But why proteins with low degree also have lethality? The differences between low and high degree essential proteins were compared in six centrality measures, the relationship with protein complexes, clustering coefficient, and functional modularity. The results show that there are several properties, such as higher eigenvector centrality, more likely appear in protein complexes, higher clustering coefficient, and more neighbors with the same function, are distinguishable significant between the low and high degree essential proteins.","PeriodicalId":376265,"journal":{"name":"2012 Third International Conference on Intelligent Control and Information Processing","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129413325","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Matching hashed chunks is relatively simple and suffices for reliably detecting exact overlaps. However, detecting paraphrase overlap is subtle. To address the problem, a frame-based Chinese semantic knowledge representation and an overlap measure method for Chinese documents are proposed. The experimental results show that the method can identify the complicated plagiarism patterns, such as single-word synonym, voice changes, part of speech changes and breaking long sentence.","PeriodicalId":376265,"journal":{"name":"2012 Third International Conference on Intelligent Control and Information Processing","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129503539","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, it is a complex problem, making simulations very difficult. This paper aims at solving it in an easier and more efficient way. Firstly, the three basic conditions are introduced, and then the model of visibility for single observation equipment is built. Secondly, simulation for a certain target is carried out and the concept of visible area is put forward, and how the parameters of the paltform orbit affect the visible area is simulated. Finally, the result is analysed and some useful conclusions are obtained.","PeriodicalId":376265,"journal":{"name":"2012 Third International Conference on Intelligent Control and Information Processing","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127950166","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For these resources, how to reasonably manage these complicated resources and allocate these resources for users quickly will influence the efficiency of cloud computing. In this paper, we propose a resource allocation method based on multi-unit continuous double auction mechanism and corresponding pricing strategy. Firstly, we create a continuous double auction based resource allocation model which contains three agents. Then we improve the existing double auction pricing algorithm, and introduce new parameters in order to obtain the pricing algorithm that is suitable for cloud environment. In each time period, user agents and cloud node agents determine their bid values and request values respectively. This method can take into account both the requirement of users and cloud nodes, and provide fair chance for the users to achieve resources and the cloud nodes to supply resources.","PeriodicalId":376265,"journal":{"name":"2012 Third International Conference on Intelligent Control and Information Processing","volume":"86 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125506695","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Terminal sliding mode controller can provide faster convergence and higher precision control compared with conventional sliding mode control. Therefore, it's a promising control approach for robot manipulator. Meanwhile, in order to compensate the parametric uncertainties, we use the RBFNN which has the capability to approximate any nonlinear function at arbitrary precision to learn the upper bound of them. The proposed controller requires no prior knowledge of the upper bound of the parametric uncertainties, and it's also robust to the external disturbance. Moreover, both finite time convergence and stability of the closed loop system can be guaranteed by Lyapunov theory. Finally, simulation results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed controller.","PeriodicalId":376265,"journal":{"name":"2012 Third International Conference on Intelligent Control and Information Processing","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126512005","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
