershed is 959.60 m3/s. The hydraulic analysis was carried out by modeling the 13.35 km long Celeng River channel with HEC-RAS 4.1 software. The flow simulation is carried out steadily. The simulation results show that during the simulation of the existing state there are several points of the section of the Celeng River that overflow. The overflowing sections are then normalized with certain groove dimensions that are adjusted to the location of the flood point. The results of the flow simulation after normalization show that most of the Celeng River channel can accommodate the flood discharge that occurred. Therefore, companies need to make efforts to integrate economic interests and fulfill social and environmental responsibilities. SDGs have become a measuring tool in determining Impact Ranking. Academics are stakeholders who play a role in helping the achievement of the SDGs. This study aims to identify the level of effectiveness of the strategies that have been carried out and the role of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Creating Shared Value (CSV) Strategy at PT Kawasan Industri Gresik. This study uses a qualitative method regarding the Evaluation of the Strategy of Creating Shared Value (CSV) in the future which is worth the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). The results of this study are CSR activities of PT Kawasan Industri Gresik which have the most significant impact are Orphans Compensation with the highest SROI output value of 5. The allocation and positive impact caused by the company has not been balanced between social and environmental. PT Kawasan Industri Gresik allocates more funds for social activities for communities around the affected areas. Although the impact is quite good, the overall ratio of positive environmental impacts is very small compared to the social impact of the CSR programs that have been carried out. Indonesia is one of the countries with the most Instagram social media users in 2021 with a total of 93 million users, Scarlett Whitening is a local skincare brand owned by an Indonesian artist that was founded in 2017. The sale of this product is only done online through Instagram as a promotional tool. This study aims to determine the influence of social media marketing on Instagram on value equity, brand equity, relationship equity, and repurchase. This research uses descriptive quantitative with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 and SPSS software to process the data. The results showed that the social media marketing activity had a positive and significant effect on value equity, brand equity, and relationship equity. Also, brand equity and relationship equity had a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions. While value equity has no effect on repurchase decisions. The effect of social media marketing activities is significant on value equity, brand equity and relationship equity.
