Elderly Gawe Rukun. This type of research is the correlation study with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 60 elderly who are members of the Gawe Rukun Elderly group in the village of Ringinawe, Salatiga City. The sampling technique used was the total sampling technique. Data collection techniques used the Psychological Well-Being Scale (PWBS) questionnaire formulated by Ryff (1989) and the UCLA (University of California Los Angeles) questionnaire Loneliness Scale version 3 developed by Russell (1996). The data analysis technique used is the Product Moment correlation test with the help of the IBM SPSS 25 program. The results of this study conclude 1) there is a negative correlation between psychological well-being (PWB) and loneliness in the elderly in the Gawe Rukun Elderly Group. The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness self-disclosure techniques increase students' self-confidence. The research subjects were students of SMK Negeri 2 Palu. This study used an experimental research design pretest-posttest one group design. Data collection technique used a questionnaire. The research data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential analysis based on the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. The results of the descriptive analysis show the level of self-confidence students before the implementation self-disclosure techniques, namely: 6 or 100% students have low self-confidence. After implementing the self-disclosure technique, it was found that 1 or 16.7% students had very high self-confidence, 3 or 50% students had high self-confidence. 2 or 33.4% students have low self-confidence. The results showed that self-disclosure techniques effective in increasing students' self-confidence.\u0000 \u0000Abstrak:\u0000Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji keefektifan teknik self-disclosure dalam meningkatkan rasa percaya diri siswa. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa SMK Negeri 2 Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimen pretest-posttest one group design. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan inferensial berdasarkan Uji Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa sebelum penerapan teknik self-disclosure yaitu: 6 atau 100% siswa memiliki rasa percaya diri yang rendah. Setelah menerapkan teknik self-disclosure, ditemukan bahwa 1 atau 16,7% siswa memiliki kepercayaan diri sangat tinggi, 3 atau 50% siswa memiliki kepercayaan diri tinggi. 2 atau 33,4% siswa memiliki rasa percaya diri yang rendah. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan 2 alat ukur. Pertama, general self efficacy (GSE) yang dikembangkan oleh Schwarzer dan Jerusalem berdasarkan teori Bandura dan yang kedua menggunakan Critical Thinking Dispotision Self Rating Form oleh Peter Facione.Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling yaitu Purposive sampling. Keseluruhan sampel tersebut adalah sebanyak 55 mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara self efficacy dan critical thinking (rxy =0.974; p<0,05), berarti semakin tinggi self efficacy yang dimiliki mahasiwa maka critical thingking yang dimiliki mahasiswa pun akan meningkat. Maria Theresia Sri Hartati, M.Pd., Kons.This research was conducted based on the phenomenon at MTs Al Asror which showed that the level of aggressive behavior of broken home students was in the high category. On the other hand, the level of emotional regulation of broken home students was in the high category. It could be shown from the gap between theory and phenomenon that occurred. Supposedly, if the broken home students had a high level of emotional regulation, the aggressive behavior was in the low category. This study aims to: (1) determine the level of emotional regulation, (2) determine the level of aggressive behavior, (3) determine the relationship between emotional regulation and aggressive behavior of broken home students at MTs Al Asror.The research design used was ex-post facto, with the sample used amounted to 74 of 579 student population with the sampling technique using purposive sampling technique. The data collection tools used a scale of emotional regulation and a scale of aggressive behavior. The validity of the research instrument used construct validity and its reliability used the Cronbach Alpha formula. The analysis technique used was descriptive quantitative analysis and inferential statistical analysis with the product moment correlation technique.The results of the quantitative descriptive analysis showed that the level of aggressive behavior of broken home students was in the medium category and the level of emotional regulation was in the low category. Individuals who are involved in an activity will be divided their attention and concentration when faced with other activities at the same time. Based on the narrative of the classroom teacher, students who have a report card score above the average are indeed students who are active, confident, enthusiastic, diligent in doing the teacher's homework or exercises. Meanwhile, students who have unsatisfactory average report cards come from students who are fairly shy, lack self-confidence, are less enthusiastic in learning and avoid and complain when they get assignments or homework from the teacher. The research objectives consisted of 2 types, namely general and specific objectives include analyzing and describing the relationship between self-efficacy and learning outcomes for students of SMP Negeri 4 Demak. The research method used is ex post facto research with the type of quantitative research, the results of descriptive analysis of the self-efficacy variables obtained in each class VII, VII and IX have the highest value of 93; the lowest score is 71; average value 81.24; and a standard deviation of 4.33, and students who have high self-efficacy are 31 students (18.02%), students who have moderate self-efficacy are 195 students (66.86%), and the number of students who have low self-efficacy is 21 students. (15.12%). Learning outcomes based on table 12 can be seen that students who have high learning achievement consist of 40 students (22.60%), students who have moderate learning outcomes are 185 students (52.88%), and students who have low learning outcomes totaled 42 students (24.52%). The objectives of the study were: 1) Overview of the profile of the achievement of student developmental tasks for students. 2) Implementation of group guidance by vocational school counseling teachers using the role playing method. 3) designing group guidance in helping the achievement of student development tasks using the role playing method. This type of research uses the mixed method. The population in the study was 31 students with 1 key informant and 2 additional informants. This research uses ITP and interviews. The results of this study reveal that: 1) The profile of the achievement of the developmental tasks of students in class XI SMK N 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang seen from the Development Task Inventory (ITP). 2) Students of SMK N 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang as a whole are at the individualistic level and there are still several aspects of student development that have not achieved the task of developing students properly. 3) The BKP service design model using the role playing method in facilitating the achievement of student development tasks seen from the research conducted at SMK N 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang, BK teachers have never provided BKP services using the role playing method, so the researcher hopes that the counseling teacher can apply it. the role playing method that the researcher designed at SMK N 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang. Researchers designed a group guidance service with a role playing method. The results of this study are recommended for counseling guidance teachers to be able to make innovations such as providing group guidance services with the role playing method in order to achieve student development tasks.\u0000 \u0000Abstrak:\u0000Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya siswa yang belum mencapai tugas perkembangannya di Kelas XI Tbsm SMK Negeri 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang Padang Pariaman. Tujuan penelitian adalah: 1) Gambaran profil pencapaian tugas perkembangan siswa bagi siswa. 2) Pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok oleh guru BK SMK dengan metode role playing. 3) merancang bimbingan kelompok dalam membantu pencapaian tugas perkembangan siswa dengan menggunakan metode bermain peran. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 31 siswa dengan 1 informan kunci dan 2 informan tambahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan ITP dan wawancara. This study uses a quantitative research design with a correlational approach. The research population is inmates with homicide cases. While the research sample were 17 male prisoners who were selected using a saturated sampling technique. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the research hypothesis test showed a correlation coefficient of -0.737 and a significance value of 0.000 (p>0.05). This shows that there is a negative relationship between emotion regulation and aggressive behavior. Thus it can be concluded that the hypothesis in this study is accepted. Karyawan yang mengalami PHK biasanya tidak mudah untuk menerima keputusan dirinya telah di PHK. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengambil dua partisipan dengan karakteristik pria atau wanita yang berstatus karyawan yang terkena PHK akibat Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 160 siswa SMA N 1 Jayapura yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala kecerdasan emosional Goleman (2007) yang terdiri dari 41 item. Kedua, skala pola asuh otoriter menurut Baumrind (1971) terdiri dari 23 item. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Korelasi Product Moment Pearsons.
