Based on the results of observations during the activity, it can be concluded that the material given to the training participants was well received, and the response given by the participants was very positive. This village is one of 20 villages and sub-districts in Mengwi sub-district. Mengwi Village is a village that grows in the middle of the city in the Badung Regency area, making agricultural land has the potential for environmentally friendly agricultural development because it is close to water sources and there is almost no contamination on the land. The use of organic fertilizers has begun to be applied by farmers, but the use of pesticides is still applying chemical pesticides. The impact of the use of chemical pesticides is not only harmful to plants and the environment, but can lead to more and more new types of pests and diseases that attack plants. Farmers in Mengwi Village do not use organic pesticides due to their lack of understanding of the application of effective and efficient use of organic pesticides. So that the Farmer Groups in Mengwi Village need to be given knowledge and management skills in Agro- Entrepreneurship towards environmentally friendly and sustainable agriculture. The method used in this community service activity is through counseling, training and assistance to farmer groups for 3 months month. The results of community service activities showed that after training and counseling, farmers were able to know the pests that attacked their agricultural land and their control techniques. Farmers can also carry out post-harvest handling which provides higher economic value than before being given training. In general, farmers who participated in the training showed a good response and were active during this activity. Factors that can be identified as the cause of the problem include the fact that students tend to have never received integrated massage skills training which consists of: sports massage, sports injury massage, and healing massage. The purpose of the training is to equip students with sports massage skills, sports injuries, and healing to reduce the risk from the effects of sports activities so as to make it easier to do first aid. The methods used are: demonstrations, exercises, and assignments combined with mentoring. The target of the training is all semester 1 students of the Penjaskesrek study program, Universitas PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia, for the odd academic year 2021/2022, totaling 56 people. Become a successful Master of Ceremony (MC); need to know aspects including voice (vocal), mental, appearance, insight. The MC training was attended by 25 students of the Indonesian Language Education Study Program and the UPMI Region. The methods of implementing Community Service are the socialization method, the test method, the lecture method, the training method, and the guidance method. The workshop materials on the Master of Ceremony (MC) are: Introduction to Public Speaking, Communication Skills, Basics of MC, Preparation before and during MC, Techniques for managing vocals, and Stages in MC. Based on the results of observations during the activity, it can be concluded that the material given to the training participants was well received, and the response given was very positive. Petty cash is usually used to finance the company's operations or other matters related to the activities carried out by the company. The establishment of a petty cash fund is part of the company's internal control principles. To establish a petty cash fund, a good arrangement in petty cash management is needed, one of which is by making a petty cash fund application form and proof of receipt of petty cash funds. This form is submitted if the petty cash balance is running low or even the balance has run out. The main purpose of using the petty cash fund application form and the petty cash fund receipt form is to carry out internal control over the company's cash. Based on the results of observations at PT. Citra Warna Jaya Abadi found a petty cash fund management system in the company PT. The image of Warna Jaya Abadi is not well organized so that the company's operations are hampered because the petty cash factor used for company operations runs out. In addition, the funds needed for operations are the main benchmark in carrying out company operations for punctuality in completing the specified targets and will be accountable to the leadership. Based on preliminary asesses and in pinge village get the following images of problems: 1) there are 22 members of society affected by the pandemic and the return to the village through psychological issues such as being prone to anxiety over the unprecedented conditions, confusion of nothing to do because they are accustomed to working with other people, and some people are concerned about the continued education of their children and the psychological welfare resources typically derived from local wisdom values 2) the general public is unaware of mental health issues.It needs to be psychoeducation on mental health issues to increase understanding or skill in the prevention of psychological disorders and to increase understanding for communities especially families about psychological disorders. The average pretest baseline of public mental health knowledge falls in a medium category with an average of 61%. By psychoeducation of mental health, people's understanding increased with post-test scores averaged 84%. Social service is one of the activities designed as a form of student contribution to society directly. In a business, the ability of business actors to change their perspective on obstacles is very important. When most people see problems as obstacles, an entrepreneur must be able to look for opportunities from existing problems. The objectives of social service activities are: (1) To increase awareness among students and lecturers, (2) To provide assistance to people in need, (3) To generate a social spirit as a team in community service. The method used was socialization and cooking demonstrations by inviting several representatives of Ms. PKK from every banjar in Batubulan village. Businesses that ignore digital technology are actually experiencing a slump. In these transitional or new normal times, the aspect of business digitization also has the potential to have a very large positive impact. Service can be an innovation also in the midst of a new normal situation. The instantaneous gains gained by lowering the quality of food can have long-term effects.
