The author proves the complexity of the structure of the modern information and educational space, which is characterized by generalized knowledge, a variety of ways of obtaining information and a high level of communication technologies. It is determined that the information and educational space is a form of socio-cultural processes, so it is constantly being modified. Modernization of the social communications infrastructure, expansion of Internet services, including those related to education, have led to the transformation of the information and educational space. The author distinguishes such components as socio-cultural objects that store and broadcast educational information, provide communication processes in educational activities; subjects of m,educational activities between which there is interaction, transfer of social experience and cultural heritage; resources that ensure the speed and efficiency of information transfer, the quality of educational activities; tools that promote the m,implementation of the principles of educational activities and the introduction of innovative technologies. structural m,and functional components. The spatial and semantic, content and methodological, communication and organizational components of the information and educational space are defined. It is proved that the information and educational space acts as a didactic cluster for the use of various educational materials, a platform of information and resource support with automated data and knowledge banks maintained in computer networks using information and communication technologies; a dynamic system of socio-pedagogical and subject-information relations. It is proved that the information and educational space should be an organizational structure in which managed educational activities are carried out. It is shown that it is the NUS teacher who acts as an agent of changes, as he is the subject of the direct implementation of the guidelines of educational reforms in the pedagogical process. The readiness of NUS teachers for the systematic use and development of innovative pedagogical technologies, that is, for innovative activities at the practical-operational, technological level of the implementation of educational reform tasks, deserves special attention. The readiness of the NUS teacher for innovative activities in general and the application of innovative pedagogical technologies in particular, which is formed at the intersection of the development of the teacher's potential to maximize his creative and professional resource and his own resource of self-actualization as an individual, is considered. It is proven that innovative pedagogical technologies should be considered precisely as an integrated mechanism of simultaneous transformation of the educational process and teachers in the system of the National Academy of Sciences which combines the subject and object subsystems of the innovation process. It is argued that training within the framework of the project of training of teachers of NUS in innovative pedagogical technologies should be considered at the same time as the introduction of innovative approaches to postgraduate pedagogical education, which contribute to the professional development of teachers and educational managers. In particular, for NUS teachers, the technology of developmental learning allows them to effectively prepare for the implementation of several basic directions of innovations of NUS. The technology of gamification and in general the technology of edutainment, i.e. education through entertainment and games, is also promising for the preparation of teachers of the National University for the introduction of innovations in the educational process. {"title":"THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN ALGORITHM FOR TEACHER’S CHOOSING THE NATURE SCIENCE EDUCATION MODEL CURRICULUM","authors":"V. Kirman, O. Romanets, E. Heuristic algorithms for such a choice are proposed. Among them, a chaotic-search method based on the general indexing of the corresponding model program effectiveness forecast is offered, in which the teachers were asked to give a general assessment of the program and describe the rationale for the choice. The same teachers were offered to make a choice based on the so-called criterion-evaluation algorithm of choice. Namely, for the model programs, 12 parameters are proposed, which are subject to expert evaluation by teachers in an бordinal scale with ten gradations. We considered the index calculated as the sum of 12 estimates for the relevant parameters. This index allows further ranking of programs in order of preferences. Thus, an appropriate program бьselection algorithm is formed. The proposed criteria contain both subjective and objective components, so they should include information about the possibility of implementing the appropriate program depending on the level of the educational institution teacher and the material and organizational support professional competence. The article analyzed the dependence of the model educational programs choice on the example of integrated science courses and the «Geography». The statistical analysis of the conjugation tables showed inconsistency in the frequency distributions of course selections depending on the selection algorithm. This means that the criterionevaluation algorithm of choice gives different results in the relation to the chaotic-search algorithm. The question arises whether it is possible to trust the criterion-evaluation algorithm. It is noted that the answer to this question can be obtained only after analyzing the implementation of model programs. Along with the criterion-evaluation algorithm, a binary choice algorithm is proposed, where each of the criteria is evaluated on a 10-point scale, then a pairwise analysis is carried out for all criteria and, based on the statistical criterion of signs, a conclusion is made about the advantages of the program. It is proved that with the emergence of new technologies and means of communication, people face challenges and threats associated with the negative impact of the digital environment on their physical and mental health. The problems of education and personal health intersect at the level of the general process of human development in the process of unlocking one’s inner potential. It is proved that achieving health is impossible without the use of self-knowledge, self-observation, and self-control skills in educational practice. The importance of valeology and valeosophy in the formation of a new branch of philosophical knowledge - the philosophy of health - is revealed. The philosophy of health, realized within the modern information and educational space, offers a way of knowing a person through the category of \"health\", which reveals a person as a conscious, responsible being capable of managing psycho-emotional and physical state. The close connection between personal health, the process of informatization of education and the formation of information culture of educational subjects is revealed. It is proved that the educational aspects of the study of personal health are associated with the formation of its meaningful life priorities, the introduction of an axiological approach to the formation of health at the level of educational practices. The importance of media literacy in the development of information and media culture, health-saving technologies of using electronic media in the educational space as thebasis for the formation of value priorities of the individual in the information and educational space is revealed. The systemic, holistic, personality-oriented, axiological and cultural approaches to understanding the essence of health are revealed. The essence of the problem faced by the education system is presented, including the inability to provide full-time learning process due to the destruction of educational institutions and safety threats to the schoolchildren. The authors justify the thesis that distance education in Ukraine has nowadays changed its status from a possible option to the priority mode of the educational process organization. The presentation of the research material is based on the following points: analysis of the current legal framework for the implementation of distance education in schools; the analysis of the most common supportive tools, distance learning resources, platforms for methodical support of educators, and practical recommendations on the distance learning organization. The authors carry out the analysis of the already existing and functional projects designed to provide methodical support to Ukrainian educators, detailing the features of the functioning of the \"All-Ukrainian Online School\", \"All-Ukrainian Schedule\", the essence of the \"Quality of Education\" project, etc. It is concluded that the Ukrainian government is working on various organizational aspects of the distance learning implementation paying attention to the importance of restructuring the calendar and thematic planning of education process, the need to organize distance learning in an educational institution within a single educational platform, the peculiarities of knowledge acquisition in synchronous/asynchronous modes of teaching. Selected organizational issues relate to clarifying the psychological conditions of knowledge acquisition in the distance learning format, and the importance of establishing communication with parents. In today's conditions, Ukrainian distance learning provides various supportive online tools for both educators and students. It is noted that the traditional system of organizing methodical work in secondary schools does not fully satisfy the requirements of modern new education, the focus of which is determined by teacher preparation for pedagogical activities in the context of the New Ukrainian School. The context of the state policy and strategy for the development of education in Ukraine focuses on a new understanding of methodical work as an important factor in the implementation of the \"New Ukrainian School\" concept. The tendency of demand by society for innovations in education is increasing, which necessitates the development of fundamentally new approaches to the interaction of pedagogical science and practice, the introduction of modern technologies of methodical management. The content of the experimental program for the training of managers and teachers for the innovative organization of methodical work at NUS was revealed. It is noted that the theoretical and methodological basis in the development of the experimental program was a system-structural approach to determining its content. The program reflects all the main ideas and features of methodical work at the National University of Higher Education, takes into account pedagogical culture in the management of the teaching staff, reveals the essence of management, organization, control and correction of methodical work; principles of innovative pedagogy; specifics of the educational institution; the content of the training course on mastering a sufficient level of computer use. The data collected during the experiment show that the technology of innovative organization of methodical work has its own logic, orients to a certain goal, tasks and stages of learning. The essence of each of the components of inclusive competence was considered and the expediency of including inclusive competence in the composition of key (life) and professional competences was determined. The levels of formation of knowledge, abilities and skills of the participants of educational activities in an inclusive environment are summarized, and it is also clarified that the unity of theoretical and practical readiness of a specialist to perform professional functions is professional competence. In accordance with this, the components of inclusive competence (motivational, cognitive, operational and reflective) are distinguished. According to the views of many scientists, the problems of competency reform have been identified, namely, that currently up to 65% of teachers who are students of professional development courses do not know the methods of working with children with special educational needs. The article highlights the teacher's readiness for socio-pedagogical activities in schools with inclusive education, taking into account the criteria of inclusive readiness. The structure of methodical competence and its components were studied, namely: methodical culture, methodical creativity, methodical thinking, as well as the formation of methodical competences of workers. The basic regulatory and legal documents that define organizational issues and outline an inclusive indicative vector of personnel training have been provided. The article focuses on the formation of the situational interest of teachers in the formation of inclusive and methodical competence, the motives for mastering professional growth in the conditions of inclusive education. A teacher's pedagogical competence is the unity of his theoretical, practical, and ethical readiness to carry out pedagogical activities. The methodological aspects of existential, culture-centered, religious and humanistic philosophy of education are defined,\u0000and the impact of these approaches on the educational system is analyzed. Spiritual and value-based education is aimed at developing values, ethical principles, and forming an understanding of the meaning and content of life in the\u0000individual. It is proved that spiritual and value-based educational orientations are formed both under the influence of various religious traditions that emphasize the importance of moral and spiritual development of a person, and relevant\u0000philosophical teachings, within which education is seen as a means of promoting values and human virtues. The spiritual and value potential of existential education in Ukraine is revealed in terms of its conceptualization. The role of such important human existentials as freedom, justice, responsibility, which influence the formation of spiritual and moral traits of a personality, is described. The prospects of cultural activity, basic principles and models of cultural education mare outlined. The phenomenon of education as one of the mechanisms of transmitting values through culture is analyzed. It is determined that the integral result of the cultural orientation of the content of education is the formation of a person who is ready for a humanistic choice and is able to possess multifunctional competencies. The issues of spiritual and\u0000value-based religious education, its potential as a source of spiritual experience of the individual are revealed, the role of religion as a resource for its development is proved. It is revealed that the theories of existential, culture-centered and mreligious-humanistic education as key paradigmatic orientations of the spiritual and value component of educational mactivities contribute to personal and social transformation through the cultivation of values and virtues necessary for mcreating a more just, merciful and harmonious society. At all stages of historical development, ostentatious (externalized) consumption is the main determinant of social status. In\u0000modern conditions, consumption develops from material practice to socio-cultural, dominating other aspects of human life and spheres of society. The principle of organization and mechanism of functioning of the consumer society are considered. Consumption practices are the basis of socialization of a modern person. The following characteristics of the consumer society are highlighted: homogenization of the social landscape; de-collectivization and individualization of consumption, formation of a consumer lifestyle, Organization of society as an analog of the system of things; substitution of social activity by consumption. The current stage of development of the consumer society is characterized by the transition from real consumption to symbolic consumption, from industrial consumption to consumer hedonism. The phenomenon of consumer society reveals the phenomena of excessive consumption, commodification, branding, which is due to the emergence of a new type of consumer, co-optation and shopping, the emergence of a new consumer socialization. In turn, the culture of consumption is determined by the formation of value orientations that stimulate consumer practices. A special feature of the consumption culture is the focus on excessive, individualized consumption, as well as \"one-time\" consumption. The culture of consumption plays an important role in the overall culture of the individual and affects the development of all its components, namely, knowledge, qualities, value orientations, and general behavioral models. The article defines the importance of transforming the value foundations of consumer culture, the need to abandon consumer practices. In the consumption Society of the Twenty-First Century, the ideas of ecological, sustainable and ethical consumption are gradually spreading. The study of the essence of the concept of health allows authors to get a complete picture of the dichotomy\u0000of the categories «health» - «disease». In the course of the work, the concept of Health is analyzed from the point of view of its methodological foundations, namely through the prism of holistic epistemology. Using the historical and genetic method, the stages of development of the concept of health from the ancient period to the latest are analyzed and highlighted. It is proved that the concept of Health has been the focus of many researchers for a very long time. Even the first philosophers and healers considered health as a complete complex phenomenon. At the same time, health has long remained on the periphery of research in the philosophy and theory of Medicine. The authors analyzed the concept of health as a basic concept of the philosophy of Medicine, based on the hermeneutical approach and current trends in considering the dichotomy of the categories «health» ‒ «disease» based on holistic epistemology. Using the historical and genetic method, the authors identified the stages of development of the concept of Health. In contrast to the ancient period, when medical knowledge is formed, the basic principles of medical ethics are created, which have not yet lost their relevance (the famous «Hippocratic oath»), in the Middle Ages there is a significant departure from the ancient concept of Health, which is due to a new reading of the idea of integrity. The concept of medieval health is based on the ideas of sin and salvation. Man is devoid of integrity, because from birth he is defined as a sinful being.\u0000Life is understood as the path to death in the moment of salvation and resurrection, the transition from a divided, lower existence in sin to a holistic stay with God. Instead of the ancient ideal of harmony of soul and body, the idea of salvation becomes the leading one, which involves giving up bodily desires and mastering spiritual exercises. The transition to the classical concept of Health is taking place in our time and involves an appeal to the physical dimension of Health, the formation of a mechanistic view of the relationship between the categories «health» and «disease», which leads to the loss of a holistic vision of a person. The return to integrity in the interpretation of a person occurs with the formation of a non-classical concept of Health, in which life becomes the main object of study, taking into account rational-objective and irrational-subjective factors. The post-non-classical concept of Health is characterized by the desubstantialization of the categories «health» and «disease». Health is described as an integral phenomenon, an open dynamic system in the unity of biological, psychological, social and environmental factors.","PeriodicalId":379702,"journal":{"name":"Dnipro Academy of Continuing Education Herald.
