This network has designed a new block to construct a network. In this new block, we add the context information module and feature channel attention module to enrich features. The image feature pyramid is used to achieve multi-scale features learning. By adding a facial landmark module, the quality of face detection is inproved. Two models of different sizes are trained and tested on datasets such as AFW, FDDB, and PASCAL face. Experiments show that our lightweight algorithms can reach state-of-the-art with an accuracy of 99.28%, 97.0%, and 97.91% on these three datasets respectively. Our lightweight MAC-Net can run at 18 FPS on a CPU device for VGA-resolution images.","PeriodicalId":380011,"journal":{"name":"2021 13th International Conference on Intelligent Human-Machine Systems and Cybernetics (IHMSC)","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115352415","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The data generated by tourists' online search behavior provide a new perspective for tourism prediction. Based on the six elements of tourism, combined with text analysis, the conceptual framework of Baidu index keywords related to tourist volume is established. The statistical test and correlation analysis of Baidu index keywords were carried out, and the keyword sequences with predictive ability were selected. Then several prediction models are established to predict the number of visitors and optimize the model. Finally, the prediction accuracy of different models is analyzed by using goodness of fit (R2) and mean absolute percentage error (MAPE). It is found that the variable weight combination prediction model based on GBDT has the best effect, $mathrm{R}^{2}$ and MAPE are 0.9943 and 1.78%, respectively.","PeriodicalId":380011,"journal":{"name":"2021 13th International Conference on Intelligent Human-Machine Systems and Cybernetics (IHMSC)","volume":"54 3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130192079","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We divide the linguistic-valued triadic contexts into conditional linguistic-valued sub-contexts, to study the relationship between triadic linguistic concepts in the linguistic-valued triadic contexts and conditional linguistic concepts in the conditional linguistic-valued subcontexts. Furthermore, in view of the relationship between them, this paper puts forward a construction method of triadic linguistic concepts with fuzzy attribute. The effectiveness and practicability of this method is illustrated by an example of the evaluation of teaching methods. The proposition of triadic concepts based on linguistic term sets provides a new approach to deal with the uncertainty relationship between three-dimensional and multidimensional data.","PeriodicalId":380011,"journal":{"name":"2021 13th International Conference on Intelligent Human-Machine Systems and Cybernetics (IHMSC)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130268519","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the proposed EXQPSO algorithm, the crossover operator is performed on the elitist individuals to improve the qualities of the search individuals. Moreover, a self-adaptive scheme is proposed to automatically tune the crossover probability according to the performance of the crossover operator. Experiments on the well-known benchmark test suite showed that the proposed EXQPSO is better than the original QPSO in terms of global search capability and computation efficiency.","PeriodicalId":380011,"journal":{"name":"2021 13th International Conference on Intelligent Human-Machine Systems and Cybernetics (IHMSC)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133957894","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This highly adaptive requirement makes the design of paint repair robot far more difficult in target tracking, path planning, motion space and other aspects than the painting robot in the automotive manufactory. Therefore, based on the 3D point cloud reconstruction of the vehicle, point cloud data is segmenting, and the eight neighbourhood method, the contour of the closed curved surface are extracted. Then the route path is generated on the surface by the slicing method, and the critical path of each surface is built, and the path planning of eight axis linkage is generated by ant colony algorithm. Then a eight-axis truss robot system is designed and manufactured, the generated path and trapezoidal curve acceleration value are sent to Beckhoff motion controller through ADS protocol to drive the linkages and each joint axis. The experimental results show that the system can automatically control the axis of the robot tool to align the arbitrary surface with the normal vector for different vehicles, and drive the eight axes to track the surface motion smoothly. The system design method can also be widely used in robot machining of various surfaces.","PeriodicalId":380011,"journal":{"name":"2021 13th International Conference on Intelligent Human-Machine Systems and Cybernetics (IHMSC)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124396014","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Firstly, collect data of 1876 Chinese-language films released in 2009-2017, and then select indicators that affect box office and score from four aspects: film people, plot, release time and synthesize, propose a prerelease prediction model. Finally, the model is trained by using 6 methods such as Random Forest to predict the “high quality or not” of the films. The results show that the best prediction performance comes from Random Forest, with an accuracy rate of 78.29% and an AUC value of 0.831. Firstly, a situation evaluation model of cooperative search target is established. Secondly, the cloud model is used for discretization.
