This is especially true for the infrastructures as well as population settling around the dam. Due to this reason, operation and maintenance of dams should put special care and attention on dam safety. Unfortunately, the budget allocated for dam operation and maintenance for many dams in Indonesia is still very limited. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the priority scale of maintenance or rehabilitation of dams based on its risk classification through a risk assessment. The risk assessment conducted for this research uses the modified ICOLD method. The modified ICOLD method is based on the results of a major inspection conducted in 2019. The results showed that Manggar Dam is categorized as a medium risk dam with a total risk score of 45. In determining the thickness of flexible pavement in this research, the 2017 Road Pavement Design Manual method was used. The location of this research is the Baumata - Penfui road section in West Baumata Village, Taebenu District, Kupang Regency with a total road length of 3.5 km and a width of 4.5 m. Existing road pavement in the form of macadam along 2.7 km. The data used in this research are primary data in the form of traffic volume, dynamic cone penetrometer and road geometry, while secondary data is in the form of location maps. Based on the results, it was found that the LHR for commercial vehicles was 110 vehicles per day, for the CESA4 value it was 1221707.63 ESAL, for CESA5 it was 1467536 ESAL, for the land CBR value it was 11%. This research level of noise on Ahmad Yani Street is at office area, store are and traditional market, therefordo needs to be conducted in order to determine the noise levelon the area and to compare it with noise level stamdard which refers to regulation Ministry Of Environment. This research consist of four time intervals by using Sound Level Meter. Data processing to determine the noise level and compare noise level standard. From the research conducted that the noise level occurs between 73,64 dBA – 74,51 dBA. The highest noise level is between 09.00 – 11.00 WIB that is 74,51 dBA. The result for the noise level of 16 hours during the day are 72,60 dBA. Obos road in Palangka Raya. This road sees more traffic every year. The research assessed the performance of Temanggung Tilung Palangkaraya sections during peak traffic hours and road section factors. Field surveys collected primary data. For performance analysis, it refers to the 1997 (MKJI) for urban roads and from the results of data processing, it shows that the degree of saturation that occurs is still optimal (DS = 0.22 pcu/hour) direction of G.Obos-RTA Milono while the direction of RTA Milono-G.obos with (DS = 0.22 pcu/hour) indicates that the road section is included in the standard class. Parameters on the Temanggung Tilung road section (existing) obtained the highest average traffic volume at peak hours on the Temanggung Tilung road section of 709.15 pcu/hour, the highest average speed of traffic space of 36.8 km/hour, the highest side resistance of 1026.43 side friction that occurs on the Temanggung Tilung road section is categorized as very high, both for parked or stopped vehicles, pedestrians and slow vehicles. Poor interchange performance leads to queue length, delays, fuel wastage and time loss due to congestion. This research was conducted to analyze and optimize intersections using the PKJI 2014 method and the Student version of PTV Vissim Software. Based on the results of the study, the largest saturation degree (DS) value was obtained, namely 2,298 skr / hour, queue length (QL) of 130.84 meters, the largest average deviation delay (Dsimpang) of 361.65 s / skr. Walking is the highest level in the sustainable transport pyramid. The research method used is descriptive qualitative comparative. Data collection was done through a questionnaire, with the respondents being Unikom students. The results of this study indicate that walking for transportation (X1), exercising (X2), relaxing (X3), walking on weekdays (X4), walking on weekends (X5), and walking duration/duration (X6) are dominant. gender of women than men in conditions before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Comparison of X1, X2, X3 in women and men shows that the frequency of walking has increased for exercise during the COVID-19 pandemic. Comparisons X4, X5 in women, showed that the behavior of walking was 6% greater in frequency on weekdays than weekends, while in men there was no difference or the same frequency of walking on weekdays and weekends. The increasing of crack’s propagation impact the cohesion and internal friction angle which causing the soil on the slope shrinkage on its strength to shift and this could cause the avalanche on the slope. There are several inquiries had been conducted in the laboratory to further study the effect of the crack’s propagation towards cohesion and internal friction angle. The inquiry in the laboratory conducted using fricative test equipment with variation of crack’s propagation. The soil sample that were tested was from Lok Buntar village, Banjar district, South Kalimantan within the varied crack’s propagation. The cohesion value and internal friction angle from the inquiry were analyzed using Fellinius method using slope model from avalanche restoration project at Muara Teweh - Benangin road border, East Kalimantan. The result of the inquiry from the laboratory showed that the increasing of the crack’s propagation decreased the cohesion and internal friction angle, this put the safety factor of the slope in a critical condition with crack at 60%. In construction work there is a workforce, but the allocation of the number of workers used requires good planning. If the allocation of the number of the worker is optimal, then the costs incurred for labor wages are also more efficient. For this reason, this study aims to optimize wages and the number of workers in construction projects. In performing optimization, the method used is simplex analysis. The simplex method is a linier program that can be used more than 3 variables, to solve the problem by iterating or recalculation until it reaches the optimal solution. The first calculation method is Schmertmann and Nottingham method, and the second calculation method is Meyerhof method. Based on the calculation of the bearing capacity of a single bored pile using the Schmertmann and Nottingham method obtained a value Qu = 49005,88 kN, while the Meyerhof method obtained a value Qu = 1633.71 kN. The calculation results for bearing capacity of the pile group using the Schmertmann and Nottingham method obtained a value Qg = 164169,70 kN and the Meyerhof method obtained a value Qg = 5472.93 kN. The results of the load carried by the bored pile group using Schmertmann and Nottingham method is Qi = 353.98 kN ≤ Qg = 164169.70 kN which means it’s still within safe limits. Using the Meyerhof method is Qi = 353.98 kN ≤ Qg = 5472.93 kN which means it is still within safe limits. The safety factor using the Schmertmann and Nottingham method obtained SF = 463.78 and using the Meyerhof method obtained SF = 15.46 which means it is very safe. Total settlement of a single bored pile is S = 0.0142 m ≤ 0.04 m which means it is safe. Sandy soil with a high groundwater table is a problem because it has a low bearing capacity and is difficult for foundation casting. The aim of the research is to plan a proper foundation. This research by taking samples for testing compaction and shear strength. The test results are used to analyze the existing foundation planning. If the bearing capacity value does not meet the load assumption of 100 t/m2, then a re-planning is carried out with a minipile well foundation. The results of the research show that the existing foundation is a palm type foundation and the bearing capacity value is not fulfilled. So that the modification of the well foundation in the form of a minipile was carried out and the soil carrying capacity was obtained at 36.61 t/m2. To be able to withstand the load of the structure, it is necessary to plan the use of 3 minipiles, so that a value of 109.82 t/m2 is obtained which indicates the foundation is suitable for use.
