However, medical imagingdatasets are often limited in size and diversity, constraining development of robust analysis algorithms. Meanwhile, generative adversarial networks (GANs) haveachieved remarkable synthetic image generation capabilities. This paper comprehensively reviews contemporary GAN techniques and evaluates their effectiveness producing synthetic medical images to augment scarce training data. Six prevalent GAN architectures were trained on diverse medical imaging datasets. A systematic hyperparameter optimization strategy coupled with quantitative imageanalysis reveal substantial variability in output fidelity and diversity. Downstreamsegmentation task performance provides further domain-specific assessments on theutility of the generated datasets. The study reveals that while select advanced GANscan produce seemingly realistic medical images, the synthetic data consistentlyunderperforms real datasets on specialized tasks. The results caution against indiscriminate use of GAN-produced medical images but highlight paths for developing tailored GAN solutions for enhanced training. The measurement of NPC length, extending from the interproximal region of the central incisors to the distal end of the incisive foramen, disclosed amean length of 17.8 mm in males and 14.2 mm in females. A noteworthy statistical distinction was evident between male and female lengths (P < 0.01). Furthermore, the diameter of the incisive foramen displayed a non-significant variation betweenmales (5.6 mm) and females (5.1 mm). Classification of nasopalatine canal shapesresulted in intriguing patterns, with cylindrical configurations prevailing in 27cases, followed by funnel shapes in 9, hourglass shapes in 20, and spindle shapes in4 skulls. The distribution of shapes exhibited statistically significant differences (P< 0.05). These findings emphasize the critical necessity of evaluating nasopalatinecanal morphology to mitigate the risk of iatrogenic injury to anatomical structures. Biofield therapies are non-invasive treatments that are practitioner-mediated. It specifically engages with the biofield of both the practitioner and the client and is performed with the aim to induce a healing response in the client. There are limited studies relating to the effectiveness of Reiki and Pranic Healing. There is a need to integrate these complementary healing techniques with mainstream western treatment modalities for holistic treatment approach. There are several different types of stress that range from eustress, which is apositive and exciting form of stress, to chronic stress, which has been linked tomany serious health issues and is the type of negative stress most often mentionedin the news. While we want to manage or eliminate the negative types of stress, wealso want to keep positive forms of stress in our lives to help us remain vital andalive. To manage this negative stress, firstly we need to identify the stressors andthen we need to try to apply the 4 A’s, avoid, alter, adapt, or accept accordingly. We must not opt for addiction as easier way out. Rather we have to concentratemore on nutrition, exercise, outdoor aerobic activities which help in the secretion of endorphin hormone which acts as a mood elevator, stress buster. We need toprioritize what to do in a day, then concentrate more on what we have completed or accomplished for the day, rather than what we are yet to finish. We must set asidesome time each day for ownself and find something that helps to relax, such asreading a book, going for a walk, listening to music, or spending time with a friendor a pet. Joining a choir or a gym helps some people. Breathing exercises, aromatherapy etc. are also coming out as measures to combat stress. In our present social scenario we must deal this stress issue soberly and manage it properly.
