One of the regional owned enterprises (BUMD) of North Sumatra, namely: PT. Bank Sumut which holds a Corporate Social Responsibility program regularly every year with funds from CSR programs distributed to several sectors, such as the education, health, social and economic sectors. This research is qualitative in nature, to collect data and information obtained in this study is primary data collected from interviews at PT. Bank of North Sumatra, as well as secondary data collected from the annual report site at Bank of North Sumatra. Related data were analyzed using descriptive method. Data collection techniques were analyzed using interviews and questionnaires from the Head of CSR. The results showed that the process of channeling CSR funds for the Bank of North Sumatra was carried out by submitting CSR proposals which were funding in nature, namely funding for programs that had been submitted to the North Sumatra bank as programs that would be funded with CSR. government work forum teams as well as those directly submitted to the North Sumatra bank will then be analyzed and reviewed by the company. After the CSR funds are handed over to the beneficiaries, the program can be directly run in accordance with the activities that have been proposed in the previous work budget proposal and costs. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population of this study was 2,625 people, so by using the Slovin formula the author got the number 96 which will be the sample in this study. Using primary data by distributing questionnaires and also distributing questionnaires directly to the Amplas Village community. Using multiple regression analysis method using hypothesis testing. The results of this study simultaneously from the variable awareness of knowledge and knowledge have a significant effect on interest in the social security awareness village program for employment. In addition, the presence of the internet supported by advances in digital technology is expected to provide business opportunities. Internet access has become easier with the rapid use of cell phones/mobile phones. This study aims to examine the effect of internet use on entrepreneurship opportunities in Indonesia through descriptive analysis methods and binary logistic regression. This research uses data from the 2019 National Socio-Economic Survey. Entrepreneurs in this research are limited to individuals who seek to be assisted by permanent workers or paid workers in the age range of 25 to 44 years. Of the 348735 samples that became the unit of analysis, there were 7108 who were entrepreneurs or about 2.04 percent. This study found that individuals who use the internet have a higher chance of becoming an entrepreneur than individuals who do not use the internet and this finding is statistically significant. The population of this study was conducted on students in one of the senior high schools in North Sumatra with a sample finding of 71 students. Using primary data by distributing questionnaires and multiple regression analysis methods using hypothesis testing. The results of this study simultaneously from the variables of product quality, price, and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (high shcool stidents).
