Traditional mission planning for deep space explorer uses activity with fixed duration. But during the actual mission operating of deep space explorer, activity's execution time varies from the goal of mission based on current situation and capacity. Specifically, the mission for the approach phase of small body raised demand for faster and higher ability of operation because of its own characteristics, such as coupling among missions, numerous subsystems, complicated constraints, high requirements of real time, etc. In order to design reasonable and feasible sequences in limited time to realize the system goals, this paper analyzes the constraints and requirements of autonomous planning system during the approach phase of small body based on Planning Domain Definition Language (PDDL). And a method of mission planning modeling is proposed to solve the variable time duration problem of activity during the approach phase of small body explorer. In the simulation results, the duration of charging and communication can be determined by actual time based on the requirements of resource constraints. Considering the low matching positive ratio in original SIFT, this paper propose a novel registration algorithm using Relative Shape Context (RSC) based on multiscale edge features. Firstly, edge features of global shapes and structures are extracted. Then an equivalent difference of Gaussian (DOG) space is used to detect local scale invariant features of multiscale edge images. Finally, RSC is performed as feature descriptor to find matching points. Experimental results show that the new algorithm is suitable for multiscale images and is invariant to a range of rotation angle changes. We introduce a nonlinear matching function between the corresponding points set from the given image pairs. The sequential RVR algorithm is used to learn the matching function relationship; correct matches and mismatches can be detected by checking the residuals whether they are consistent with the matching function models. In this paper, a single channel monopulse Ka-band tracking receiver is given, which is suitable to this scheme. The working principle of this receiver is that the difference channel BPSK modulated works together with the sum channel to track the target. Hybrid MPI+OpenMP programming is naturally a good model that combines the distributed memory parallelization between nodes in clusters and the shared memory parallelization on each node. In this paper, we propose a parallel MLMFA (multilevel fast multipole algorithm) approach based on hybrid MPI+OpenMP model. Performance of hybrid implementation is studied compared with our previous pure MPI version. Time cost for computation and communication and memory consumption are analyzed in detail. It can automatically extracts target markers without any man-machine interactions. As to target that has similar color with background, we make full use of its reflective region to detect it indirectly which reduces burden of detecting directly. Meanwhile, it can effectively separate gathered targets especially like gathered crimson balls. At first, for the single color of billiard table, we use color segmentation, Hough transform algorithm to extract pool table so as to get rid of the interference of other objects outside the pool table; Second, combine color segmentation with watershed algorithm to extract all non-green objectives; Then according to the relationship of reflective point and the target itself, we can pick up the green one. At last, we use the difference between color segmentation label and number of reflex points of target area to segment all gathered goals. In the control design process, only one neural network is used to approximate the lumped unknown part of the systems, and the problem of complexity growing existing in conventional methods can be eliminated completely. The result of stability analysis shows that the proposed scheme can guarantee the uniform ultimate boundedness of the closed-loop system signals, and the control performance can be guaranteed by an appropriate choice of the control parameters. The problem is formulated as a constrained nonlinear optimization problem using the total cost of the system operation as the cost functions. Both the equality and inequality constraints are included in the problem. The optimization problem is solved using the Kuhn-Tucker method. The closed-form solutions are obtained for the four different configurations with multiple combine heat and power units. Through depth analysis of probability distribution mechanism, this paper presents that we can use the rectangular area to replace the overlap regions. Through rasterization method, a kind of discrete probability estimate localization algorithm is established. In reducing the calculation of the node as far as possible, the new algorithm is easy to understanding and application, which overcome shortcomings of continuous probability distribution algorithm.
