XYZ is a business engaged in the distribution of textiles since 1995. UD. XYZ distributes its products to B2B (Business to Business), namely convection manufacturers and B2C, namely end consumers. In 2020 and 2021 UD. XYZ experienced a decrease in revenue and market share due to the impact of the pandemic. This study aims to formulate a textile distribution business strategy that fits UD. XYZ. This study uses an analysis of the five main elements of the diamond strategy from Hambrick & Fredickson. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and document study. The results of this study are the analysis of the five main elements of the diamond strategy, namely: (1) Arena, covering answers regarding product categories for convection needs, B2B and B2C market segments, East Java geographical area, computerized inventory system technology, finance and digital marketing, and efficiency value creation; (2) Vehicles, through partnerships and internal development; (3) Differentiators, in terms of image quality guaranteed at competitive prices, in terms of customization of cloth cutting services, in terms of competitive and affordable prices, in terms of styling different qualities, in terms of product availability, best seller ready stock products. The process of demand and supply is also in the perspective of Islamic economics. The research method used in this research is library research or literature research. The results of the study show that in Islamic economics there are conditions related to the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, namely the concept of a good economy and in accordance with Islamic teachings. A knowledge-based system for identifying motorcycle damage that is displayed using a web-based programming language. forming a decision tree and used to classify the damage into damage that most affects the motor to minor damage. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the influence of product quality and brand image has on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously through Instagram social media. The research method that will be used in this research is descriptive method and associative method. In this study, the unit of analysis is the individual, namely the Customers of JG Motor Workshop Asia Africa Bandung who buy Yamaha NMAX motorcycle products. The sample in this study were 67 respondents. Sampling accidental sampling is the sampling technique used in this study. The analytical method uses multiple linear regression analysis, in addition to testing the validity and reliability of the research instrument. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a partial or simultaneous effect on the Product Quality variable with a contribution value of 40.3% on purchasing decisions and 47% contributing to the influence of Brand Image on purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach. This study also identifies the impact of the corona virus that has occurred for two years on the gross national income of the City of Jakarta. The results of the study show that the gross national income of the City of Jakarta has grown quite significantly from year to year. Despite the Corona outbreak and with the increase in the census of the poor and the population of the City of Jakarta, this is not a barrier to increasing the amount of the Regional Budget for the City of Jakarta. Regional revenues for the City of Jakarta have grown significantly from year to year. Pemprov DKI Jakarta must continue to work hard to stabilize and further improve the safety level of the City of Jakarta PPE for the remainder of the year while continuing to consider what, if anything, has the potential to undermine this upward trend. The purpose of the research is to compare analysis before and after the merger of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia by comparing the average price of this company's stocks in the period 30 days before and 30 days after the bank merger. The effective date of the merger of the 3 BUMN Syariah Banks is 1 February 2021. The research method is a quantitative approach with comparative descriptive research by comparing the stock prices of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. in the period of before and after the merger. The Stock Price of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. taken from the Google Finance website is the daily closing price data for the period 30 days before and 30 days after the merger date of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk, which is 1 February 2021. The results showed that there was a significant increase, where the average share price of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. before the merger of IDR 1,785.38 increased to IDR 2,067.19 after the merger. The implementation of the merger at Bank Syariah Mandiri, BRI Syariah and BNI Syariah had a positive impact on financial performance as evidenced by the increase in share prices after the merger process of PT.
