摘要

本研究旨在确定和分析PT. Hindoli公司的员工多样性管理和员工敬业度对离职倾向的影响。本研究采用问卷调查的定量数据类型。本研究的抽样采用非概率抽样,样本为178人。分析方法为结构方程模型(SEM)。结果表明,员工多样性管理对离职倾向具有显著的负向影响,员工敬业度对离职倾向具有显著的负向影响,员工敬业度对离职倾向的影响更为主导。
