New educational standards have a significant impact on reforming the educational sphere: new information technologies that contribute to the openness and accessibility of education: a new understanding of the content of general secondary education, improving the quality and competitiveness of education in new economic and socio-cultural conditions. Society needs a new school philosophy that would change not only its organizational, but also its substantive aspects. The article considers an important problem of today, such as alternative education. Alternative education provides an opportunity to experience a completely different quality of education from the one we know, requires non-standard thinking, breaking through the schemes on which the traditional education system is based. The existence of alternative education makes it possible to enrich the current educational environment with innovations, it is it that departs from the traditional system and tests experimental creative achievements and provides new perspectives for the schools of the future. Alternative education is based on the free development of the child. These threats usually cause intense fear in situations where children witness or possibly become victims of brutal violence in their habitual living, witness the destruction of property (homes) and are forced to flee in panic. Psychotherapeutic work with a child who has experienced psychotraumatic events involves helping him to restore a sense of security, which is largely ensured by the appropriate construction of a psychotherapeutic relationship, and is also strengthened in connection with the opportunities that the child receives in the process of creating a safe environment with the help of visual materials . The article discusses typical behavioral reactions of children to mental trauma. One of the most effective means of preventing and overcoming mental trauma is the use of art therapy methods, among which fairy-tale therapy plays an important role. Fairytale therapy helps children get rid of complexes, find a way out of a difficult situation, not to lose their strength of spirit and faith in good, because evil is always defeated. Fairy tales cause an intense emotional reaction. Thanks to fairy-tale therapy, the child will be able to survive difficult psycho-emotional states and experience the process of observing military actions, forced escape from home, adaptation to a new place of living. The materials presented in the article are addressed to psychological and pedagogical workers and parents who work with children of preschool and primary school age or raise their own. An algorithm for creating a therapeutic fairy tale is provided, thanks to which specialists will be able to compose therapeutic fairy tales themselves and provide assistance to children. Theoretical aspects of sensorimotor development of children with intellectual disabilities in the following areas are considered: vestibular-postural reactions and bilateral coordination. Motor mechanisms affect the general development of the child, his ability to work and master the curriculum. Studies have shown the effect of physical activity on mental activity and academic performance. Imperfections of the motor sphere of children with PIR are revealed. Children's gait is unstable, movements are chaotic, poorly coordinated, poorly regulated muscular effort, impaired visual-motor coordination, inability to imitate, underdevelopment of differentiated finger movements. The disadvantages of arbitrary movements are pronounced. Theoretical analysis of scientific research on the role of the central nervous system in the construction of movements. Spinal cord, medulla, diencephalon, cerebellum, large hemispheres perform their functions. Simple movements (reflective) provide normal performance of more complex movements performed due to the lower parts of the central nervous system (spinal, medulla, midbrain). More complex postures are regulated by the activity of the midbrain, the vestibular system, which obey the cerebellum. The cerebellum coordinates the proportionality of movement. To perform movement in space, it is necessary to combine all types of sensitive sphere (afferentation). This process occurs at the level of the diencephalon and subcortical nuclei. It is proved that part of the vestibular signals must be registered and modulated by the brain. The lack of modulation of vestibular stimuli will be noticeable in bilateral reactions, coordination of the two sides of the body. The postural response may go unnoticed because it is difficult for the child to adopt a particular posture. It is noted that the XXI century is a period of civilizational change, in which quality education is a component of national security, a tool for ensuring the quality of human life and society. Therefore, the issues of modernization of the national education sector in order to ensure quality education, starting from the first link - preschool, are becoming increasingly important. The authors note that the reform of preschool education requires a renewal of the preschool paradigm, understanding and rethinking the processes taking place in society and education, in particular, and on this basis a new vision should be formed. According to the authors, the updated Basic Component of Preschool Education as a State Educational Standard, which brings together the advanced ideas and views of preschool educators, is an important and necessary step in the modernization of preschool education. Through the analysis of key indicators of preschool education quality of the updated Standard (qualified and motivated teachers, monitoring, management) an attempt was made to investigate the phenomenon of preschool education quality, its main factors and ways to ensure in the context of reforming the national education sector. Emphasis is placed on the fact that the success of educational reform depends primarily on the effective pedagogical potential of professionals working in preschool educational institutions. Therefore, the formation of human resources of preschool education should include adherence to the principles of democratic selection of teachers, creating favorable working\u0000conditions for educators and creative microclimate in the team, involving teachers in the innovation process, ensuring professional growth and lifelong learning. It is appropriate to characterize the interaction of health and a healthy lifestyle as a component of the problem field of social philosophy, philosophical anthropology, philosophy of education and\u0000philosophy of health, in a broader sense ‒ as one of the directions of development of modern existential philosophy, which focuses on the study of the individual and its material space. The most important thing is the philosophical analysis of the mutual determination of health and a healthy lifestyle in the context of the problem of self-actualization of the individual, which is currently on the periphery of scientific research. Based on this, the goal of our research is to determine the specificity and significance for the development of the personality of the mutual determination of health and a healthy lifestyle in the context of socialization and education processes. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study of the mutual determination of health and a healthy lifestyle consists primarily of the guidelines of existentialism, philosophical anthropology, philosophical and educational knowledge, as well as individual components of communicative studies, theoretical psychology, and philosophical and pedagogical methodology. Research results. A healthy lifestyle should be understood as a representation of the interaction of lifestyle and health with a positive effect on the latter, which determines the axiological nature of this problem. A healthy lifestyle should be considered as a component of the interaction between lifestyle and health. A priority role in determining the content and direction of such interaction is played by individual value orientations formed on the basis of social and cultural norms in relation to one's own psychophysical state. Health reflects a certain state of the human body at all levels, primarily at the psychosomatic and spiritual-motivational levels of the individual. A healthy lifestyle does not reflect the state of health, but the methods and tools for its provision and maintenance, focusing on determining the ways of life that allow you to achieve certain goals in everyday life. {"title":"THE PHENOMENON OF TRANSGRESSION IN THE FOCUS OF PHILOSOPHICAL REFLECTION","authors":"T. The author defends the position that post-non-classical philosophy is built around the deconstruction of previous ideas, cultural processes and phenomena, for the definition of which the established terminology is no longer sufficient. That is why the phenomenon of transgression, which describes the state of transition and changes in phenomena, is becoming widespread. The purpose of the work is to conduct a phenomenological analysis of transgression within the framework of modern philosophical discourse. The presentation of the research material is based on the presentation of the transgression understanding basics by representatives of postmodern philosophy (M. Blanchot, M. Foucault, J. Bataille, J. Deleuze). The conducted research makes it possible to state the following. M. Blanchot talks about a person’s step towards transgression as a decision that expresses the inability of a person to stop, when changing himself. According to J. Bataille’s reasoning, transgression has a place to exist if there is a limit set aside for the functioning of anything, as a certain established norm, the violation of which should be considered as overcoming a certain taboo. Transgression, according to J. Bataille, does not destroy the prohibition itself, does not lead to the disappearance of prohibitions, norms, etc. According to M. Foucault’s opinion, transgression can and should become a kind of stone in the formation of a new culture of thinking, which replaces dialectical philosophy. Respectively, according to the concept of M. Foucault, transgression can be imagined as a reflection of the deep mechanisms of the evolutionary process. The dynamics of transgressive changes are uncertain, but they are capable of influencing social realities. It is concluded that modern society is becoming transgressive. The time of institutionalization of social structures, established norms and traditional values is fast-moving. Therefore, the use of the established paradigm of social ontology has its limitations. This approach simply does not allow us to understand the depth and essence of modern social changes. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to prove the similarities\u0000of the category of freedom and the state of termination. To achieve this goal, it is manifested by what features the state of termination, as a certain psychological state of a person, is understood by the researcher as a state of freedom, by what properties and characteristics he has the opportunity to enter the philosophical category as «freedom». The methodology is based on a comparative method of research, that is, on the comparison of the characteristics of the category of freedom and the state of termination. In this study, the method of comparativeism is the identification of connections based on the comparison of different human states as phenomena of manifestations of the psyche and categories of philosophy that changed their content in different historical periods. That is, various human states are considered and the properties-characteristics of the state of cessation, the state under investigation, are revealed. At the same time, different views on freedom are considered as a philosophical category in its historical meaningful changes. Permanence and change at different historical times are even considered. The scientific news is that for the first time a comparison of the category of «freedom» and the state of termination is considered. The documentary literature on the basis of which the main property of such a state of human consciousness as termination is highlighted. According to this, the main characteristic was the analysis of the comparison of the state of «termination» and the philosophical category «freedom». The main properties-characteristics of the termination state have been identified. These prop – 2 erties-characteristics are compared with the characteristics of which the category «freedom» has. The conclusions show that the characteristics of the state of termination are similar to the ch It is established that there is a state in which a person feels self-sufficiency and freedom. {"title":"ABOUT MEASURING THE PARAMETERS OF THE SUBJECT-METHODICAL COMPETENCE OF BIOLOGY TEACHERS IN GENERAL SECONDARY EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS","authors":"V. Kirman, Hanna Chaus","doi":"10.54891/2786-7005-2022-1-8","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.54891/2786-7005-2022-1-8","url":null,"abstract":"Taking into account the professional standard of the teacher in the general secondary education institution, the concept of measuring indicators of the level of the subject component of the subject-methodical competence of the biology teacher in general secondary education institutions was developed. The corresponding concept applies the idea of a probabilistic sampling approach, which has already been tested by the authors, for evaluating parameters of the educators professional competence. This idea consists in selecting a hypothetical set of tasks corresponding to a teachers potential professional activity with the appropriate probability distribution of classes of tasks and construction of a representative sample of tasks. The indicator of the corresponding level of competence is considered as the probability to successfully solve any task from the general population, therefore it is theoretically calculated according to the formula of full probability, and the indicator estimate is the average weighted relative frequency of the removed classes of tasks. When forming the profile of the general population of tasks to assess subject competence, the authors relied on the classification of tasks types of the Ukrainian Centre for Education Quality Assessment, which reflects the structure of the school course in Biology and the Principles of Ecology. When approbating the results, 231 respondents were involved, the sample of teachers is representative, reflecting the age and qualification of biology teachers in the region. The research was carried out at professional development courses for teaching staff. Measurements showed a sufficiently high level of the indicator of the subject competence of biology teachers. According to the obtained estimates, the average value is 81.1%; the distribution of points is abnormal with a clearly expressed right asymmetry. The hypothesis about the independence of the results from teaching experience was not confirmed, the deviation of this hypothesis is at the 5% significance level. A more detailed analysis shows higher results for teachers with above average experience. The consequences of the fourth information revolution and modern communication conditions create a new model of human existence in a rather complex globalized world. The processes of virtualization and gamification, which have entered into the everyday life of a person, allow you to feel the virtual presence by escaping from real life. This gives rise to the problem of loss of identity and the meaning of human existence. Self-identification is an important fact of a persons awareness of his place and role in the circle of social relationships in the new conditions of social reality. It was found that self-identification is a multifaceted concept and encompasses several meanings, such as identity and selfhood, self-awareness and self-realization, etc. Outlining the problem of adaptation and socialization of a person in the conditions of techno-informational reality, self-identification problems are considered in the focus of social identity as a system of social constructs of the individual. It is substantiated that the involvement of a modern person in an sphere of information, virtual of social space creates special conditions and requires new self-identification mechanisms. It was found that self-identification mechanisms capable of reducing the influence of manipulation on a person can be categories of Internet spiritual activity supported by self-regulation and self-realization of the individual. Subjects of response and responsibility of persons for committing bullying (harassment) are also considered. The focus is on preventive measures regarding bullying. The main ones are measures of educational influence. It was determined that the main role in solving these issues belongs to the head of the institution, who takes and ensures the necessary measures to provide social, psychological and pedagogical services to students. A practical psychologist and a social pedagogue, within the scope of their job duties, constantly work and diagnose the state of the psychological climate in the team, in which the bullying (harassment) took place; develop a plan for corrective work with the offender and witnesses, parents or their legal representatives; implement an individual rehabilitation program for the victim; develop a plan of preventive measures for the group of observers. And most importantly, they provide support for pedagogical workers who conduct the educational process in a class group where a case of bullying (harassment) has been recorded, providing psychological support for students of education. It has been established that the subjects of response in case of detection of a case of bullying in educational institutions are: the service of the educational ombudsman; services for children; social service centers for family, children and youth; local governments; managers and other employees of educational institutions; founder(s) of educational institutions or a body authorized by him/her; territorial bodies (units) of the National Police of Ukraine. It should be emphasized that the list of measures of educational influence is determined and planned by th bullying, which is created in the institution of general secondary education. It was found that the head of the institution should take and ensure the necessary measures to provide social, psychological and pedagogical services to the students of education. A significant role in this line of work is given to practical psychologists and social pedagogues.
