The article considers the peculiarities of the work of an assistant teacher in general secondary education institutions with inclusive education. It is proved that inclusive education is not just the inclusion of a child with special educational needs in a regular school, but also the creation of a special approach to learning in the common space, which provides additional elements of the educational process – specially equipped place, appropriate conditions, individual child development plan and mandatory presence of a teacher's assistant in an inclusive classroom.\u0000On the basis of scientific and pedagogical literature, normative and legal sources the concept of «teacher's assistant» is revealed and its activity is defined. The functions of the teacher's assistant are singled out, which include: organizational, educational and developmental, diagnostic, prognostic, consultative. It is noted that the main function of a teacher's assistant as a teacher is to work with an inclusive class teacher to help\u0000pay attention to each student during the educational process. The task of the teacher's assistant to establish his cooperation with teachers, specialists of the team of psychological and pedagogical support and parents is theoretically substantiated. It is noted that one of the conditions for successful inclusive education is a team approach, which is provided by members of the team of psychological and pedagogical support of a child with special educational needs. This is a mutually agreed complex activity of a multidisciplinary team of specialists and parents of the child, which aims to create the necessary conditions conducive to the development of the child's personality, learning, skills, successful adaptation, rehabilitation, self-realization and integration into society.\u0000The role of the teacher's assistant in providing children with a full social life, articipation in the educational process is determined. The research methodology for acquiring new knowledge is based on a comparative research method. At the same time, different states of man are compared, as well as studies of such cultural trends as philosophical, religious-mystical, and artistic-aesthetic. The\u0000scientific novelty is that for the first time such a phenomenon of human nature is considered as a redeeming insight in connection with the transcendence of philosophical culture, in such fields of culture as religious-mystical and artisticaesthetic. It has revealed that human being has become a subject of study by representatives of different historical epochs, who\u0000has found their special understanding of the content of spirituality and has given it one of the important roles in human life. It has been analyzed the doctrine of the human physical and mental dichotomy and a value of idea of the heart as the center of the «inner human», the knowledge of which has been recognized as the highest goal of human selfaffirmation. The inner human was defined by such spiritual concepts as the ability to self-determination, self-deepening, self-understanding, self-creation, the art of self-management in curbing passions, the integration and the harmonization of inner world of personality and relationships with others, the presence of non-utilitarian, non-pragmatic value-building with the elevation to the spiritual obedience of the human's will to the Lord's will as a process of the individual theosis. It is concluded that spirituality in the Ukrainian philosophical heritage is a multilevel axiological-anthropocentric «matrix» that seeks to cover all social and individual needs and ensure the integrity of the functioning of human existence, the adequacy of relations with reality. Its defining aspect is the external simplicity of answers to complex problems, the authority of requirements, the criteria of spiritual values, ideals, their indisputable integrity and order, which contribute to a certain inner harmony of the personality. The article analyzes some of the riskogenic factors of the socio-cultural development of modern Ukraine.\u0000These factors include value deconsolidation in Ukrainian society, educational system problems, negative globalization aspects, and spiritual sphere deformations of the domestic society. It is noted that the Ukrainian society needs to deepen the spiritual and cultural solidarity of citizens as an important factor in the consolidation of the modern political nation. It is emphasized that the Ukrainian state, while implementing the reform of the education system, demonstrates the desire to overcome the existing shortcomings of its functioning, but at the same time, it faces a number of problems that negatively affect the socio-cultural space of the country: the inertia of the education management system, insufficient consistency and thoughtfulness of the stages of systemic changes in education, rarely adequate level of legislative and resource support for educational reforms, attempts to uncritically copy various foreign models of education without taking national specifics into account. It is stated that a number of threats to the spiritual security of society and a person have formed in Ukraine, which have a destructive effect on their socio-cultural development. The decrease in the general level of spirituality of citizens, the excessive commercialization of public relations, the deformation of traditional cultural values and anti-values (under the guise of new values) negatively affect the socio-cultural processes in our state. The sources of destabilizing\u0000factors in the spiritual sphere are informational, ideological, psychological, organizational activities of certain subjects aimed at destroying the socio-cultural space of our country.
