The issue at MI An Nuur Cahaya Umat indicates that the level of tolerance is still low. The subjects of this study consisted of 18 students. Data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique employed was Pearson Product Moment with the assistance of IBM SPSS-26. The research findings indicate that the Pearson Correlation result is 0.145, which is categorized as low, with a significance result of 0.566, indicating a low correlation between parental support and tolerance character. This research aims to depict: (1) the challenges faced by the leaders of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) institutions in Merauke City in managing technomedia in the learning process, and (2) the strategies employed by these leaders to overcome challenges in technomedia management during the learning process. The informants for this study were purposefully sampled from school principals in Merauke City. The primary challenges confronted by school principals in managing digital learning media in Early Childhood Education institutions (PAUD) include the availability of adequate technological resources, the development of teachers' skills in using technology, and the management of student data security and privacy. School principals also need to take into account parental involvement in supporting the use of digital media at home and ensure that technology use remains balanced with the physical and social activities of children. To tackle these challenges, strategies employed by school principals include organizing training and developing teachers' skills in technology use, selecting quality digital learning content, and establishing clear policies and guidelines related to technology use. Additionally, careful monitoring of students' technology use and maintaining a balance between technology use and traditional learning experiences are also emphasized. One of the learning models that support 21st century skills is Project Based Learning (PjBL). This research is descriptive research to describe the implementation of mathematics learning with the PjBL model in the Basic Statistics course. Fourteen students who took the Basic Statistics course were the subjects in this study. The project is a Basic Statistics project that integrates data presentation material, frequency distribution, centering measures, and data distribution measures. Data were collected using interviews, observations, self-assessment, oral presentation, peer review and final report. The implementation of learning is carried out online using google classroom, google form, zoom meeting and whatsapp group. The results of the implementation of mathematics learning with the PjBL model in the Basic Statistics course can be said to be good with an average score of 82.5. Of the fourteen students who worked on the project, five students or 36% had completed the project very well. A total of nine students or 64% have completed the math project well from the stages of planning, implementation and collecting reports. Indonesia still has a low level of work safety when compared to developed countries, this makes the risk and level of work accidents in Indonesia still high. This study aims to find solutions to the problems that hinder the application of OHS in mechanical engineering practice. This study uses a qualitative approach to describe the application of occupational safety and health in the mechanical engineering workshop, descriptive methods used in this study, in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation to collect the necessary data.  SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih has included K3 planning as a guideline for implementing practical learning in the workshop. Teacher supervision and guidance in its application is quite good regarding the work to be done. However, OHS evaluation has not been fully conducted in practical learning at school. This is related to policy and improvement of evaluation development as a basis for implementing further learning. Students are expected to be better prepared to meet the needs of the times and become graduates who can become future leaders of the nation with superior personalities. Experiential learning programs with flexible pathways are expected to facilitate students to develop their potential according to their talents and potential. To realize the implementation design of the Independent Learning Campus Learning Curriculum that is per the needs of the job market, the University of Flores conducted a Student Perception Survey about the Independent Learning Implementation Design for the Independent Campus at the University of Flores. The perception study conducted at the University of Flores involved the study of student perceptions of the University of Flores on MBKM Policy Implementation Design involved 4212 students from all faculties and study programs using the Survey Method. The research subjects in this study were fifth grade students of SDI Pelibaler, totaling 13 students. The data in this study were obtained from the observation of students' activities and the final test instrument of each cycle. This research data was analyzed descriptively qualitative. The results showed that the application of audio-visual media can improve students' learning achievement. In the pre-cycle, students who completed their learning reached 46.15% while those who did not complete 53.84%. In cycle 1, students who were complete were 84.61% and those who were not complete were 15.39%. In cycle 2, students who were complete reached 100%. Electronic student worksheets (E-LKPD) are also directly components on doing questions or answering questions. E-LKPD uses this Wizer.me platform has never been used by teachers in social studies learning and also wants to develop other interesting technologies such as this Wizer.me which has a variety of question forms such as drawing, filling in clumped sentences, and so on, and this can generate student interest in social studies. The purpose of this study is to determine the validity and effectiveness of Interactive E-LKPD using Wizer.me in social studies learning Community Life Material During the Hindu-Buddhist Period grade VII SMP Negeri 1 Panti for the 2022/2023 academic year. This research uses research and development methods. The research model used is ASSURE. The data obtained is in the form of qualitative and quantitative data. Data collection techniques used include interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. This research has the following results: 1) The results of the validity test conducted by material experts obtained a percentage of 76% which means quite valid, media / design experts obtained a percentage of 87% which means very valid, and linguists obtained a percentage of 87% which means very valid. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) whose implementation is carried out in two cycles with cycle 1 occurring two meetings and cycle 2 also two meetings with each cycle consisting of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class XI TAV (Audio & Video Engineering) SMK Negeri 5 Waingapu which amounted to 17 people. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) whose implementation was carried out in two cycles with cycle 1 occurring two meetings and cycle 2 also two meetings with each cycle consisting of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class XI TAV (Audio & Video Engineering) SMK Negeri 5 Waingapu, totaling 17 people. The method of data collection is through tests (pretest and posttest questions) and documentation.  Which will be analyzed using qualitative descriptions consisting of data reduction stages, data presentation and data verification. Before being subjected to action, student learning outcomes were only 41.1% (7 students) who met the KKM and in cycle I students who met the KKM increased to 58.8% (10 students), also in cycle II students who met the KKM increased to 88.2% (15 students).
