Sharia insurance is a business that protects and helps each other between several parties through investments in the form of assets or tabarru' which provides a pattern of returns used to deal with certain risks through contracts in accordance with sharia principles. This study aims to determine the relationship between perceptions and preferences of the profit sharing of mudharabah financing on the interest in becoming participants in sharia insurance for high school teachers of the Smart Pure Islamic Education Foundation, either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population of this study was conducted on teachers in one high school in Medan, North Sumatra with a sample of 65 teachers. Using primary data and distributing questionnaires and multiple regression analysis methods using hypothesis testing. Bumiputera Sharia Life Insurance, KPS Medan, which aims to help fund children's education. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Mitra Iqra Plus' educational insurance marketing strategy in the study of sharia insurance at PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera, KPS Medan, the application of sharia principles in the implementation of marketing life insurance products at PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera, KPS Medan, and challenges in implementing sharia. marketing conducted by PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera, KPS Medan. This type of research uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is to reduce the data, present the data, then draw conclusions. The results show that PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera, KPS Medan implements according to sharia marketing principles starting from Wisdom (Strategy), Needs (Needs), Halal (Tayyibat), Welfare (Falah), Mutual Consent. The inhibiting factors in implementing the Mitra Iqra Plus educational insurance marketing strategy are the lack of public knowledge about sharia insurance, lack of public trust in sharia insurance, lack of agents and customers who are difficult to collect for premium payments. The challenge is the lack of technology development, the weak market share of PT. The type of research used is descriptive research, with a qualitative approach. The conclusions of this study briefly are: (1) Underwriters have an important role in insurance companies because underwriters determine whether the insurance coverage can be accommodated by the company or not. (2) Obstacles encountered by underwriters in selecting risks are the availability of incomplete participant data, previous experience data of the insured and prospective insured not providing the desired budget and benefits, while the solution is to contact the agent concerned to obtain additional information needed by the underwriter, apply analysis to groups of prospective insurance participants as new participants, and provide standard premium rates and benefits. It is also supported by PMK Number 18/PMK.010/2020, which emphasizes that operators or sharia insurance companies must separate wealth by tabarru' fund obligations from the obligations and assets of company funds. The separation of funds has been carried out since participants pay contributions (premiums) at the beginning of the transaction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the proportion of tabarru' funds in Sharia Life Insurance companies. This research is a quantitative research, and the source of the data obtained is secondary data. The population is 21 Sharia Life Insurance companies registered with OJK. The sample of this study uses a purposive sampling technique by producing 16 sharia life insurance companies registered with the OJK, using annual financial statements according to the variables used during the period (2017-2019). Data analysis uses panel data regression analysis with fixed effects model which is processed using eviews 9. The findings from this research show that claims, sharia reinsurance, and operating expenses have a significant effect, while the growth of tabarru' funds and investment returns of tabarru' funds have no significant effect. This law provides institutional strengthening in integrated zakat management into a unified integrated system. In turn, the National Amil Zakat Agency becomes the only institution holding zakat authority, and the Amil Zakat Institution as a partner in assisting the National Amil Zakat Agency, as well as government oversight as a regulator. The research aims to answer the problem of how the distribution of zakat according to zakat law no. 23 of 2011 in Kab. Langkat. How is the zakat distribution system by BAZNAS Langkat Regency in Karang Rejo Village. What are the factors that cause delays in the BAZNAS distribution system in Langkat Regency. How is the strategy carried out by BAZNAS Langkat Regency to increase the collection and effectiveness in distributing zakat in Karang Rejo Village, Langkat Regency. This research is a qualitative research using a legal sociology approach. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, secondary data as initial data obtained from primary and secondary legal materials, then followed by primary data or field data obtained from documents and interviews with several Amil Agency officials Langkat District National Zakat. The results of the study show that the National Amil Zakat Agency in Langkat Regency has not run optimally in the distribution of zakat due to several obstacles, one of which is the lack of synergy with the local government in terms of regulations that have an impact on non-optimal distribution. \u0000Keywords: Distribution of Zakat, BAZNAS Kab.
