The share of remote workers in the labor market is increasing every year. Meanwhile, the performance of labor duties outside the location of the employer creates certain specificity in the implementation of constitutional guarantees for work in conditions that meet the requirements of safety and hygiene. It should be recognized that the lack of a special assessment of the working conditions of remote workers, as well as a significant reduction in the scope of the employer's obligations in the field of labor protection of such employees create a real threat of abuse of the right by employees and employers.
