PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) is one of the instruments in the capital market. This article discusses KSEI as a Storage and Settlement Institution in the Capital Market in Indonesia. This research is library research, and the collected data is analyzed descriptively. The existence of KSEI in the capital market is essential because of the center of the Custodian. KSEI also supports the existence of a stock trading system without warranty in the capital market. This change is based on rapid technological developments. Based on its function, KSEI has a role in the service of storage services and settlement of securities transactions, as follows: Management of a service asset held by KSEI, service custodian, and other services, namely IPO (Initial Public Offering) and tender offers. The position and function of KSEI as a Storage and Settlement Institution in the Indonesian capital market is regulated in Law No. 8 of 1995 to hold or organize Central Custodial Services.\u0000Keywords: KSEI, Capital Markets, Securities, Depository and Settlement Institutions.\u0000Abstrak: Lembaga Penyimpanan dan Penyelesaian merupakan salah satu struktur penting dalam pasar modal di Indoneseia. PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) adalah salah satu instrumen dalam pasar modal. Artikel ini membahas tentang KSEI sebagai Lembaga Penyimpanan dan Penyelesaian dalam Pasar Modal di Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka dan data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Keberadaan KSEI dalam pasar modal sangat penting karena pusat dari Kustodian. KSEI juga mendukung keberadaan suatu sistem perdagangan saham tanpa warkat di pasar modal. Perubahan tersebut berdasarkan perkembangan teknologi yang kian pesat. Berdasarkan fungsinya, KSEI memiliki peranan dalam pelayanan jasa penyimpanan dan penyelesaian transaksi efek, sebagai berikut: Pengelolaan suatu aset jasa yang diadakan oleh KSEI, jasa custodian dan jasa lainnya yaitu IPO (Initial Public Offering) dan penawaran tender. Ila is the husband's oath not to have sex with his wife anymore. At the same time, Zhihar is the husband's words which equate his wife's back with his mother's. In the past, husbands were arbitrary towards their wives—Ila during the jahiliyyah period of more than two years. So the wife is hanged not given certainty in a long time. Likewise with Zhihar during the ignorance. Husbands arbitrarily send their wives away and make it a marriage break. After going down verses 226- 227 QS. Al-Baqarah about ila, then the husband who makes ila his wife is given a challenging period of 4 months. If he wants to return, then pay expiation. And in Surah Al-Mujadalah verses 1-4 about zhihar, the law of zhihar is a grave sin that is not punished by divorce and those who wants to return must pay expiation. From As-babun Nuzul then, Islam has raised the degree of women. Ila and zhihar are closely related to gender inequality or bias. Husband as a man has a superpower in controlling women, namely his wife. From this, M. Quraish Shihab explains in his gender equality verses that men and women have the same position, to help each other help and love each other. Ila merupakan sumpah suami untuk tidak menggauli istrinya lagi. Sedangkan zhihar adalah pekataan suami yang menyamakan punggung istri sama dengan punggung ibunya. Dahulu para suami semena-mena terhadap istri. Ila pada masa jahiliyah lebih dari 2 tahun. Sehingga istri digantung tidak diberi kepastian dalam waktu yang lumayan lama. Begitu juga dengan Zhihar pada masa jahiliyah. Para suami seenaknya menzhihar istrinya, dan menjadikan hal itu sebagai putus perkawinan. Setelah turun ayat 226-227 QS. Al-Baqarah tentang ila, maka suami yang mengila istrinya diberikan waktu tangguh 4 bulan. Jika ia ingin kembali maka membayar kafarat. Dan Dalam surat Al-Mujadalah ayat 1-4 tentang zhihar, bahwa hukum zhihar adalah dosa besar, tidak dihukumi talak dan yang ingin kembali harus membayar kafarat. Dari Asbabun Nuzul tersebut maka, Islam telah mengangkat derajat perempuan. Ila dan zhihar erat sekali hubungannya dengan ketimpangan atau bias gender. Suami sebagai seorang laki-laki memiliki superpower dalam mengendalikan perempuan yaitu istrinya. Dari hal tersebut, M. Quraish Shihab menerangkan dalam ayat-ayat kesetaraan gendernya bahwa laki-laki dan perempuan memiliki kedudukan yang sama, untuk saling tolong menolong dan saling mengasihi. Research of determining subuh prayer time using SQM in Indonesia is also widely carried out, by various groups and produces observational data from various locations. Each observation location has a different sky quality, the quality of the sky is represented by the night level obtained from observations using SQM. The beginning of subuh prayer time is obtained by determining the inflection point of the SQM data. From 460 observational data from LAPAN Pasuruan station and LAPAN Pontianak station, to determine the night level that represents the quality of the sky and the turning point solution, this research uses product moment correlation. The calculation shows that there is a correlation between the night level and the turning point solution with r = -0.77 in the strong or high correlation category, besides that the correlation pattern shows a negative correlation or reverses which indicates that the higher the night level, the deeper the turning point results. This also shows that researchers who want to make observations with SQM to determine turning points should be done in locations that have good or high night levels.\u0000Keywords: subuh prayer time, SQM, correlation, night level, turning point.\u0000Abstrak: Penelitian menggunakan alata fotometri sederhana yaitu Sky Quality Meter (SQM) marak dilakukan untuk berbagai keperluan. Penelitian awal waktu subuh menggunakan SQM di Indonesia juga marak dilakukan, oleh berbagai kalangan dan menghasilkan data pengamatan dari berbagai lokasi. Tiap-tiap lokasi pengamatan memilki kualitas langit berbeda, kualitas langit direpresentasikan oleh level malam yang diperoleh dari hasil pengamatan menggunakan SQM. Awal waktu subu diperoleh dengan menentukan titik belok dari data SQM. Dari 460 data pengamatan yang berasal dari stasiun LAPAN Pasuruan dan stasiun LAPAN Pontianak, untuk menentukan antara level malam yang merepresentasikan kualitas langit dengan solusi titik belok, penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi product moment. Perhitungan menunjukkan adanya korelasi antara level malam dengan solusi titik belok dengan r= -0.77 masuk pada kategori korelasi yang kuat atau tinggi, selain itu pola korelasinya menunjukkan korelasi negatif atau berbalik arah yang menunjukkan bahwa makin tinggi level malam maka hasil titik belok akan semakin dalam. This research employed a qualitative method that using an empirical juridical approach. The data collection technique in this research uses primary and secondary data sources that acquired from observation and interview with respondents to get valid data and library research. The study results show that the implementation of term savings in KSPS BMT UGT Sidogiri Waru by the principles of sharia. The performance of mudharabah musytarakah between the member and institution has been According to the rules and Fatwa MUI. But the profit sharing between BMT Sidogiri Waru and the central of BMT Sidogiri turned out to be different. The percentage of profit sharing within one month for term savings in BMT Sidogiri Waru is the same as the profit sharing of the sharia general savings 30%: 70%, meanwhile the percentage of profit sharing of term savings at the same period from the center is 50%: 50%.\u0000Keywords: Implementation, Term Savings, Mudharabah, BMT Sidogiri.\u0000Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi produk tabungan berjangka yang menggunakan akad Mudharabah di KSPS BMT UGT Sidogiri Cabang pembantu Waru Sidoarjo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis empiris. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan responden untuk mendapatkan data yang valid serta kajian pustaka dan literatur. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi tabungan berjangka di KSPS BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Waru sudah sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Penerapan akad mudharabah musytarakah dalam tabungan berjangka dan pembagian nisbah bagi hasil antara anggota dan lembaga juga telah sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam Fatwa MUI. Namun pembagian nisbah bagi hasil antara BMT Sidogiri Capem Waru dengan BMT Sidogiri pusat ternyata berbeda. However, the reality on the ground shows that many children still under the age of 19 apply for a marriage dispensation to the Religious Courts. Batas minimal umur perkawinan bagi wanita dipersamakan dengan batas minimal umur perkawinan bagi pria, yaitu 19 (sembilan belas) tahun. Namun, dengan kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan masih banyak anak yang masih di bawah usia 19 tahun mengajukan dispensasi kawin ke Pengadilan Agama. This condition is exacerbated by reports that social assistance distributed to deal with the impact of Covid-19 is not on target. The state was experiencing material losses and poverty alleviation programs that were never fully achieved. This research is literature research using qualitative methods where the data is presented narratively and focuses on the description of directions. The problems involved in this research are Economic problems that have arisen due to Covid-19, the concept of zakat in Islamic economics, the benefits and role of zakat as an instrument of government fiscal policy on macroeconomics in Indonesia new average period. The study results concluded that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the state budget was a deficit. In Islamic economics, zakat is a source of state income, but in the Indonesian government, zakat is not included in the state budget. Zakat has a significant role and benefit as an instrument of the Indonesian government's fiscal policy, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.\u0000Keywords: Covid-19, macroeconomics, zakat, fiscal policy.\u0000Abstrak: Angka kemiskinan di Indonesia berdasarkan data yag disampaikan oleh Berly Martawardaya meningkat di bulan Maret 2020 sebesar 0,56% dari tahun sebelumnya. Kondisi tersebut diperparah dengan adanya laporan terkait bantuan sosial yang disalurkan untuk menangani dampak Covid-19, tidak tepat sasaran. Implikasi yang diterima negara akhirnya berujung pada kerugian materiil dan program pengentasan kemiskinan yang tidak pernah tercapai secara maksimal. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dimana data disajikan secara naratif dan menitik beratkan arah deskripsi. Fokus permasalahan yang terkait dalam penelitian ini adalah: Permasalahan ekonomi yang muncul disebabkan oleh Covid-19, konsep zakat dalam ekonomi Islam, manfaat dan peranan zakat sebagai instrumen kebijakan fiskal pemerintah terhadap ekonomi makro di Indonesia di masa new normal. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa akibat pandemi covid-19, APBN terancam defisit. Dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam, zakat termasuk sumber pendapatan negara namun dalam pemerintah Indonesia zakat tidak masuk APBN. The behavior of individuals and society determines the level of family resilience. This research was conducted in Taman Sidoarjo District and is qualitative. Data were collected by observation and interviews. The data collected were analyzed descriptively. The purpose of this study is to explore how the community's efforts are in maintaining family resilience during the Covid-19 pandemic and how to overcome them. The study results found several things; namely, the people of Taman Subdistrict have been able to maintain the resilience of their families well and were able to overcome some of the problems that occurred in their families during the Covid-19 pandemic. The existence of mutual understanding, mutual communication, and a vast sense of patience has made them able to survive during this Covid-19 pandemic.\u0000Keywords: Family resilience, District Park, Covid-19 Pandemic.\u0000Abstrak Ketahanan keluarga merupakan alat untuk mengukur pencapaian keluarga dalam melaksanakan peran, fungsi dan tanggung jawabnya dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan anggota. Tingkat ketahanan keluarga ditentukan oleh perilaku individu, dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Taman Sidoarjo dan bersifat kualittaif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan dan wawancara. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana upaya masyarakat dalam menjaga ketahanan keluarga selama pandemi Covid-19 dan bagaimana cara mengatasinya. Hasil penelitian menemukan beberapa hal yakni, masyarakat warga Kecamatan Taman sejauh ini dapat mempertahankan ketahanan keluarganya dengan baik dan dapat mengatasi beberapa masalah yang terjadi dalam keluarga mereka selama pandemi Covid-19 ini. In its implementation, there is supervision and empowerment of Waqf, whose provisions are regulated in Law no. 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf. The minister carries out the guidance and care of Waqf by taking into account the suggestions and considerations of the Indonesian Ulema Council. In addition, waqf supervision is also carried out by the community and the government. The Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI) was formed to develop and advance Waqf in Indonesia. BWI is an independent state institution established based on Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf. In empowering Waqf in Indonesia, waqf empowerment institutions must establish cooperation or partnerships with various parties who have capital and business interests by waqf objects with high commercial value, not only with the State Budget and Expenditure Revenue Government (APBN). In this case, business partnership relationships are needed, as well as third parties and other institutions that support waqf management.\u0000Keywords: Waqf, Supervision and Empowerment\u0000Abstrak: Wakaf ialah perbuatan hukum wakif untuk memisahkan dan/atau menyerahkan sebagian harta benda miliknya untuk dimanfaatkan selamanya atau untuk jangka waktu tertentu sesuai dengan kepentingannya guna keperluan ibadah dan/atau kesejahteraan umum sesuai Syariah. Dalam implementasinya terdapat pengawasan dan pemberdayaan wakaf yang ketentuannya diatur dalam Undang-Undang No. 41 Tahun 2004 tentang Wakaf. Pembinaan dan pengawasan wakaf dilakukan oleh menteri dengan memperhatikan saran dan pertimbangan Majelis Ulama Indonesia. Selain itu pengawasan wakaf juga dilakukan leh masyarakat dan pemerintah. Untuk mengembangkan dan memajukan perwakafan di Indonesia maka dibentuk Badan Wakaf Indonesia (BWI). BWI adalah lembaga negara independen yang dibentuk berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 41 Tahun 2004 tentang Wakaf. Dalam pemberdayaan wakaf di Indonesia, Lembaga-lembaga pemberdayaan wakaf harus menjalin kerjasama atau kemitraan dengan berbagai pihak yang mempunyai modal dan ketertarikan usaha sesuai dengan benda wakaf yang ada dengan nilai komersial yang tinggi sehingga tidak bergantung saja dengan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) dari pemerintah. The technique used in collecting research data is by obtaining data in a document study sourced from secondary data by looking for the decision of the Serang Religious Court, namely Case Decision Number 2386/Pdt.G/2018/PA.Surg. that is by copying the data, then from the data that has been obtained it is analyzed using descriptive analysis with a deductive mindset. The Judge's panels decided the husband or father was entitled to hadhanah rights due to the termination of the marriage. After the Panel of Judges has heard the explanation from the husband or father of the child. In Jurisprudence and the Compilation of Islamic Law, the child's hadhanah rights after a divorce are the biological mother's right, if the child is not mumayyiz or not yet 12 years old. While in the Serang Religious Court decision number 2386/Pdt.G/2018/PA.Surg. The child's hadhanah right was given to the father, even though the child was still six years old. The Judge's decision was due to various considerations, including for the benefit and interests of the child. That is not contrary to Islamic law and applicable laws, as long as the father qualifies as having hadhanah rights for his child.\u0000Keywords: Father, hadhanah, child, the decision of the Religious Court.\u0000Abstrak: Artikel ini merupakan hasil penelitian pustaka (library research) tentang pemberian hak hadhanah kepada ayahnya dalam putusan Pengadilan Agama Serang Nomor: 2386/PDT.G/2018/PA.SRG”. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data penelitian yakni dengan cara memperoleh data secara studi dokumen yang bersumber dari data sekunder dengan mencari putusan Pengadilan Agama Serang, yakni Putusan perkara Nomor 2386/Pdt.G/2018/PA.Srg. yaitu dengan cara mencopy data tersebut, kemudian dari data yang sudah didapatkan dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif analisis dengan pola pikir deduktif. Majelis Hakim telah memutuskan suami atau ayah berhak mendapatkan hak hadhanah akibat terputusnya perkawinan, setelah Majelis Hakim mendengarkan penjelasan dari suami atau ayah si anak tersebut. Secara Fikih dan Kompilasi Hukum Islam, hak hadhanah anak setelah terjadinya perceraian adalah hak ibu kandungnya, jika anak yang belum mumayyiz atau belum berumur 12 tahun. Sedangkan dalam putusan Pengadilan Agama Serang nomor 2386/Pdt.G/2018/PA.Srg. diputuskan bahwa hak hadhanah anak diberikan kepada ayahnya, meskipun anak tersebut masih berusia 6 tahun. Keputusan tersebut dibuat karena berbagai pertimbangan diantaranya karena demi kemaslahatan dan kepentingan si anak. In some Javanese traditions, there is the provision of offerings, including when ruwah village. Scholars differ on the law of offerings. This article discusses the law of giving offerings to the ritual ruwah village perspective of Islamic law. This research is a type of literature and qualitative research. Data collection is done through books and articles that are then organized, edited, and analyzed descriptively. The study results concluded that the implementation of village activities was carried out to respect the spirits of the ancestors for the sake of creating a sense of security in the local village and preserving the surrounding culture. In Islamic law, there are scholars who forbid sesajen because there is an element of shirk in the form of asking and praying to other than Allah. In addition, there is the opinion of scholars who punish the offerings for the village ruwah based on the purpose of the village ruwah ceremony. The law is haram if it is done to ask and pray for something other than Allah. But if you organize it to share with alms and establish friendship like Muslims in general, then the law is legal.\u0000Keywords: law, offerings, ruwah, ulama, tradition.\u0000 \u0000Abstrak: Dalam beberapa tradisi Jawa terdapat pemberian sesajen di antaranya Ketika ruwah desa. Ulama berbeda pendapat tentang hukum sesajen. Artikel ini membahas tentang hukum pemberian sesajen untuk ritual ruwah desa perspektif hukum Islam. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian pustaka dan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui buku dan artikel yang kemudian diatur, disunting, dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan sesajen ruwah desa dilakukan untuk menghormati roh para leluhur, demi terciptanya rasa aman di desa setempat, dan guna melestarikan budaya sekitar. Dalam hukum Islam, terdapat ulama yang mengharamkan sesajen karena di dalamnya terdapat unsur syirik berupa meminta dan berdoa kepada selain Allah. Selain itu terdapat pendapat ulama yang menghukumi sesajen untuk ruwah desa dengan berdasarkan tujuan diselenggarakannya upacara sesajen ruwah desa tersebut. Jika menyelenggarakannya dengan bertujuan guna meminta dan berdoa suatu hal kepada selain Allah, maka haram hukumnya.
