The purpose of this paper is to explore school financial management in Vocational High Schools (SMK), as well as to find out the effectiveness of existing financial management in schools. The school used as the object was SMK N 2 Balikpapan with research informants namely the school principal, vice principal for finance, school treasurer, and committee. Based on the research, it was found that the main source of school finance came from BOS funds. The management process begins with deliberations and holding meetings of all teachers and employees with the process of preparing the RKAS and preparing the RAB, based on the plans needed by the school which will first be considered by the School Committee. Therefore it is necessary to have a good and structured work plan so that the desired goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently without causing high risks. This study aims to determine the marginal cost as an application of economic mathematics using the literature study method. In this method, researchers examine books and journals related to marginal costs in economic mathematics. The marginal cost of the application of the limit function, the marginal cost is the change in total cost (Q) that occurs due to an increase in production of 1 unit or item. The result of this study is that the limit concept is useful in economics regarding change and the instantaneous rate of change can be used to determine marginal cost. The concept of the marginal is paying attention to the total value or quantity associated with very small changes in the variables that affect it. The problems studied are regarding the management system of the Tanjung Flower Women's Cooperative that is run, the implementation of management, and the impact of management on improving performance. The purpose describes analyzing the management of the Tanjung Flower Women's Cooperative. This research is descriptive qualitative with data mining techniques carried out with an observation approach, interviews, and reference studies based on data analysis, display, and verification. The results showed that the management system of the Putri Bunga Tanjung Women's Cooperative was not optimal, the indications from implementing policies were still situational, performance management still had weaknesses regarding job descriptions, documentation of activities that had not been systematic based on SOM, and SOP, as well as securing documents. The implementation dimension has not been run by the management function, especially as stated in the vision, mission, and objectives. Organizing, generally, has gone well according to AD-ART. But management control and evaluation have not been carried out optimally. One of the factors that can influence this information system is organizational culture. The quality of an information system is influenced by the organizational culture. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of information systems and organizational culture in management accounting. The type of research used is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The data collection was carried out by means of a literature study. Based on the results of the study, it shows that information systems and organizational culture have a role in management accounting. This information system can provide information related to financial reports that are used in measuring several company activities. Accounting information systems can also play a role as a source of information that is used as a basis for consideration in making decisions for management. Culture within the company is able to influence the effectiveness of implementing accounting information systems, in which corporate culture is able to shape the behavior of managers in making decisions. The type and source of data that the author uses in this writing is Primary Data which is data obtained directly from the source, namely CV Fajar Papua Abadi in West Sentani District, Jayapura Regency and secondary data is data obtained indirectly through books, magazines magazines and other guidebooks that can help writers in this research. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and literature studies. The data analysis tool used in this paper is an analysis of labor productivity levels with the formula Labor Productivity = Output/Input x 100%. Based on the calculation results it can be explained that in 2018 a workforce of 10 people can produce 1,361 cubic millstones with a productivity level of 136.10%. In 2019 the number of workers increased to 12 people with millstone production of 1,472 cubic meters with a productivity of 122.66%. In 2020 the number of workers will increase to 14 people, able to produce 1,584 cubic millstones with a productivity rate of 113.14%. Building a brand in a product requires a strong effort to create a real or symbolic product difference. A strong product will get a high Top of Mind level. If this happens, it can be concluded that the product brand already exists in the minds of consumers. Building a good brand can be done through the promotion mix. In the promotional mix the variables that influence are: sales promotion, advertising, sales force, public relations, direct marketing. In general, the purpose of this study is to get an overview of the brand equity of Teh Botol. As for more details, the purpose of this study is to analyze the perception of Brand Awareness on the Purchase Decision of Sosro Botol Teh Beverage Products. The research was conducted on the people of Jakarta on social media Instagram, using questionnaires and literature techniques.
