The sample consisted of 433 students from three public schools, between 11 and 20 years of age (M=13.91, SD=1.40), with 54.5% female. Participants responded to the Virtual Victimization Questionnaire (VVQ), which includes different episodes of violence through communication technologies, including cyberbullying. A two-point scale of measurement (0=no; 1=yes), evaluated victimization occurrences during two timelines: in the last twelve months and throughout life. Results point to satisfactory validity evidence and precision for both timelines evaluated. The TRI allowed greater understanding of the items’ contents and their relation with the positioning of the items in a continuum of difficulty. The data indicated high rates of virtual violence among adolescents.","PeriodicalId":37995,"journal":{"name":"Avaliacao Psicologica","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://sci-hub-pdf.com/10.15689/AP.2018.1703.14586.05","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47535696","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A crosssectional empirical instrument design was used in a non-probabilistic sample of 442 workers (53% women, Mage=33.5 years, SD=19.6). Analyses of exploratory structural equations indicated adequacy of a tri-factorial model with 10 invariant items between different occupations. The values of the mean extracted variance and its square root, the heterotrait-monotrait ratio, the ordinal alpha coefficient and the composite reliability coefficient demonstrated adequate convergent-discriminant validity and reliability. Positive correlations with passion, work satisfaction and engagement indicated appropriate concurrent validity. Results show that the Argentine version of the instrument presents adequate psychometric properties.","PeriodicalId":37995,"journal":{"name":"Avaliacao Psicologica","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://sci-hub-pdf.com/10.15689/ap.2018.1703.14741.11","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47821303","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

LI was assessed using confirmatory factor analysis, and TE using indicators based on observed scores (e.g., reactive test) and latent variables (e.g., omega hierarchical by subscale). Results indicate that, at least with the sample from the present study, the measurement performed by EFS remains invariant and acceptable over time. It was concluded that EFS would be useful in preand post-test projects, as well as in empirical studies, in which it could provide stable results. Some limitations and future research perspectives are discussed.","PeriodicalId":37995,"journal":{"name":"Avaliacao Psicologica","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://sci-hub-pdf.com/10.15689/AP.2018.1703.14421.04","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"67153935","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Confirmatory Factor Analyses were performed through Structural Equations Modeling to test the factorial structure of the sample. The reliability of the inventory was tested by Cronbach's Alpha coefficients, Extracted Mean Variance and Composite Reliability. And the invariance between groups of boys and girls was verified by Multigroup Confirmatory Factor Analysis. Results confirmed a three-factor structure, with good fit of the models with invariance between the groups analyzed. The reliability of the scale presented adequate values. We analyzed 19 articles, considering the most-used instruments, publication year and country, constructs related to emotional regulation, and instrument application samples. The largest number of publications occurred in 2016 and 2014. Emotional intelligence was the most studied construct and the Trait Meta-Mood Scale was the most widely used instrument. The most frequently searched sample was adults. It is concluded that the models of the Emotional Regulation Questionnaire and the Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale are the most used to evaluate self-regulation. In addition, the number of studies on emotional self-regulation has increased, given that this an important resource in the preservation of health.","PeriodicalId":37995,"journal":{"name":"Avaliacao Psicologica","volume":"22 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://sci-hub-pdf.com/10.15689/AP.2018.1703.15643.12","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"67154534","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We verified the scientific qualities of the construct measures in four databases between 2001 and August 2017. We identified two different ways of conceptualizing the construct, four different instruments for its evaluation, and seven works to adapt and validate for other contexts. We analyzed 11 selected instruments in terms of validity evidence and accuracy. The most used forms were those with validity evidence based on the internal structure, and those that related external variables and accuracy through Cronbach's alpha. Two measures were validated for Brazil, enabling research on work redesign actions, and we concluded that job crafting is measurable in validity and accuracy.","PeriodicalId":37995,"journal":{"name":"Avaliacao Psicologica","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://sci-hub-pdf.com/10.15689/AP.2018.1703.14335.08","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48099769","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
