Once it is released a drug that normally crosses the membrane of a cell will enter the cell, other drugs will not enter. Zidovudineis a drug with narrow therapeutic index and short biological half-life. This study aimed at developing and optimizing liposomal formulation of Zidovudinein order to improve its bioavailability. In evaluation study the effect of the varying composition of lipids on the properties such as encapsulation efficiency, particle size and drug release were studied. Phase transition study was carried out to confirm the complete interaction of Zidovudine with bilayer structure of liposome. Moreover, the release of the drug was also modified and extended over a period of 8 h in all formulations.F3emerged as the most satisfactory formulation in so far as its properties were concerned. Further, release of the drug from the most satisfactory formulation (F3) was evaluated through dialysis membrane to get the idea of drug release.","PeriodicalId":377083,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Growth Evaluation","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123691248","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Niosomes are made up of non-ionic surfactants with or without cholesterol. Primarily niosomes are similar to liposomes in terms of physical properties but differ in chemical nature. Due to their higher chemical stability of surfactants than lipids these are unsurpassed when compared with liposomes. As niosomes are amphiphilic they can be utilized as a carrier for both lipophilic, and hydrophilic drugs. The application of niosomes is widely varied and can be used to treat several diseases like cancer, leishmaniasis, Parkinson, Psoriasis disease, etc. This review focuses on all aspects of niosomes including their historical development, structural components, types, formulation techniques, factors affecting their formation, controlling the size, separation of unentrapped materials, characterization, therapeutic potentials, and stability.","PeriodicalId":377083,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Growth Evaluation","volume":"136 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123592988","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research results show that the social responsibility based on strategic management is significantly positively correlated with the innovation given to strategic management. At present, enterprises attach more importance to innovation strategically, but few attach importance to social responsibility strategically. Under the current background of high-quality development, Chinese enterprises should continue to pay attention to the input and output of technological innovation, on the other hand, they should recognize the importance of strategic social responsibility activities for the sustainable development of enterprises, and pay more attention to social responsibility activities strategically, so that social responsibility and green innovation can form the core competitiveness of enterprises and achieve long-term sustainable development of enterprises. Enterprise green technology innovation is an important strategic direction for enterprises to respond to new development concepts and achieve high-quality development, and also an important way to achieve the symbiotic and integrated development of enterprises and social environment.","PeriodicalId":377083,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Growth Evaluation","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130593772","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In terms of socio-demographic data, it has been shown that the administrative staff responsible for controlling schooling was mainly made up of agents holding a bachelor's degree, male, aged over 55, with a seniority of more than 15 years and experiencing enormous difficulties in handling the computer tool. With regard to the computer equipment made available to them, the results of our investigations showed that the said equipment was both dilapidated and insufficient. In addition, our study highlighted network equipment. The analysis of the files of the finalists of the first cycle and the second cycle during the academic year 2020-2021, made it possible to note that 72.2% of the files checked represented the first cycle and the remaining 27.8% related to the second cycle. By comparing the number of complete files checked with that of incomplete files of the finalists, the results obtained indicated that the incomplete files, because of the absence of the State diploma and/or the graduate, represented 91% in license and 75.4% at the graduate level.","PeriodicalId":377083,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Growth Evaluation","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130689722","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In light of this, this paper conducts empirical research using panel data of prefecture-level cities and the uncertainty index of China's economic policy created by Baker et al. (2016). (1) Economic policy uncertainty is having a positive impact on the growth of the digital economy, according to the study. (2) The effects of uncertain economic policy on the digital economy vary widely. The promotion of the digital economy is negatively impacted by the uncertainty of economic policy in the eastern and southern regions, as well as in regions with large cities and high levels of economic development, but this impact is minimal or nonexistent in other regions.","PeriodicalId":377083,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Growth Evaluation","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128326025","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the presented social realities is the existence of quite complex gender relations and routines. This study aims to describe the image of women in the novel Masyitoh by Ajip Rosidi. The study of women's image is focused on four aspects, namely physical aspects, psychological aspects, aspects in the family environment, and aspects in the community environment. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. Research data in the form of sentence quotations were collected through the reading-note technique. After being collected, the data were processed and analyzed using interactive techniques. The results of the research show that the image of women in Masyitoh's novel is very complex and diverse. From a physical perspective, women are portrayed as beautiful and graceful. Viewed from the psychological aspect, the female antagonist is portrayed as a violent character, while the female protagonist is imaged as a woman who has concerns, is firm in her mind, is courageous, and is patient. Viewed from the family aspect, women are portrayed as responsible, caring and compassionate, loyal and open. Meanwhile, from the perspective of their relationship with society, women are portrayed as humanists, humble, and powerful.","PeriodicalId":377083,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Growth Evaluation","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130739139","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
