One of theGovernment's current priority programs is human resourcedevelopment. Human resource development can be implemented bytaking into account the level of education of the community. In otherwords, taking into account the level of education will be able to reducepoverty. Therefore, in this study, poverty modeling in 10 provinces onthe island of Sumatra will be carried out and analyze what factorsinfluence poverty. The research method used is panel data regression,where the data involves cross section and time series. In this study, thedata obtained are secondary data sourced from the Central StatisticsAgency (BPS). There are three dependent variables used, namely thepercentage of poor people, the poverty depth index and the povertyseverity index. While the independent variables used are educationvariables which include Literacy Rate, Average Years of Schooling,Gross Enrollment Rate (APS), Pure Participation Rate (APM) andSchool Participation Rate (APS). The results showed that the bestestimation method for the three dependent variables was the RandomEffect Model estimation method. The independent variables that areequally significant for the three models include literacy rates and pureparticipation rates. Thistype of research uses explanatory (exploratory research) with aquantitative approach. The population in this research is the beachvisitors of Pemedas ambassador with a sample of 100 respondents,using probability sampling and simple random sampling method.Data analysis used multiple regression with the help of SPSSversion 25 program. In addition, profit-sharing financing is considered appropriate to move the real sector where later from this financing a direct relationship will be formed between the bank and the customer in terms of capital and the risks borne, so that people who want to open a business can benefit from profit-sharing financing. This study aims to determine the effect of capital adequacy, non-performing financing, and the level of profit sharing on profit sharing financing with profitability as a moderating variable. The population and sample used in this study are Islamic commercial banks with annual financial statements for the 2015- 2019 period. This study uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling in sampling. The total sample selected was 40 samples. The analytical technique used in this study uses the statistical application of Eviews 9. From the results of the t-test analysis (partially) shows the results that capital adequacy, financing problems, the level of profit sharing do not affect profit sharing financing. From the results of the analysis of the F test (simultaneously) shows the results that together capital adequacy, non-performing financing, and the level of profit sharing affect profit sharing financing. The population of Surabaya city is majority moslem city that still adhering to diverse traditions and cultures, this is an opportunity for Ikrar Suci to become the choice of moslem wedding organizer for brides in Surabaya. Several factors that are considered by the brides in making decisions about choosing wedding organizer are service quality, price, and brand image, so this study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price and brand image on the decision to purchase moslem wedding equipment. This type of research is quantitative, with the population being all Muslim couples in Surabaya who married in 2019, at the age of 19, who used the services by a wedding organizer. The sampling technique used incidental sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents who were processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on service quality, price, and brand image on purchasing decisions for moslem wedding equipment services. Suggestions for the company are to improve service quality, re-analyze prices according to market, and improve brand image to be better known and trusted by the public. Reporting from one of the news sources found, it has provided information that since the beginning of the Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia, the hotel, restaurant and tourism sub-sector was one of the most affected sub-sectors with losses reaching Rp. 85.5 trillion. This study aims to determine the effect of firm size, profitability, leverage, and auditor's opinion on Audit Report Lag in hotel, restaurant, and tourism sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 – 2020. This study uses a quantitative approach research method, the number of samples used in this study as many as 13 companies using purposive sampling technique. The results show that (1) company size partially has no effect on Audit Report Lag, indicating that the size of the company's size does not affect the duration of the process of preparing audit financial statements, (2) profitability partially has a negative and significant effect on Audit Report Lag. indicates that companies getting large profits will be faster in the process of preparing audited financial statements so as to reduce Audit Report Lag, (3) partial leverage has a positive and significant effect on Audit Report Lag indicating that companies that have high levels of debt then the risk of the company will large and this affects the process of completing the audit financial statements so that the process will take longer, and (4) the auditor's opinion partially has no effect on the Audit Report Lag indicating a company that received an unqualified opinion. This research was conducted with a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation and documentation. The data sources used are primary data sources or get data directly from the company. The results of research on CV. Nirwana Offset shows that internal control is not yet fully effective and in accordance with COSO components. because there are still some components that still have weaknesses. Namely components of risk assessment, control and supervision activities that still have weaknesses against inadequate sales documents, the company still does not have billing letters, offer letters and receipts. However, this tax revenue in Indonesia has not been fulfilled optimally. Taxpayers, both individuals and entities, generally tend to pay the lowest possible tax. Various ways are carried out by each taxpayer in order to minimize their tax obligations, one of which is the act of tax evasion. This resaerch aims to determine the effect of money ethics, religiosity, tax morality, and tax justice on taxpayers' perceptions of tax evasion. Realizing this, the farmers are trying to take advantage of the land they rent to develop the ornamental plant business. Ornamental plants that are sold apart from coming from the results of their own culture by farmers are also imported from outside the Papua region, namely from the island of Java. Until 2021, there are seven farmers who run ornamental plant businesses in the Heram District of Jayapura City. The number of consumers also varies, some from the city and district of Jayapura itself, some from other cities in the provinces of Papua and West Papua. This encourages farmers to produce more vigorously in order to meet these demand standards. In addition, the important thing that needs to be considered by ornamental plant farmers is the fertility and quality of ornamental plants. This study aims to analyze the income level of ornamental plant farmers. In connection with the objectives to be achieved, the analytical method used by the author in this thesis is the quantitative analysis method to calculate the income level of farmers, with the formula: = TR – TC. So this study shows that the total income of farmers obtained in 2021 ranges from Rp. 7,457,500 – Rp. 16,565,000.
