Hernia repair for incisional hernias outside specialized surgical departments is accompanied by relapses in 54.8% of patients, and during the first year after surgery, relapses occur in 72.5% of cases, and in the first three years - in 90.2% [1]. The relapse rate decreases when choosing the optimal method of surgery, which combines the basic principles of plastic surgery and a good knowledge of the anatomy of the area where the surgery is performed. Until today, there is no unified classification of methods for surgical treatment of median ventral hernias. Most authors divide them into two groups: plastic methods using local tissues and plastic methods using additional lamellar materials. Combined application of these two groups of methods is possible. In the group, plastic with local tissues is distinguished: defect closure with immersion sutures under the","PeriodicalId":378345,"journal":{"name":"SCIENTIFIC PRACTICE: MODERN AND CLASSICAL RESEARCH METHODS VOLUME3","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117082392","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, adropin and irisin in the pathogenesis of AMI, depending on the presence of type 2 DM, are currently insufficiently studied. Adropin and irisin have an effect on carbohydrate, lipid homeostasis associated with type 2 DM [3]. The study examined 90 patients with AMI, depending on the presence of concomitant type 2 DM, who were treated at the State Institution «National Institute of Therapy named after L.T. A questionnaire survey of judo judges was conducted. The study involved 30 judo judges of the international category (3 men - 10%) of the national category (15 people - 50%) and the first category (12 people - 40%). The analysis of the survey of judo judges on the basis of 50 evaluation criteria for the performance of judges in competitions revealed the main 11 criteria that are in the opinion of most experts the most effective. Thus, 11 criteria were distributed among specialists of international, national and first categories of judges based on the results of calculating the coefficient of weight and priority as follows: in the first place - professional ethics and discipline 1.33; in second place - the appearance of 1.66; in third place - knowledge of the rules and the ability to use them 3.66; in fourth place - is the clarity of commands and gestures 4.66; in fifth place - moving on the tatami and choosing the correct position 5.00; in sixth place - interaction with judges 6.67; in seventh place - the ability to correctly and timely assess errors 7.66; in eighth place - the ability to accurately and timely assess technical actions 8.00; in ninth place - psychological stability 8.33; in tenth place - the reaction to the situation 8.66; on the eleventh place - the ability to use technical means 10,33. Thus, the survey of judges' categories from the 50 proposed criteria revealed 11 most practical criteria by which it is possible to evaluate the work of judges in competitions.","PeriodicalId":378345,"journal":{"name":"SCIENTIFIC PRACTICE: MODERN AND CLASSICAL RESEARCH METHODS VOLUME3","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128502146","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The level of the coronary ostia may vary. In the cases hitherto described, coronary ostia may be located at the level of the sinotubular junction [1], higher [2] or lower [3] the junctional zone. Different types of anatomical variations of the coronary ostia are known as the ectopic coronary artery. When the origin of the coronary artery is located more than 1 cm above the sinotubular junction the term “high takeoff” is used [4]. The high position of the ostium of the right coronary artery above the right sinus of Valsalva is rare. Nevertheless, the studies show that the high takeoff is more typical of the RCA than the left coronary artery. The position of the coronary ostium in the tubular part of the ascending aorta decreases coronary perfusion. As a result, it can lead to myocardial ischemia which is a potentially life-threatening condition that might cause sudden death under certain conditions [5].","PeriodicalId":378345,"journal":{"name":"SCIENTIFIC PRACTICE: MODERN AND CLASSICAL RESEARCH METHODS VOLUME3","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121169630","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
