Green mussels are one of the groups of the phylum molluscs in the class bivalves of the genus Perna and live attached to hard objects. This study aimed to analyze the food habits of the digestive tract of green mussels in the waters of Alue, Naga, Banda Aceh. This research was conducted from February to April 2022 in Alue Naga waters. Determination of the sampling location was carried out by purposive sampling with 3 stations. The method used for sampling green mussels was done by Random Sampling method and the number of samples taken was 45 samples, then preserved with 4% formalin. Food analysis was carried out at Marine Biology Laboratory, Faculty of Marine and Fisheries, Syiah Kuala University. The study, found that the food composition of green mussels consisted of 7 classes, namely: Baccillariophyceae class 45%, Chlorophyceae class 16%, Cyanophyceae class 19%, Dinophyceae class 3%, Coscinosiscophyceae class 10%, Zygnematophyceae class 3% and Euglenoidea 3%. Based on the highest IP (preponderance index) value, the main food of green mussels was obtained from the Baccillariophyceae class. The total length of green mussels was 79.56 mm and the average of intestinal length was 108.10 mm, the relative length of gut was 1.36. Humpback grouper is Indonesia's main export commodity. The high value of sales and production of humpback grouper is constrained by the many disease attacks in the humpback grouper aquaculture industry. An alternative solution that has been continuously researched for several years to tackle humpback grouper disease is the use of immunostimulants. The use of immunostimulants orally can increase non-specific immunity of humpback grouper to ward off disease attacks and is environmentally friendly. Immunostimulants such as Lactococcus lactis HNL12, Lactococcus lactis HNL12 combined with Schizochytrium limacinum (algae flour), Peptidoglycan, Phycocyanin (Spirulina platensis), Bacterium, Vitamin C, Chromium Yeast, Commercial Yeast can enhance the non-specific immune system in humpback grouper (Cromileptes altivelis). These immunostimulants increase non-specific immunity such as Respiratory burst Activity (RB), superoxide dismutase (SOD), alkaline phosphatase (AKP), lysozyme (LZM), Phagocytosis Activity, Phagocytosis Index, Total leukocytes, hemoglobin, hematocrit, phagocytic activity, lysozyme activity, serum protein, albumin and globulin, total erythrocytes, haemoglobin, hematocrit. Research on the analysis of environmentally friendly fishing gear was carried out in April – May 2022 in Pasar Pillow Village, Teramang Jaya District, Mukomuko Regency. This study aims to analyze environmentally friendly fishing gear (API) in Pasar Pillow Village, Teramang Jaya District, Mukomuko City. The method used is the survey method. Collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation methods. The results of the research data were analyzed by descriptive method. The categories of environmentally friendly fishing gear used by Pillow Market fishermen are longline fishing rods, nylon nets, and millennium nets. The research aim is to determine the effect of thyroxin hormone with doses and different age on growth and survival rate of snakehead larvae. The method used was Completely Randomized Design Factorial. The first factor was the different doses with 4 levels, namely 0 mg/L (D0), 0,3 mg/L (D1), 0,5 mg/L (D2) and 0,7 mg/L (D3). The second factor is larvae age with 3 levels, namely 3 days (U3), 5 days (U5) and 7 days (U7). Larvae was rearing for 40 days in an aquarium with a density of 2 fish/L. The findings showed that thyroxin hormone with different doses and larvae age affected the growth of absolute weight and length, specific growth rate, and also survival rate of snakehead larvae. The treatment of doses 0,7 mg/L and 7 days of larvae age (D3U7) showed the highest growth, namely absolute weight 3.32 g, absolute length 6,19 cm, specific growth rate of 17.53%/day, and survival rate of 90%. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of population growth of Daphnia magna and the best dose of Spirulina sp. flour on population growth of D. magna. This research used an experiment, with a one-factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 3 replications. With treatment, namely Control, P 0.02 g/L, P 0.04 g/L, P 0.06 g/L, P 0.08 gr/L. Experiment was carried out for 16 days and the population was observed every two days. Fishing vessels are an important means for fishing business. With the production of fishing vessels, there will be a running shipbuilding industry. The shipyard serves as a place for shipbuilding as well as a place to repair damaged ships. Shipbuilding is a capture fisheries support industry that can meet the needs of repairs for fishing vessels that carry out loading and unloading at ports. There are three types of shipyards in Indonesia, namely traditional shipyards, semi-modern shipyards and modern shipyards. Shipbuilding business cannot operate optimally if there is less demand from consumers. One of the shipbuilding business industries in Aceh is in Lampulo Village, Kuta Alam District, Banda Aceh City, which is a shipyard that is still traditional. This study aims to determine the feasibility of a shipyard business located in Lampulo Village, Kuta Alam District, Banda Aceh City. The research method used in this research is to use financial analysis methods consisting of profit, Net Present Value (NPV), Net B/C Ratio, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP) and Break Event Point (BEP). Based on the data analysis conducted, it was found that the profit obtained was Rp. 13.746.986.912 over a period of 10 years, the NPV is Rp. 10.479.852.239, Net B/C Ratio of 2.3, IRR of 61%, PP of 1.57 or the rate of return on investment value of less than 3 year and BEP or the break-even point of business which is at point 0. Litopenaeus vannamei sample was taken using random sampling method. The purpose of this study was to determine the type of protozoa ectoparasite in vannamei shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) which were senn during identification including gills, carapace, swimming legs, walking legs and tail. The results of the identification there are 6 types of protozoan ectoparasites that infect Litopenaeus vannamei found in the Kuala Langsa intensive pond, namely Vorticella, Epystylis, Zoothamnium, Trichodina , Ichthyophirius and Oodinium. The highest prevalence is Zoothamnium, which is 30%, so it falls into the general category. Pangkalan Pendaratan Ikan(PPI) Keude Bakongan merupakan pelabuhan perikanan tipe D yang beroperasi di wilayah penangkapan perairan samudera Hindia sebelah barat Sumatera di Provinsi Aceh yang dikelola oleh pemerintah kabupaten/kota Aceh Selatan. Pangkalan Pendaratan Ikan merupakan salah satu fungsi utama dalam menggerakkan dan meningkatkan usaha kesejahteraan masyarakat perikanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk kajian peningkatan pemanfaatan terhadap fasilitas pelabuhan. Tujuan pada penelitian ini mengetahui pemanfaatan fasilitas oleh nelayan di PPI Keude Bakongan, Kabupaten Aceh Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan mengumpulkan informasi dari sebagian populasi secara langsung di tempat kejadian (empirik) melalui alat kuesioner dengan tujuan untuk dapat mengetahui pendapat dari sebagian populasi yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa fasilitas PPI Keude Bakongan dalam aktivitas nelayan yang berhubungan dengan beberapa fasilitas tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik, sehingga fasilitas terbengkalai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey, wawancara dan kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Sebanyak 30 orang pawang kapal purse seine di PPP Lampulo telah dijadikan responden dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pawang kapal purse seine di PPP Lampulo mayoritas berumur 41-50 tahun, tingkat pendidikan pawang rata-rata SMP, mayoritas pawang di PPP Lampulo memiliki pengalaman di atas 5 tahun, pawang di PPP Lampulo hanya memiliki Surat Keterangan Kecakapan (SKK) dalam mengoperasikan kapal.
