Through establishing the BCI system based on Stable State Visual Evoked Potential (SSVEP), the virtual reality (VR) twin scene for monitoring the operating state and the external environment of robots and the heterogeneous robot swarm composed of unmanned drones and vehicles, the direct motion control of human brain wave signals on heterogeneous robot swarms is realized. The experimental results present that the subjects can apply the system to achieve motion control of a heterogeneous robot swarm in a simulated complex obstacle avoidance scenario with a 90% obstacle avoidance success rate. In this paper, we study the coarsening of decision attribute values in multi-granularity and define some matrixes and multi granularity fusion method based on matrix representation. In addition, we design an algorithm for calculating approximations. Furthermore, we describe the coarsening method of decision attributes, and update the multi-granularity probability approximations by updating matrixes and propose related algorithms. Even though most classical methods begin to consider inter-series dependencies, the hierarchical relationships between and within-series data are often ignored. To overcome these limitations, in this paper, we propose a multiGranUlArity based unsupeRvised anomaly Detection (GUARD) algorithm that captures the hierarchical relationships in three granularities and merges these dependencies in the following anomaly detection task. Specifically, the proposed algorithm first captures the internal dependencies within the subsequence and learns a hidden representation based on a trained autoencoder. Then, a hierarchical mechanism is designed to capture the local and global dependencies between the given subsequence and the whole set and learn their hidden representation. However, most existing studies ignore the intention revealed by several consecutive items in a session and do not consider similar transitional relations across sessions. To this end, we propose a graph-augmented multi-level representation learning method for session-based recommendation. Specifically, we construct multi-level session graphs for each session to capture fine-grained user preferences. In addition, we utilize subgraphs of global transition graph to augment the representation of each session. Contrastive learning is adopted to maximize the consistency of the representation of the same session under different subgraphs. With the development of industrialization, industrial structural parts are more complex, there are large differences between parts, the product structure is complex, and the quality requirements of the assembly link are increased, resulting in the backwardness of the original assembly link. In order to solve the above problems, an auxiliary assembly method based on virtual-real fusion is proposed, which can realize the high-precision assembly of complex structure products and simplify the assembly operation. On the basis of manual assembly, the virtual drawing projection module is added, which can realize the combination of virtual drawing and physical assembly version, and then assist workers in assembly. The PnP algorithm is used to solve the spatial 3D information of the assembly target by using the circle center data based on 4 feature points. However, the Deeplabv3+ model has some drawbacks regarding restoring details. Therefore, we propose the CB_Deeplabv3+ model. In the encoding structure of the CB_Deeplabv3+ model, we use ASPP modules cascaded in parallel to extend the network structure and enable the model to capture richer context information by increasing the information interaction between channels. At the same time, CB_Deeplabv3+ introduced the Convolutional Block Attention Module(CBAM) to solve the long-distance dependence problem in the encoding-decoding structure.
