This study aims to determine what factors affect the satisfaction of high school students whose one school is located in North Sumatra towards the use of personal accident insurance products at PT. Takaful Keluarga Medan. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population of this study was conducted on students in one of the senior high schools in North Sumatra with a sample finding of 71 students. Using primary data by distributing questionnaires and multiple regression analysis methods using hypothesis testing. The results of this study simultaneously from the variables of product quality, price, and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (high shcool stidents). 摘要
人身意外保险是针对一个人的死亡和意外事故的所有风险的保护。本研究旨在确定哪些因素会影响北苏门答腊一所学校的高中生对棉兰Takaful Keluarga Medan公司个人意外险产品的使用满意度。本研究采用的方法是定量方法。本研究的人口是在北苏门答腊一所高中的学生中进行的,样本发现有71名学生。采用问卷调查和多元回归分析的方法对原始数据进行假设检验。本研究同时从产品品质、价格、服务品质等变数对顾客满意(高中生)有显著影响。其次,部分产品质量变量对顾客满意也有影响,价格变量本身对顾客满意有显著影响,质量变量对顾客满意没有显著的正向影响(高中生)。关键词:人身意外保险,价格,服务质量,产品质量。
